Paris who looks after the documentation, Lauren and most recently Helena as my immediate contact. Always quick and responsive to any issues that arise. No hesitation in awarding them top marks. 19th Aug 2024 (4 weeks ago)Fale ads, un-truthful agents. I recently purchased a house from dexter with a very bad experience. The ads mentioned there is a resident parking and with no service charge since it's share of freehold, and only when it proceeded to local research then we realised it's the opposite case. In summary, don't trust agent and ads that much, do your homework thats the only thing to protect yourself from scams.

While they aren't the cheapest around, they had an honest discussion about the price point given my timelines and then were able to get several offers meaning I was able to exceed asking price. It was then a difficult sale (solicitors not communicating effectively), but Tom from Cousins was there whenever needed to translate between them and actually keep things moving. I would highly recommend Cousins to sell a property in the area.

Globalhouse have been great and a significant improvement on our previous agent. They are very responsive, have given good market advice and the administration and processes are very slick and timely. We couldn’t not be more pleased. Nick

At the end of the tenancy we faced a couple of problems with mould and he handled all the issues and put us in touch with tradespeople when necessary. He was always very nice to us and respectful when he had to conduct viewings: Thanks so much!

10th Sep 2024 (9 days ago)Comb through paperwork and avoid sales pressure techniques employed at this branch; - You do not gain much advantage by buying and selling with the same agent - shop around and be patient with initial delays caused. Any promises that they can speed things through will evapourate as soon as your contract is signed - Avoid the exclusivity clauses that tie you to them for a period of time. They will tell you that it is standard accross the market. It's a lie - Watch the fees like a hawk. Comb through your contract. Most importantly do not fall for the high pressure techniques used where they pressure you to sign contracts there and then. Ignore the nasty "everybody else signs straight away" techniques. Just because DA are a big organisation, the Del Boy tactics are strong ant there is no professional integrity in their sales team. Very disappointed. Came across people who seemed to work hard but the dishonest players in their midst have made me doubt the ethos of the whole company
