They are excellent, trust worthy, and 100% professional. The most important thing is they are always available via email and calls, They are responded within 15 minutes and efficient services for maintenance. Always found better plans for customers and make it everything on time.. Much appreciated the efforts of the whole team especially Robert and Danny for their ongoing support and dedication.

17th Mar 2024 (6 weeks ago)Excellent knowledge and professionalism putting you at ease as soon as you meet them. John Ashton valued our house and without a sale board put up I had three people interested immediately. I am dyslexic and had one or two hiccups with the solicitors, Alan Sutton put me at ease and helped me ensure everything was correct - from then on everything went smoothly. I can’t recommend this company enough I would definitely sell through them again . Not only do they have realistic , knowledgeable information on the area but respond quickly to any enquiry. An efficient ?extremely kind team who made me feel so was the n safe hands . Thank you for your support at an extremely difficult time in my life .
2nd Aug 2023 (8 mo. ago)Lovely landlord. However have spoken and gas engineer out. Keep telling me the same. The unit flicks on for 5 minutes and then off. It never did in my 3 years at this lovely property that I like to call home. Heating and water still crazy. Gutter at front is leaking. Which o can see is causing brick rot. The gutter is leaking that much onto the paving it’s going up the wall. Will be an expensive job for lanlord. From me asking as it bangs on the front windows. No one can sleep if they come over. I personally think who is this company. They won’t fix the gutters after asking for 10 months. Sad thing is. Green mould is growing up front walls. Hence when I leave. After months of asking. Mould on walls behind radiator and also the gutter will still need seeing to. So ashamed have paid so much to keep a lovely house

1st Jun 2022 (1 year ago)I have made a big investment with Alesco and they absolutely let me down. They provided very poor investment advice which resulted in a big financial loss. I doubt if I ever get my money back. Additionally, some 30 investors that were invested in the same investment had big financial loss as well. The business model of Alesco is based on very aggressive marketing. They put much pressure on you to buy, and the only thing they care about is sales at the expense of the investor. They are immoral and do not care about you and your hard earned money. I have been trying to reach out and talk to them but they avoid and lie to me systematically. I left another review in the past which was positive, but it was very early on and before I realised what is going on and lost my money. Never invest with Alesco.
5th Mar 2024 (8 weeks ago)Stayed in Sun House for my masters year and my room was great, absolute steal for the price compared to a lot of rentals. Also very on the ball with maintenance issues, problems were usually dealt with the same day (sometimes within the hour). I recently had some post sent there by mistake by a family member and emailed the office, they were happy to forward it to me at no charge! Really appreciate it guys thank you!

29th Mar 2024 (4 weeks ago)I can't recommend Dema and The Private Realtor enough, not only did she succeed where other high street agents did not, but ran a tight and very efficient process which led to a successful completion. The Private Realtor actually sells your house, it does not just show it, and there is a big difference, especially at higher price points - and this goes to the promotional videos (not just photos) - to the full service as well. This is how a house should be sold - with happy buyers and sellers. Ellerby Street, Fulham SW6.
26th Jan 2022 (2 years ago)Moved in in October 18th 2021, we are January 26th and the default heating system is still down. I still have no heating in my place. No follow-up, unprofessinal and rude responses when asking for repairs to be taken care of. False apologies and no real solution provided, and I am paying extra electricity as I finalllllllllllllyyyyyyyyyyyyyy sent out portable heaters after screaming that the weather was going to -4 degrees. In January.
