I am very glad I did. It was a pleasure dealing with Junaid and Michael. They went the extra mile to get my property sold and even showed my property to prospective buyers on a bank holiday. I highly recommend them.

11th Jul 2024 (16 days ago)We initially bought our Crouch End home from KFH and I remember 11 years ago being impressed with Barrington the sales director for his local knowledge. When it came to selling our home we had quotes from a few local estate agents and once again we were impressed with KFH and the service they offered. We were particularly grateful for the service provided by Finan who did his best to keep us informed at every step of the (long!) process and chasing answers where necessary. We would recommend them to anyone buying and selling in Crouch End. Thanks Nichola

Steve and Visar at the Islington branch have been extremely professional and efficient from the first enquiry call, to the showing, to the agreement process thereafter. So far the only person (in London) in a high volume client business who actually listens to your needs without selling but providing service. If you need to rent a property in the area, you will do yourself a disservice by not asking to engage with Billy.
26th Jun 2024 (4 weeks ago)The agents especially Ali was very helpful, very supportive, did all the process in good timing and guided us all the time. They are all amazing not to forget Alexia and the rest. I'll definitely recommend and must come back to them next time we're house hunting.

21st Jun 2024 (5 weeks ago)Hanan at JLL Woodberry Down lettings has been an incredible and invaluable support in my relocation with my family to Cityview Apartments. From the moment I called the office in December to my move on 28th March, the process was not only seamless but enjoyable! As a long term homeowner who had not rented for over 20 years, my experience and knowledge of renting was very limited; Hanan held and guided me through the process step by step. No question or query was too 'silly' or small. I was able to manage the move far better by being able to get full clarity on the property, measurements etc and get a full comprehensive and detailed onboarding pack which was invaluable. She even helped me measure up and lent me a tape measure! I have made introductions to my friends seeking rental in this area and would highly recommend Hanan. As a now local resident I have bumped into Hanan and she has checked on how I am getting on which is a lovely personal and 'above and beyond' approach. Moving can be very stressful so I am very grateful to have found such a supportive and helpful person and team to take me through the process!

4th Jul 2024 (23 days ago)We decided going through sales with Galaxy because the way that they sold this to us, that would be easy and quick. But in the end, after more than 2 months, we did not have a single visit and no updates or communication from them as well. I would not choose them again or recommend it.

18th Mar 2024 (19 weeks ago)DO NOT SELL YOUR BUSINESS THROUGH THIS COMPANY! READ THE SMALL PRINT This company are extremely aggressive and unprofessional. We advertised a business with them, paid an huge fee to advertise. Later after terminating, we agreed investment (not even a sale) from an investor we met directly, who was never introduced by Hilton Smythe. After accepting investment after terminating with Hilton Smythe they demanded their commission!! Totally unreasonable given it was after termination and the person who invested in our business was never known to or introduced by Hilton Smythe! They are now behaving aggressively and threatening legal action. We in turn have reported them to the ombudsman and trading standards. They are snake oil salesmen. DO NOT DEAL!
20th Feb 2024 (23 weeks ago)Excellent lettings, horrible tenancy management. I rented my apartment in 2020 through 'Reliable Homes' which was later acquired by 'Drivers & Norris'. After this acquisition, getting a reply from the agency on any non-emergency issue became a test of patience, though to their credit they would 'eventually' get the issue resolved. Few times this became extremely stressful, for example when it took me 6 months and several emails, including notices of formal complaint to the The Property Ombudsman, to get my tenancy deposit back after vacating the apartment in a perfectly fine condition.
25th Jun 2024 (5 weeks ago)Elle at Foxtons Islington helped us amazingly throughout the whole process and was an excellent at supporting us when we sold our property.- 12th Jun 2024 (6 weeks ago)I dislike having to leave negative reviews especially when Foxton's comes so highly recommended but my experience was nothing short of terrible. I found a flat through the company and upon receiving the lease, the legal document was full of typos and mistakes. Upon paying the deposit and signing the lease, I was told at 6pm that I had to make the 12 month upfront overseas rental payment that day or I would risk losing the property. This was never raised to me before they demanded the payment out of business hours. After paying the deposit and signing the lease, I was informed that the property had fallen through. I had already made arrangements to move and was forced to resign my current lease. I then had to get my deposit back and had to call numerous times as my emails were ignored. Additionally, I was informed by the deposit insurance company that my deposit was no longer protected. I eventually got my deposit back after numerous emails and phone calls. Throughout my time with Foxtons, the team was ill informed and unprofessional forcing me to resolve most of the issues myself. I understand this may have been one bad experience, however, I strongly advise against using this company unless you absolutely have to.
