Their local knowledge of the area is a bonus to any buyer. Couldn't ask for a better estate agent. They even put up with my partner popping in every 5 minutes to see how things were going! Amazing team of dedicated professionals.

Helen kept me informed every step of the way and I honestly could not have managed the whole project better if I did it myself. I am really lucky to have Helen looking after these matters because she is one of the most reliable and professional people I have had dealings with.

18th Mar 2024 (1 year ago)DO NOT SELL YOUR BUSINESS THROUGH THIS COMPANY! READ THE SMALL PRINT This company are extremely aggressive and unprofessional. We advertised a business with them, paid an huge fee to advertise. Later after terminating, we agreed investment (not even a sale) from an investor we met directly, who was never introduced by Hilton Smythe. After accepting investment after terminating with Hilton Smythe they demanded their commission!! Totally unreasonable given it was after termination and the person who invested in our business was never known to or introduced by Hilton Smythe! They are now behaving aggressively and threatening legal action. We in turn have reported them to the ombudsman and trading standards. They are snake oil salesmen. DO NOT DEAL!

From the beginning to the day we got the keys, Sian was friendly, professional, and incredibly supportive throughout the entire process. Nothing was ever too much for her—even when we wanted to visit the property three times before completion, she was always accommodating and happy to help. She also went the extra mile by helping us find reliable surveyors and even chased them up on our behalf to keep everything moving smoothly. Her communication was excellent, and she answered every question with patience and clarity. Thanks to Sian and the team at Campbells, what could have been a stressful journey turned into a genuinely exciting and enjoyable experience. We are now happily settling into our dream home, and we couldn’t be more grateful. Highly recommend!

For the first time, I truly felt like an estate agent had my back and was acting in my best interest. She went above and beyond, even doing work I didn’t realise estate agents typically do, like compiling a report to justify the property’s value. That level of commitment was a world away from what I’ve experienced before. The photography, videos, and the listing on Rightmove were exceptional. Things are moving quickly and smoothly and Sina always gives me an update without me reaching out. Hands down the best estate agent I’ve ever dealt with.
