18th Mar 2024 (8 weeks ago)For the sake of anonymity I won’t mention any names… The agent arrived late and didn’t notify me until 15 mins after the schedule time to let me know they will be a further 15-20 mins. They confirmed viewings for two properties and then only told us one was under offer when eventually showing up and claimed they notified us and that the email confirmation would reflect this… which it didn’t as it said we had two viewings. Then they told my wife to just forget about it rather rudely when she respectfully expressed her disappointment. They then accused me of not being serious when giving a genuine offer and proceeded to lecture me on the phone without giving me a proper chance to speak. I had to respectfully interrupt them to get a word in. It’s a shame really we have been looking for properties for over a year now and this was the first time we were exposed to this level of inconsideration.
15th Feb 2024 (13 weeks ago)Only had a positive experience with Hane, everyone I’ve spoke to there about issues at my flat have been super helpful & communicative! People have been quick to reply and quick to sort out when repairs are needing done. Can only recommend!

Hes come out several times to my property for repairs and has always done outstanding works and leave the problem solved! Could not be any happier with having him come to sort out any issues ive had or may have in future. Also one of fab homes worker Ashleigh who I regularly contact regarding the property has always gone above and beyond in helping all my problems I've had in this property. Huge thanks to her. This is called people doing their job CORRECTLY.

As first-time renters we've had a nice experience with Links. In the process we have been helped by George and Patrycja. On viewing the apartment we mentioned a couple of less positive reviews we've seen, and we were provided with examples and explanation of how the situation unfolded in those cases: they were then very open and transparent about what you should and should not do, providing us with very useful information. We were kindly granted an appointment after office hours for signing the contract, and in spite of the late time they were very patient considering how long it normally takes to check a contract line by line. They provided answers to all our queries. Before and after the move we have been helped in a resourceful and responsive way in the necessary communication with the landlord. What we appreciated the most is transparency and their being clear about dos and don'ts from the very beginning. This might sound discouraging to some, but should really be appreciated: these "terms" are very much applicable to all tenancies/estate agents, but they clearly tell you beforehand and in a helpful way to spare you future trouble: I am not sure all other agents do so. They went above and beyond to create a tailored marketing plan rather than just take photos of my property within a day and stick it online. They took the time to showcase my home and really made it stand out from the crowd. Their professionalism and expertise in the market made the whole selling process a breeze and I couldn't be happier with the outcome. 5th Apr 2024 (5 weeks ago)We were mid-conveyancing on a property through another Estate Agent as FTB’s when it was sold without warning by Benham & Reeves to other buyers. We lost our new home, our legal fees, our survey costs, mortgage offer, and low interest rate. We even started looking at furniture! Benham & Reeves not only condones “gazumping,” but clearly encourages it. What a shame that such a long standing institution has such unethical practices and little integrity. Response: Nowhere did I say I registered with you and nowhere did I say you were unlawful. I said gazumping, which you welcome, is unethical. Any house buyer in the country would agree. Your practices and actions as a company directly affected me in my house purchase, so I left a review - to call me “unethical” for writing it is ludicrous. Buyers should be made aware of which estate agents have no problem encouraging gazumping so far into conveyancing. If you find this “perplexing,” that’s even more concerning. My conveyancer was utterly appalled by you and your sellers (who were a faceless property investment firm).

Plus, Max and Ella were great throughout the whole process. Their teamwork and responsiveness made renting a breeze. I'd definitely recommend Love Living for their top-notch service and awesome team.
