It was a good experience from the beginning as they only sent us house suggestions right within our budget. Definitely recommend them if you are getting property in this area.

Hannah, Georgia and Amy have all been fantastic in helping me along my journey to becoming a landlord! They made the whole process stress free, and was always happy to answer any questions I had and got everything sorted pretty quick and I now have tenants moved in so Thank you so much!

They listened to our views and what we wanted, shared their undoubted knowledge and experience and kept us informed throughout. We received an offer on the first day of viewings (the 2nd viewing) and never looked back, with Andrew Craig helping to keep lines of communication open with the buyer where needed and in a friendly and caring way. A job well done from a firm who clearly know what they're doing...thanks again for all your help!

From start to finish Karen and Andrew showed professionalism, expert local knowledge, flexibility, and were worth every penny. I’ve dealt with other local estate agents and they blow them out the water. I was able to trust Karen with being able to work on my best interest, and her advice from listing at the right price to get a quick sale, to her patience and ability to chase and help push to completion at the end was incredibly valuable. Would highly recommend over any other agent in the area.

31st Jul 2024 (6 weeks ago)Our overall experience with Bettermove is one of disappointment. They sold a model whereby they would market our property to their pool of investors. Essentially they put our house on Rightmove for a slightly higher price then they said they would pay us and left it there. I had to chase for updates and when they responded it was to say that their investors thought the price was an issue! So why didnt you speak to us about that and say what we thought to reducing. I dont actually think they've got investors, just people who want a cash purchase in certain areas. Fortunately we didn't pay Bettermove any money for their services and we ended the contract as soon as we could

There's always been someone to answer a phone call and responses to emails have been quick . All the staff that I have had interactions with have been extremely friendly, helpful and efficient.
