Her attention to detail and efficiency on organizing the viewings, as well as her professionalism and diligence on making sure only suitable properties would be offered to me, made this search much smoother and less time consuming. Although I've managed to come to terms with my current Landlord and ended by renewing lease on my current flat, I appreciate her time and availability during the past weeks and would not hesitate on recommending her services to any friends who need to rent a new flat in London. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience and highly recommend him to anyone looking for a seamless and stress-free rental process.

9th Jan 2025 (10 weeks ago)Rang up asking to speak to a lady called Annabelle who I had been advised by the landlord was dealing with the tenancy she spoke to me very rudely on the phone at first then following on from that failed to respond to any emails I have sent. Wouldn’t recommend and would stay far away
Shazad has been most helpful and polite in the short time we have been dealing with him. We have found the property repair portal excellent and if we have needed any urgent maintenance, it has been dealt with quickly. It has been a pleasure working with Belvoir over the last 12 months.
18th Dec 2024 (13 weeks ago)I recently had to sell mums house due to her going into care. It was the family home which she had lived in for 68 years so it was upsetting for all of us. I chose Locate because they are local and have a very good reputation and that reputation is justified. From the valuation to completion Kirsty and Jade did everything possible to make it as easy as they could for me. Communication was fantastic and I wouldn’t hesitate to use them again. Thank you Kirsty and Jade you made a difficult situation more bearable.

31st Oct 2024 (20 weeks ago)Naomi, the manager took over £300 from my deposit for no justified reasons. Balcony something broke due to weather, on me. Dirty mattress prior, i used topper, still charged. Cleaning and oven cleaning over £100. Many things where X1 will need to cover for maintenance but they'll finesse tenants and make them liable.
