28th Feb 2024 (11 weeks ago)They’ve been my estate agents for years and they’ve been most helpful and accommodating. Both Chris and John take their job very seriously and they were great at dealing with all issues that arose when renting through them. Keep up the good work!
10th Feb 2022 (2 years ago)Poor service - initial queries were ignored and and I was stood up once I’d finally arranged a viewing, as the agent hadn’t bothered to let me know that the let to the property was already agreed. Do not waste your time on them.
2nd Feb 2024 (15 weeks ago)Hobarts Alexandra Park Office were our local sole agents during the sale of our leasehold converted flat in the Alexandra Park area during 2022. It turned out to be a really complicated and delayed transaction due to a previous breach in the lease problem which our solicitors seemingly 'missed' when we first purchased, with the problem arising after the sale was agreed and the buyer's mortgage approved. Hobarts Sales Manager, (Kaush Mistry) was very aware concerning both his applicant's and client's 'needs', with Director, (Chris Davenport) similarly so. This small company runs on customer-friendly basis, with their office staff being efficient and helpful whenever I/my wife needed to liaise. Thus, relative to our experience with Hobarts, we have no reservations in recommending this Estate Agency to buyers and sellers.

7th Apr 2021 (3 years ago)Took my money, informed me that the flat is off the market and I am still chasing them up for the refund. After I posted a review on google, suddenly they had the time to finally call me back. Not to refund my money though, to ask me why I posted a bad review and still no answer on when I will get my £400 back! Scammers!

Via Properties let our property for us after it had been marketed with two other local agents - we were initially doubtful on what extra service they would give us but we are so glad we worked with them & wished we had them on board from the start!! Their service from start to finish was second to none, really friendly and informative, proactive and reassuring. The photography and marketing they put together was brilliant and quick. They found our tenants within a few weeks in a very quiet market. They were on hand to answer any questions and always responded to us quickly and helpfully. As first time landlords they really guided us through the process step by step and I always felt up to date and informed throughout. We were able to have open and honest discussions with Enzo and he really listened to us as clients and endeavoured to deliver the best result for us whilst taking all our concerns into consideration. We will no doubt use them in the future for our property needs for both sales and lettings. Just want to say a huge thank you to you all!
27th Apr 2024 (17 days ago)Was lucky to have IC PROPERTY manage the flats I currently live in. I found them to be reach-able and have a fast Response. They dealt with some major issues that a past management had ignored for a long time, also massively improved the building and had a community approach with some issues we had going on. All in all professional, helpful, efficient. Recommend.
14th Mar 2024 (9 weeks ago)We had excellent service from Alex Childs. He was always courteous and kept us informed as necessary. Messages were conveyed and responses received promptly as required. Estate agents are not universally well regarded but Alex showed clear integrity where it was needed and I would have no hesitation in asking him to act for us again.

She was completely transparent in the way she operated from the start (a refreshing change from other agents) and offered us solid advice on how to get the sale done. They also handle full management of the Property. The company is extremely professional and have always found new tenants immediately when required. Sean, the Letting Manager, is responsive and eager to help. Dionne Brown, the Property Manager, is quick in her response and handles any issues that arise efficiently.
24th Feb 2024 (11 weeks ago)They are thief’s, i rented out property from this agency, where fire occurred due to neighbours fault, my propery affected due to that, they promised me to find alternative accommodation and then left me on road without any accommodation, then they didn’t not allowed me to access property to collect my stuff while they given access to thier contractor, when i went for collection at the end after counless calls and emails, i found most of valueable items missing from property, when i inquired from them they said they don’t know anything about it. they were the one only had access to property ,my other remaining stuff was all damaged due to water. Sharon from Leytonstone branch is biggest manipulator, she try to act smart and play political games, i m in process of legal action now . i have instructed solicitors now and i am taking them to the court now i would advise everyone to avoid these thieves.

He was very lovely and even engaged with my son (about football ????????), when I brought him with me to collect my car. All in all, a very pleasant experience.

14th Dec 2021 (2 years ago)I have worked with Cityzen since 2006, having bought from them and now use them to find and manage tenants. More recently, I had a flat had the with a leak in the roof. COVID-19 and a painful freeholder meant it took ages to get sorted. Thankfully though, Danny and team at Cityzen were amazing. He kept on it for me, hammering away with contractors, insurance companies, even the managing agent, schooling them in how to get stuff done! Danny came through, putting in a super human effort to get the flat back on the market and let as quickly as possible! These guys are brilliant. 5*

27th Mar 2024 (7 weeks ago)I did appoint JBrown to sell my property in Bromley and I was very happy at the beginning about the way they approached me and how they worked to get the property on the market quickly. Soon after they changed quite a lot in terms of communication, Zara used to reply randomly ( basically when she got a chance ) whilst Komal (owner)never replied to my emails.( she should learn how to deal with people). Despite that was a clear sight of a lack of professionalism, I left things going ahead smoothly. Zara kept me informed about the buyer's interest in seeing the property and I arranged access all the time. Then I had to chase her to receive feedback from customers, she never made them aware of the outcome or sending any REPORT. Even though I left them to carry on their job. They eventually got 2 offers and let me know to appoint a solicitor which I did. Both times buyers pulled out and she never contacted me to let me know, on the contrary, I had to call to find out what happened. I am still not sure if she really received any offers because I never received proof of that. The 12-week agreement came to an end and I previously let them know by email that I would not renew the mandate( no response at all as usual). Finally, I chased them again to remove my property from the market but they either removed it or replied to my emails. After 2 weeks of waiting for them I decided to contact Rightmove, and Zoopla etc explain the matter and they removed the property immediately. This morning magically I received an email From Zara saying that my property has now been removed! You are a team of liars, hopefully, people will be away from such an unprofessional “Estate Agency”.. I lost time but you lost quite a lot of money. That's what you deserve!!!
5th Apr 2024 (6 weeks ago)We were mid-conveyancing on a property through another Estate Agent as FTB’s when it was sold without warning by Benham & Reeves to other buyers. We lost our new home, our legal fees, our survey costs, mortgage offer, and low interest rate. We even started looking at furniture! Benham & Reeves not only condones “gazumping,” but clearly encourages it. What a shame that such a long standing institution has such unethical practices and little integrity. Response: Nowhere did I say I registered with you and nowhere did I say you were unlawful. I said gazumping, which you welcome, is unethical. Any house buyer in the country would agree. Your practices and actions as a company directly affected me in my house purchase, so I left a review - to call me “unethical” for writing it is ludicrous. Buyers should be made aware of which estate agents have no problem encouraging gazumping so far into conveyancing. If you find this “perplexing,” that’s even more concerning. My conveyancer was utterly appalled by you and your sellers (who were a faceless property investment firm).
7th May 2024 (7 days ago)Renting with Love Living was fantastic. When I had a leak, David showed up at 9 pm to sort it out, which was impressive. Plus, Max and Ella were great throughout the whole process. Their teamwork and responsiveness made renting a breeze. I'd definitely recommend Love Living for their top-notch service and awesome team.
