Called back and agent remembered me, again he said he will pass on details to very busy team, now 1 week has passed and no answer. Can you imagine going through a process of buying or selling with them.. Bad service, avoid Lucy from customer relation will email the same robotic catchphrase, can you email us at so and so....total nonsense...look at all the reviews, robot Lucy will answer with same lines

Stuart was always on hand to answer any questions and help move things along when needed. The mortgage broker Kerrie was also very helpful and got us some great deals on mortgages and insurance, I did however have a few issues with the solicitors that they recommended for the conveyancing. Overall would recommend.

11th Feb 2022 (2 years ago)I'm not one for reviews but I have to share my experience. After renting my property out through Northwoods (a lot of years), it was time to buy a new property. They had been fantastic at managing the property over the years, with constant communication and regular updates. the property was never left empty for long, just long enough to allow maintenance to be done (By their approved contractors) before new tenants moved in. So based on their professionalism I choose them to handle the purchase. It just seemed effortless, again communication was spot on, I never once had to call to push along, Sara and Sam seemed to be one step ahead and kept me well informed explaining any issues that might arise, when there was a problem they sorted it all out with a common sense approach. When the other party seemed to be dragging their heels (solicitors) on completion, there they were again helping the transaction through to the end. I can not recommend these guys enough, for making everything hassle free, with no stress at all.

8th Apr 2024 (21 days ago)I chose Chelton Brown to manage my portfolio based on personal recommendation and my own research. I had a short-list of two agents in the town that I felt stood out as being serious about the lettings business. So many estate agents seem to see lettings as easy money, but are not dedicated to a service model as distinct from the large one-off commission on property sales. Before committing I met with the Managing Director and key people that would support me, my properties, and of course my tenants. 3 years later I continue to grow my portfolio and feel justified in choosing Chelton Brown.

The process of selling my house was seamless from start to finish. Will and Tom met me for a face to face meeting on Day 1 outlining the plan and followed it to a T. This included obtatining the best property price with regular updates from Will all in reasonable time. After the offer was accepted I was please to receive further updates from Sandy who kept me informed on all matters. He was consistently 100% from start to finish. Responsive and always happy to help (even when it might be slightly out of his realm, which it often was).
