So far the only person (in London) in a high volume client business who actually listens to your needs without selling but providing service. If you need to rent a property in the area, you will do yourself a disservice by not asking to engage with Billy.

21st Jun 2024 (5 weeks ago)Best letting agency I dealt with the London branch and I am absolutely impressed with how well organised and structured their services are. Provided by professional, friendly and lovely agents. Starting from viewing the property to the check out communication was swift and clear. A lot of support provided from information on renting guidance to check out inventory, repairs services with a hotline. The repairs service could be through a link or a WhatsApp messaging line. They usually respond immediately and raise the job to the trades person or company they deal with. Most repairs were solved in a short time frame. They also send property care guide at the beginning of winter to flag any issues related to the weather. I got the impression that the agency is really good at ensuring both parties (the landlord and tenant ) are satisfied with any dealings or requests. Moreover, the contract they provided was comprehensive and detailed with no hidden clauses or vague statements. Everything was clearly stated ensuring our rights are protected as well as our duties as tenants clearly communicated. I definitely recommend this agency

Rahman was taking very good care of us, prioritising our benefit throughout. I don't think I could have made such a great purchase of it wasn't for them. I am forever indebted

From initial consultation with Hussain to concluding the transaction they exceeded expectations. They are knowledgable about the local market and offer an honest and realistic appraisal. They are courteous and organised in managing the bookings too, with dedicated WhatsApp groups and regular updates. Couldn’t recommend more. Nice one, Pio ????

Having entrusted them with selling our family home of 30 years; they were up against another one of the other leading estate agents in the area. They managed to secure a price above what we had expected! They were professional and honest throughout. I am very grateful and cannot recommend them highly enough! Honesty, integrity and respect is at the heart of what they do, something which is hard to find in this market. They treated us like family and we are forever grateful.

But in the end, after more than 2 months, we did not have a single visit and no updates or communication from them as well. I would not choose them again or recommend it.

We met her for a viewing back in January and she has supported us all the way through to finally purchasing our first property. It’s been an emotional journey and we encountered so many hurdles. We wished we just listened and followed Stephanie’s advice from the beginning! She was kind, patient professional and so helpful - she meticulously supported us through every step of the process. They are helpful, friendly, interested and professional. Syede Cole has helped me all the way through a complex purchase that needed some fairly lengthy legal administration. I never felt hurried by him; and I never felt that his commission was the only thing on his mind. There are some agents who really are NOT interested in their clients, but Syede is a decent person who wants you to find and buy the right property. Thank you, Syede. And thank you Cole Harding.

They listed my property with beautiful pictures and found me a buyer very quickly. My sale process was slow due to solicitor debates but Hiten was so helpful throughout the process. He liaised with my buyer on my behalf and kept me up to date with things I needed to know. Highly recommended for anyone looking for quality and integrity in an estate agent.
