15th Jan 2023 (1 year ago)Wasted 4 months. Be aware that they say if I go ahead and sell to someone they have contacted which was only automated e-mails sent out that is e-mailing people at random then they can claim a fee from you by saying they were the first to introduce the person to your property up for sale, if that person buys from the property at a later date. Under valued the property saying it was to generate interest at auction then kept asking to reduce the selling price this was only after a couple of weeks, that seems to be the most proactive they were asking me to reduce it by £15k. Removed property of sites, claiming it was to generate interest, so it was not showing as up for sale at one point. Put the wrong auction date, a date which had passed when first posted. Was supposed to be a stress free process as I had explained to them I had health problems including mental health. Was anything else but.
10th Apr 2024 (26 days ago)Pattinson staff are so kindly , so well mannered and courteous and extremely helpful . Nothing is a problem and the communication is second to none . Really can give you a lift and give confudence as selling and buying is never that easy. Very friendly and very accomplished

15th Feb 2022 (2 years ago)Booked a viewing on the Friday for, Saturday the next day. I rang the office 4 times with no response and nobody turned up for the viewing, so I travelled and paid for parking for no reason.
8th Feb 2023 (1 year ago)Sold our house within 2 weeks to a cash buyer for over the asking price. Nice video of the house and good contact with viewings
15th Mar 2024 (7 weeks ago)Cons : they only checked in after 12 weeks and once when we had a possible viewing. This felt quite poor over 26 weeks. I requested some replacement photos to use alongside a price drop to create some Interest. Advisor quite abrupt and unhappy at the request . Refused/strongly advised this was not necessary even though work had been done to improve the home since original photos taken . Communication was poor with very little contact over a 26 week period. Didn’t see home marketed via Facebook or email shots . Some of the Photos weren’t the best , make sure you really check them before you approve . Pros : Service was quick and effective at point of set up. Staff were otherwise polite and pleasant to deal with . Always returned calls when I rang . Board went up quickly and photographer was quick. Some of the photos were good. House did not sell or even have a viewing within 26 weeks which is unusual in a popular area.
29th Feb 2024 (10 weeks ago)I was exceptionally pleased with the service from Sanderson Young. All the staff I met with were friendly, professional, informative and efficient. Not being from the area, they were able to suggest an excellent solicitor to oversee my house purchase. The whole process was smooth and stress-free. My partner and I couldn't have wished for more.

23rd Apr 2024 (13 days ago)We just bought our new home through St George and, while they were acting for the vendor rather than us as the purchaser, we have been hugely impressed with the way they run their business. Darren and his team are one of very few estate agents that we have ever come across that have been completely open and honest throughout the process. It is clear that they did so in a manner which also kept their client’s best interests at the forefront. Darren in particular came across as hugely experienced and was able to answer numerous questions about the property at our first viewing - normally when I ask basic questions to estate agents about a property, I am met with a blank stare!! Darren and his team however, either provided immediate answers or found the answer and actually communicated it to me. It was so refreshing to deal with genuine people who clearly take pride in their work. While we were on the other side of the transaction, we have been so impressed that we will be instructing them to sell our rental property.

Properties in poor state, no prior viewings allowed and upon arrival, many broken items, damage and have not been cleaned. All recorded and reported. Be careful when using this company and make sure you get a full inventory done and view it before putting a deposit down. They don't do anything upon prior students leaving.

It seems that their only interest is finding ways to avoid refunding my deposit. Secondly, I moved house during the pandemic and was advised to isolate. I contacted Armstrong to discuss possibly sending the keys through the post or having them pick them up from the property. This request was made because they had previously stated they would inspect the property on the last day of my tenancy. However, they insisted that the keys must be dropped off in person at their office by the last day of my tenancy. They mentioned that failure to do so would result in an additional month's rent charge.

They moved me into a flat with no working plumbing which they knew prior to the start date but neglected to tell me, they ignore emails and texts, their staff gaslight you, they turn up at your home unannounced sometimes letting themselves in and I don't think I've been treated this badly by a company ever. Do yourself a favour and deal with landlords directly. This company is not worth the premium you and the landlord have to pay and they cause more issues than they solve.

17th Jul 2023 (9 mo. ago)STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!!! THEY APPLY EXTRA COMPLETION CHARGES WITHOUT NOTIFYING YOU NOTHING WAS MENTIONED ON LEGAL PACKS MY SOLICITORS CHECKED ALL THIS WHEN IT CAME CLOSE TO COMPLETION I WAS TOLD I HAVE TO PAY AN ADDITIONAL £10,165. SCAMMING COMPANY AVVOID
