Their local knowledge of the area is a bonus to any buyer. Couldn't ask for a better estate agent. They even put up with my partner popping in every 5 minutes to see how things were going! Amazing team of dedicated professionals.

Ben made everything so much easier, from finding the perfect place to guiding me through the paperwork. I truly appreciate his efforts and would highly recommend him to anyone looking for assistance in renting a home.

Jane and William used their years of experience and expertise to guide us through the process, advising us well and ensuring that, not only did we get an excellent offer swiftly, but that it continued all the way to completion. Jane worked tirelessly, liaising with solicitors on both sides and other agents in the chain, so that our sale went through and so did our purchase. Communication was always quick and effective and we always felt confident in everything because of Jane's hard work, communication and expertise. We would never use anyone other than Naylors. Thank you Jane and William!

She expedited a maintenance check and kept me fully updated as she worked though finding a solution with my landlord. 31st Oct 2024 (25 weeks ago)If they had turned up early for the initial viewing as requested it would have been perfect ???????? but as it was the buyers, estate agent and us were all at the property at once, awkward. Otherwise they were a lovely helpful company to work with especially Rosie.
22nd Jan 2025 (13 weeks ago)All the team at Magenta are incredibly friendly and helpful and professional. My late mother sold her house and purchased a new one both through Magenta and currently it is rented out again through Magenta who fully manage the property. Everything runs like clockwork and any queries are dealt with very promptly.I wouldn’t go with any other Estate Agent other than Magenta. I feel relaxed in the knowledge that my property is in good hands. My dealings have been with Julia, Matthew and Mikaela and all three are such lovely people. Can’t recommend highly enough!

He kept me up to date with everything that was happening from both the buying of my new property and the selling of my old property! He made the process a lot easier to deal with for me.

From the moment I arrived, Laura was welcoming and professional. She took the time to walk me through the property, highlighting its features and addressing any questions I had along the way. What stood out most was her in-depth knowledge of the property and the local area. She offered valuable insights into the neighborhood, local amenities, and even future developments, which made a big difference in helping me assess whether it was the right fit. Laura's approach was both personable and informative, making the viewing feel more like a conversation rather than just a sales pitch. She was also very transparent about the property's history and potential, which I really appreciated. It’s clear that she genuinely cares about matching clients with the right property, rather than just making a sale. Overall, my experience with Henderson Connellan and Laura during the property viewing was excellent. I felt well-informed, supported, and confident in my decision-making process.
