Search for a flat in london is tough but she made everything smooth, straight forward and simple. I would work with KFH every single time based on Pat and the team around her that made the whole process calm and straight forward despite the challenges in the London market.

16th Oct 2024 (7 mo. ago)Chestertons were great selling our flat near Caledonian Road. They were direct and upfront about how to price it and the strategy for getting serious buyers in for viewings. Their team flooded the flat with people, leading to several serious offers, some in excess of asking price. When things became challenging during a long chain process, Roberto was incredibly supportive, working very hard to reassure people on both sides of the chain and keep things moving. They were direct, clear and did what they said they would do - would recommend.

10th Feb 2025 (14 weeks ago)I had a 3 year tenancy agreement (on a rolling basis) with Rochester Place, for property in Kentish Town and they have been very helpful from the beginning to the end. It is a very friendly professional team who would go out of their way to support their tenants. I remember, even on a weekend evening when a new tenant on the top floor had an issue with Key someone came to help. All issues were dealt with reasonably well and fast coordinating between landlords and maintenance teams. There wad hassel with my deposit return and even todate I still include Rochester place as my rental reference and they have been always supportive. From many of my friends I heard lots of negative feedback on London rental market, yet Rochester Place is one of those exception with their excellent service.

I cannot thank them enough. Great team. Would thoroughly recommend them.

In a tough market where me and my partner have been searching for a property for over 4 months, he has provided a personal approach in an otherwise stressful time for us both and made us feel calm and reassured throughout a difficult process. His knowledge of the complex market provided us with the expertise we needed to put in a highly competitive offer and navigate negotiations. His consistent communication kept us, and continues to keep us, in the loop at all times. His attentiveness did not go unnoticed and we recommend him to anyone looking for a proactive agent who will support you every step of the way.
18th Mar 2024 (1 year ago)DO NOT SELL YOUR BUSINESS THROUGH THIS COMPANY! READ THE SMALL PRINT This company are extremely aggressive and unprofessional. We advertised a business with them, paid an huge fee to advertise. Later after terminating, we agreed investment (not even a sale) from an investor we met directly, who was never introduced by Hilton Smythe. After accepting investment after terminating with Hilton Smythe they demanded their commission!! Totally unreasonable given it was after termination and the person who invested in our business was never known to or introduced by Hilton Smythe! They are now behaving aggressively and threatening legal action. We in turn have reported them to the ombudsman and trading standards. They are snake oil salesmen. DO NOT DEAL!

He was straightforward and fairly represented both sides without favouring either which built a lot of trust. A different world of experience to any other agent we came across during our buying process. We could not recommend more highly.
