Hannah, Georgia and Amy have all been fantastic in helping me along my journey to becoming a landlord! They made the whole process stress free, and was always happy to answer any questions I had and got everything sorted pretty quick and I now have tenants moved in so Thank you so much!

Our house sold seamlessly within two weeks of going on the market and we also purchased our forever home from them too. From sale and purchase through to completion they were professional, knowledgeable and a pleasure to work with. Tess in particular handled our sale/purchase progression and was, without doubt, the most helpful and competent person we dealt with throughout any of the transactions. On so many occasions her knowledge helped us to keep the transactions progressing. She recognised our situation and did absolutely everything she could, going above and beyond, to support us at a very stressful time. Thanks very much!

31st Jul 2024 (9 weeks ago)Our overall experience with Bettermove is one of disappointment. They sold a model whereby they would market our property to their pool of investors. Essentially they put our house on Rightmove for a slightly higher price then they said they would pay us and left it there. I had to chase for updates and when they responded it was to say that their investors thought the price was an issue! So why didnt you speak to us about that and say what we thought to reducing. I dont actually think they've got investors, just people who want a cash purchase in certain areas. Fortunately we didn't pay Bettermove any money for their services and we ended the contract as soon as we could

We’ve never bought or sold a house for over 30 years and all the staff we were in contact with were extremely helpful. The actual sale of the house took place in less that a day. The first potential buyer loved the house and bought it. The subsequent paper work etc. was all dealt with very efficiently.
