As time went by not so enthusiastic Our house was on the market for quite a few months with no offers We asked them to take it off the market. Two weeks later they still have house on the market. Was not impressed and still waiting for reason house was not taken off the market even though I spoke to them on the phone and emailed our instructions. Not a happy customer

Rook Matthews Sayers were also brilliant and so friendly throughout the buying process and there was constant communication. Brilliant service all round

We had a fair amount of veiwings then a sale was agreed. The staff were very helpful all the way through to the sale. I would highly reccomend them

Made the entire process especially the moving week really stress free and was really responsive to messages. In the unlikely event we sell up we will definitely be using Bedebrook.

It seems that their only interest is finding ways to avoid refunding my deposit. Secondly, I moved house during the pandemic and was advised to isolate. I contacted Armstrong to discuss possibly sending the keys through the post or having them pick them up from the property. This request was made because they had previously stated they would inspect the property on the last day of my tenancy. However, they insisted that the keys must be dropped off in person at their office by the last day of my tenancy. They mentioned that failure to do so would result in an additional month's rent charge.
24th Jun 2023 (1 year ago)I'm sure these must be fake reviews. They never invite you to the inventory before or after moving in. Emailed them with issues they missed out on their inventory like hole in walls and they said not to worry as it wouldn't affect my deposit. Never missed rent and around three years later when I hand in my notice, they try to deduct money from my depost for the same holes I was told not to worry about. I had to prove it as I luckily saved the emails. So they came back to me and pivoted their angle and now charging me for other things that were pre existing. Sent me photos of the property with no dates and not resembling anything near what the property looked like when I moved in. Currently waiting for the results of the dispute with the deposit scheme. Scammers beware renters!
3rd Apr 2024 (16 weeks ago)Selling my late father's house was never going to be easy, both from an emotional and property point of view, but AH have made the exercise effortless. From the first meeting I was assured they shared my values of transparency and fairness and I was thrilled by the support I received. They worked doggedly, getting dozens of viewings for the property to ensure I reached the value I needed to achieve. At every point in the process, the communication has been exemplary. As a first time seller, I feel they really understood how to balance the personal and the professional. I cannot recommend them highly enough.

Usually they don’t answer the phone/reply to emails but this week they have failed to show up for viewings twice (cancelling via email 40 minutes before). We are going to contact the seller directly. Do not sell your house with this agency, we are finding it impossible to even view never mind buy anything, house has been on the market for a long time now, reason being OPA won’t show it to anyone! No response via email or phone. Email attached was a cancellation when we were already there, didn’t show up the next day either.
20th May 2024 (10 weeks ago)BP Auctions have been anything BUT easy to work with. We’ve been chasing for updates on the sale of our property for weeks with no response. Every time we manage to speak to someone on the phone, we’re promised a call back that never happens. No one responds via email, and the whole process has been painfully slow from start to finish.

18th Jan 2024 (6 mo. ago)Possibly the most appalling service from any estate agents ever encountered and would most certainly not recommend.We chose Signature because they appeared highly professional and polished. This was certainly the case when they sent their show pony to value our property and do their sales spiel. However, upon signing with them relations went downhill rapidly due to various factors which I will highlight below.Despite being only a 20 minute drive from their nearest office, Signature failed to attend any viewings advising that they didn\'t have sufficient notice to conduct them. We were therefore left to conduct all viewings ourselves whilst both working full time. They later advised that accompanied viewings were complimentary.Their communication was poor with prospective buyers and when we tried to get through we were passed around different people. We never saw or heard from the initial person who came out ever again.When it came to negotiations, Signature disclosed sensitive financial information to prospective buyers which was ultimately detrimental to our sale and lost us money. To them it didn\'t matter but to us it impacted heavily and was a huge breach of trust. Despite formal complaints being made not a single apology or acknowledgment of this followed.When we agreed a sale (with no part played by Signature at all) we heard nothing from them throughout the entire sale process. I subsequently requested that our Solicitor send their fee directly to us to facilitate direct payment. Lo and behold, the company who had ignored contact the previous 3 months were quick off the mark to threaten legal action within 3 hours of completion if their fee remained unpaid.So, in summary, no I would not recommend. For the same service, you could save yourself thousands and simply print off a poster and sellotape it to the nearest bin.
