27th Dec 2024 (17 weeks ago)Benedict was very helpful great service- 8th Mar 2025 (7 weeks ago)Daniel McAlister at the Bairstow Eves Edmonton branch was superb. We spoke to four different estate agents and decided to go with Daniel because he was very down to earth and understood exactly what we were going for, he was the only one we spoke to who we felt wasn't too pushy but was taking on board what we were saying. He also got the price spot on, which was a high price, the highest in the street at data of sale (£380k). Other estate agents were quoting far too low (£350k), or unachievably high (£410k). In addition to both of those points, he also managed a huge amount of viewings on single days, up to eight people on one day, with precision. So for us, he excelled in all three areas that we were looking for: he came across as a good, genuine person, he got the price exactly right, and he managed a huge amount of viewings with efficiency and with no issues whatsoever, whilst communicating all the time. Then, post accepting an offer, he was always easy to get on the phone, and everything was communicated perfectly during that lengthy process. I can't recommend Daniel at Bairstow Eves Edmonton enough. It was excellent from start to finish. Top notch work.

11th Sep 2024 (7 mo. ago)Booked appointment to value my property 2 minutes away from their office. They did not show up, and called me half an hour after the scheduled time to apologise. Agreed for them to still come if they could come straight away as i took time off work. Initially went to the wrong address then called me again. Upon finally arriving I asked if they forgot about the appointment (which can happen on a Monday morning) to see if I would get an honest answer. I was given an excuse about a phone battery dying and that preventing them from coming on time. The agent was fine in person, apart from the excuses, but I have heard nothing since, not even a courtesy call. That was a couple of months ago. Shame as it's my local estate agent but was a total waste of time. I went through another agent. Poor
23rd Dec 2024 (18 weeks ago)I personally had a brilliant experience with Havilands. Ater looking for a property for over 1 year i changed areas i was viewing ,and came across Havilands. How refreshing from most of the other estate agents, mostly terrible. I had a 3 man team working with me Jordan who showed me the property i purchased. Jordan didn't try any hard sell answered my questions what he didn't know he didn't fob me off as if he knew, but said he would find out and get back to me. Again which was refreshing from some other estate agents. Also gave me really handy tips on solicitors not linked to Havilands to make the process run as smoothly as possible, as opposed to the generic one i was initially going to use. James, who was the essence of calm, and reassurance. Buying property can be such a nerve racking experience as it's a massive commitment. James provided that calmness required. was very quick and responsive to my queries. Also provided some valuable links. Katie, was the driving force who ensured everyone did what they had to do making sure i did what i had to do chasing the sellers if required, was like a bundle of energy. If you are a serious buyer and you really want your deal to go through quickly this is the team for you. As long as you are responsive, they will do the rest. My deal went through in 8 weeks from offer to completion, obviously the seller also has to be as responsive, Katie will be on the case if they are not.

Needless to say we bought it. Amazing dealership forget the rest and go to Enfield as they go the extra mile.

I called this agent to ask about Guaranteed rent someone called Nina gave me all wrong information about this agent and waste my time which I found out after 3 days talking with her colleague mohammed. They are not professional at all, Nina doesn't even know what her company provides.

We have made the bold decision to invite Thomas James to step in to help us with the sell while keeping the same seller and they have proofed us right. Thomas James was professional in all aspect especially great at communication. From the speed of organising photoshoot/surveys etc. to launching the sales online, not just on typical property websites but on Instagram with videos which attracted huge amount of interest. We had since received multiple offers with final offer agreed at 5% higher than previous sale. Everything was transparent and we felt comfortable reaching decision with their expert advice. Thomas James didn't stop there like most property agents. Their dedicated team continued to monitor the legal process and help close the gap within the chain. Overall, we managed to complete in two months from appointing Thomas James. A seemingly high-pressure timing however Thomas James makes it as smoothly as possible for us. Thank you very much for your great job to help us to secure our dream home. We would not hesitate to recommend Thomas James to anyone who is looking to sell their property.
