25th Jun 2025 (15 days ago)I am not happy because I had previously removed all my permissions for WH Brown to contact me by any means, Yet I have just had a missed telephone call and then an email from you? Not very professional at all, You should be checking to see whether you have permission before contacting customers. And even after I specifically emailed you to tell you not to contact me you have ignored this too and are still trying to contact me, I will be reporting this to head office and I will be reporting you to the ombudsman.

24th Jun 2025 (16 days ago)They valued my property which all went well and then I never heard from them again and I never received the follow-up email with all the information that I got told I would receive but at the end of day it is their loss as I was going to use them to sell my property.

29th Jun 2025 (11 days ago)absolutely horrible response to repairs. i’ve had an issue for over a month which was reported three separate times to fixflo and it hasn’t been solved. AVOID !! they will tell you they’re chasing up an issue just to shut you up and refuse to provide updates unless you call them.- 6th Jun 2025 (5 weeks ago)Very helpful and well-informed staff - Alan in particular had all the information about the "modern method of auction" option, and put in the extra mile with things like arranging inspections while it was unoccupied and taking final meter readings when it was sold.
12th Jun 2025 (28 days ago)They withhold information, get you to pay the holding deposit, then drop information on you which puts you in a position you cannot go ahead with the tenancy, then refuse to refund the deposit and throw legal jargon at you to show how you’ve breached contract, instead of taking ownership for their own mistake and lack of transparency. Also - whatever you do, do not liaise with Ellie for anything. She shuts you out, won’t listen, and just try and scam the money out of you by using big legal words. Shady!

Liam was very straightforward in what he said, the sales ladies Marta and Talia where very good. I dealt with and spoke to Marta in general more than anyone else and was very pleased with the deal she managed with the buyers. Very happy with Tristrams and would highly recommend to everyone.

Lianna wax highly professional , supportive, and helped us achieve a good outcome for our sale. As anyone will tell you being at either end of the sales process -buying or selling -can be highly stressful . Lianna helped put my mind at rest on several occasions and I am grateful to her for her patience, skill.and her determination to achieve the right result . 8th Jul 2025 (2 days ago)We found Comfort Estates staff to be rude, unhelpful and disinterested in providing good customer service. They don't know much about property and are poorly trained with little experience. We would not use them again and would not recommend them to other customers. Avoid.
