We were in a situation where we had to find a property asap to complete our chain. (we had to pull out of a purchase from a property from a different estate agent due to hidden issues found in a survey) I spoke to Stefan about our situation and he went above and beyond showed us all suitable properties in 1 day! He was very honest and professional which put us at ease. We managed to find our dream home, in our budget, and in time to exchange contracts in the chain in less than 1 month. Thank you, Mariana

The whole team were great to work with and special thanks to Haiden who was extremely professional, proactive and efficient. They found excellent tenants for us and handled the entire process seamlessly allowing us to move away without worrying about our property, we really appreciated their management and clear guidance as first time landlords. Highly recommended to any landlord looking for reliable and efficient property management.

29th Jan 2026 (10 days ago)Avoid this "Agency" if you can. Firstly, they force you into a no-deposit option (despite advertising the deposit option). They then tell you either the no-deposit option or no property at all. There's a lack of communication; sometimes, no answers are provided at all. I had to wait for an answer regarding an allocated car park space for almost six months, and despite chasing it, I received no answer. Had to wait for answer about payment systems and received no responce at all. Only got a call after leaving review on here which i originaly deleted. The property is given to you filthy, and if you want to replace something, you'd better do it yourself. They change payment systems with no communication and harass you to make payments despite you having made payments to the originally agreed bank details, only to find out that it has changed. Now that I've moved out, I am being harassed with charges for a broken kitchen door, which wasn't damaged by me. The no-deposit option, which is paid to cover things like this, is being ignored, and you are still forced to make payments to fix things. This is just a short version of the disappointment, lack of service, and unfair treatment you are going to receive.

1st Feb 2026 (7 days ago)My wife recently sold her flat through Cousins Estate Agents and has already left a review. While she was away, I assisted with the process and had the pleasure of dealing directly with Michael, and I felt it only right to echo her feedback. Michael was highly professional, reassuring, and an excellent communicator throughout. In addition, he went above and beyond by helping to arrange gardening, rubbish clearance, an end-of-tenancy clean, changing of locks, and more. This level of service truly exceeded expectations. I would highly recommend Cousins Estate Agents; however, it was Michael’s professionalism, his ability to exceed expectations, his calm and controlled negotiating skills during challenging moments, and his overall character that particularly impressed me. I wish him every success in his career, and if you are looking for an estate agent, Michael at Cousins, Tottenham, comes highly recommended.

From start to finish, they were professional, responsive, and incredibly supportive throughout the whole process. Seden was brilliant during the viewing very friendly, knowledgeable, and made me feel completely at ease. Ismaaiil handled all the paperwork and administration seamlessly, explaining everything clearly and making the process stress-free and straightforward. Both of them went above and beyond to help, and their communication was excellent throughout. Truly amazing service from start to finish. Highly recommended!

The service he provides goes way way beyond any other agent, and he quickly found us a buyer who actually got to completion. Tristan was available literally 24/7; we felt like we were his only clients (we weren't!) and he was highly professional and exceptionally flexible throughout. Having found us a buyer he chased the conveyancing process to ensure there were no delays, pushing to maintain momentum while also keeping a friendly, approachable manner. He gave good advice and steered us through difficult negotiations. We would 100% recommend him to anyone; he is absolute gold. Can't recommend him highly enough.
