23rd Apr 2024 (14 weeks ago)During my recent search for a new flat, Aiicja has been absolutely helpful, and of great assistance, from day one, in every property she has organized a viewing for me. Her attention to detail and efficiency on organizing the viewings, as well as her professionalism and diligence on making sure only suitable properties would be offered to me, made this search much smoother and less time consuming. Although I've managed to come to terms with my current Landlord and ended by renewing lease on my current flat, I appreciate her time and availability during the past weeks and would not hesitate on recommending her services to any friends who need to rent a new flat in London. 30th Jun 2021 (3 years ago)Initially I was really happy with the service the Lettings team provided, well actually, just Tony. I negotiated a reduced price for finding tenants thou what I wasnt told at this point is this would result in a very poor after sales service. The final tenant moved in a month ago and I am still waiting for the meter readings for four apartments plus some unsigned documentation, now waiting for a copy of thier complaints procedure. My advice....AVOID if you want a complete professional service.

She was able to answer any questions I had regarding the property and kept me up to date at all times. I would strongly recommend Hunters Worsley to friends and relatives in the future.

9th Jul 2024 (18 days ago)Waste your time letting you view properties they will not rent to you if you receive housing benefit. Instead of pretending to not discriminate , just be upfront and deny a viewing . Also was told properties went to other viewers and they are both still advertised 2 months later . Since you have replied I'd like to add you stated in emails that either id pay 1 year upfront or require a gurentour. I have no debts and a 914 credit report . You only accept benefits with either one of those conditions as you stated via email .

24th Jul 2024 (3 days ago)Initially instructed Cardwells to sell the flat however the photos taken were poor and we did not get much interest We decided to instruct Cardwells as the agent was very enthusiastic and likeable- however our instincts were wrong and we had to change agents.

18th Jun 2024 (6 weeks ago)We have a property that is fully managed by Leaders. Since Feb we requested for a mid term inspection report as the current tenancy ends in Aug. It is now June and we still have no response from them whether the inspection is done or not despite numerous emails and calls. Time and time again Leaders have failed us. Every time I am the one having to contact Leaders so they can give an update. At no point have they even attempted to notify us the status. When we do get hold of someone, for some reason unexplained, we randomly get assigned with a different property managers who none have a clue what is happening. The lack of organisation and communication is really poor, one minute they say the inspection has been scheduled, next minute they say it has not been booked cos the property manager has been off ill! Lots of broken promises! Wonder what excuse they will come up with next time!

10th Jun 2024 (7 weeks ago)Avoid this agency at all costs. Awful property with issues from day one with property not having been even cleaned before new students moved in. Reported form start of tenancy regarding unusable broken furniture dirty stained mattresses filthy house conditions. All will be the same for any new tenants as only lip service given. Progress to reports a few months afterwards regarding damp/mould and vermin infestation, again lip service given . Property my daughter has now thankfully moved out of is still infested, still mould ridden with the same broken furniture and stained mattresses ready and waiting for this agents next victim. Slumlords.

24th Jun 2024 (5 weeks ago)First off, good experience overall and I'd have happily posted 4.5 if Google had allowed it. For speed and attention, we’re glad we chose to use an independent agent rather than a national one. We’d consider using them again in future. Service used: just the tenancy find What they did well: James said at the first meeting that he was confident they could find a tenant within 1.5 weeks. And they did! 10 out of 10 for the most important marker. Also, the 3D filming/photo/ad were all done within 2 days. Top efficiency. Poppy then followed up on most of the rest and was always quick to respond and to the point. Where they could improve: As it was our first time using an agent / using their online system, they would do well in perhaps explaining a bit more about the process / system, what we needed to do, etc..
