James valued, photographed and listed my property in good time and managed to find a buyer with no chain at the asking price within a week. Julia was fantastic at communicating all the details and updates with both sides of the purchase which made for a swift and smooth transaction. Thank you to all the team for making the whole experience a great one! Highly recommended.
17th Feb 2026 (28 days ago)I have to say what an amazing experience i have had dealing with Stamford's Newton Fallowell estate agents , they came highly recommended and certainly lived up to my expectation . Henry Warren priced my property on the mark , I needed a offer on the table through a time constraint placed on me , I had a total of 14 viewings , 3 separate offers and it sold in 5 weeks , it sold for over the asking price which came down to a good marketing strategy from Henry , I took his advice from the start and it all worked out for me perfectly . The communication was there from the start they kept me up to date with everything that was happening in the process , totally professional and with great advice when I asked for it, the whole team worked really hard for me and they delivered . I honestly cannot thank them enough and would absolutely recommend then to anyone in the housing market .

Jess could not have been more helpful in helping is secure our forward purchase. A massive thankyou to Moores . Highly recommend to anyone wanting an agent who is motivated, communicative and has excellent local knowledge.
19th Feb 2026 (26 days ago)Wouldn't recommend this company jobs reported when vulnerable take over a week to sort out can never get hold of who you need to calls never get returned antisocial behaviour doesn't get sorted I've moved from bad to worse a day late on rent they soon contact you though.... looks like I'm house hunting again. I've reported numerous times the same people to no avail it's got to the point I've said forget it also if you unfortunately do get housed with this company please check bins before deposit rent and tenancy is signed mine was all full infested and took them over 4 months to empty the council refused rightly so as its the company and landlords fault also check your out house mines still full it's terrible. Especially when the rents so expensive aswell
21st Feb 2026 (24 days ago)Very quickly found 3 viewings and the second one resulted in a buyer. These people were first time buyers and they were helped in getting their mortgage. From the viewing to the acceptance of their final offer took one hour - amazing.

Hazel in particular was brilliant, always happy to answer questions and kept me informed of updates on a regular basis. I would highly recommend Middletons Estate Agents, would not hesitate to use them again.

From the very first viewing right through to checking in that we’d moved in safely, he’s been absolutely brilliant. He was professional, relatable, approachable and genuinely helpful throughout the whole process. Nothing ever felt like too much trouble, and he kept us informed every step of the way which made everything so much less stressful. We appreciate it greatly and would recommend William H Brown highly!
3rd Mar 2026 (14 days ago)Shocking service from Rosedale. Over exaggerated promises which fell extremely flat upon delivery. The advert wasn't correct from the start, I had to contact the agents three times to rectify. Even after all this it still wasn't right, and I'm talking basic, basic things such as putting the right rooms and windows on the floorplan, and features such as solar panels in the advert. It was like a child had written it. If I were an estate agent, I would have discussed the price with the vendor and mentioned the stamp duty thresholds fell close to my price bracket so it would be fortuatus to set the price as near to this threshold as possible. I waited for this "knowledge" from any of the Rosedale agents- again it never came. Oddly we had a viewing the very next morning, but then absolutely nothing for the best part of three months until I gave up, and gave them notice to cease their "services"! I did not have a single call from this office during this time, no updates, no mention of analysis and analytics of the market. Not once asking us if we wanted to adjust the price etc. Just nothing as if it wasn't even on the market with them. To add insult to injury our property was never even featured in their window, or on their social media pages, which was strange as many others were. Again was just told "sorry" no reason given for this. Another thing Rosedale bleet on about is drone footage on your property listing. Again this was never done for us. When I enquired, it was with the attitude, "well if you ask we can do these things" Why should I have to ask to get my advent right, ask to get any feedback, ask to get the selling tools they promise?! Who do they think is working for whom here?! Our sale board fell down shortly after it was erected, again me doing all the work informed them and no one was ever sent to put the board back up. After our property not surprisingly failed to sell, we took it off with Rosedale, I then had to ask them to come and collect the sales board. That was November and four months on the board was never collected! I am an experienced seller, ex landlord and have sold a few properties myself also. But honestly here I am shocked by the level of incompetence experienced here. It was such basic things, I can't believe they manage to sell anything. Must rely on inexperienced people and desperate sellers.

The whole team works very well together and rallies round to sort any queries, but most of our dealings were with Emily and Tina who were both excellent throughout the whole process.

9th Jan 2026 (10 weeks ago)Rang regards a flat, was scoffed at "holy Christ that's 3 times more than I earn". Sorry that I'm disabled and our money goes 3 ways not one. Told him I had one ccj continued the conversation. Asked why we were leaving the property. Early release due to being uninhabitable, with proof and a letter from my agent, suddenly, no no we can't deal with you. His tone was demeaning from the beginning, little did this "bloke" know, id call him a gentleman but he's not , I own my own business, yes Im poorly at present but not forever but we weren't good enough, even with a guarantor. One day life will get tough for you! I hope someone makes you feel so small and worthless.very discriminative.

18th Mar 2024 (1 year ago)DO NOT SELL YOUR BUSINESS THROUGH THIS COMPANY! READ THE SMALL PRINT This company are extremely aggressive and unprofessional. We advertised a business with them, paid an huge fee to advertise. Later after terminating, we agreed investment (not even a sale) from an investor we met directly, who was never introduced by Hilton Smythe. After accepting investment after terminating with Hilton Smythe they demanded their commission!! Totally unreasonable given it was after termination and the person who invested in our business was never known to or introduced by Hilton Smythe! They are now behaving aggressively and threatening legal action. We in turn have reported them to the ombudsman and trading standards. They are snake oil salesmen. DO NOT DEAL!

Throughout the process Winkworth of Bourne helped us every step of the way, always on hand with advice and guidance. Communication was excellent and they made us feel valued as customers. 4th Mar 2026 (13 days ago)Advertised at £400K… but then the description says £400,000–£450,000 (Guide Price). So which is it? Feels more like clickbait than a real listing. Estate agents, honesty is the best policy — stop playing games with numbers! Edit - Thanks for the explanation. I understand that property portals only allow a single headline price, but that’s exactly why choosing £400k as the headline when the guide price actually runs up to £445k can feel misleading to buyers browsing listings. Most people filter searches based on the headline figure, so naturally it creates the expectation that £400k is somewhere near the realistic price point. Including the range in the description is helpful, but the headline price is still what draws people in and shapes the initial expectation. And just to clarify — leaving a review doesn’t require someone to have made a formal enquiry. Many buyers are simply browsing the market and commenting on how listings appear from a buyer’s perspective. If anything, that kind of feedback is useful because it reflects exactly how potential buyers first see the listing.
