Special thanks to Raji Bhangra who made our stay very enjoyable. Raji has been very supportive and was always reachable to solve any issues. We only had to leave the house for a bigger house. I would definitely recomment PL

She did so much to help me after having trouble sorting out renting and she was just fabulous throughout. So lovely and nothing was to much trouble. I plan on living in my new place for many years but should that ever change Nikki will be my first point of contact for help in the future. And will highly recommend to all. She really is a credit to connells and goes above and beyond to provide an amazing service.

From early advice on pricing and marketing- including a PR article with photo of our house in the FT. Organising viewings was done well often with the fabulous Carol and Sandy in charge. With the stress of exchange particular thanks to Victoria for keeping us sane and on track.

11th Feb 2022 (2 years ago)I'm not one for reviews but I have to share my experience. After renting my property out through Northwoods (a lot of years), it was time to buy a new property. They had been fantastic at managing the property over the years, with constant communication and regular updates. the property was never left empty for long, just long enough to allow maintenance to be done (By their approved contractors) before new tenants moved in. So based on their professionalism I choose them to handle the purchase. It just seemed effortless, again communication was spot on, I never once had to call to push along, Sara and Sam seemed to be one step ahead and kept me well informed explaining any issues that might arise, when there was a problem they sorted it all out with a common sense approach. When the other party seemed to be dragging their heels (solicitors) on completion, there they were again helping the transaction through to the end. I can not recommend these guys enough, for making everything hassle free, with no stress at all.

19th Jun 2024 (13 weeks ago)I am writing to formally complain about the unprofessional, nonchalant, and slow service I received from this estate agency. My experience with the team has been consistently disappointing, and I feel compelled to bring these issues to the public's attention. Firstly, I have found it extremely difficult to get in touch with the office. Phone calls are rarely answered, and messages left are not returned in a timely manner. This lack of communication is highly frustrating and unprofessional. On one occasion, I tried to arrange a second viewing of Rectory Farm and proposed several appointment options. However, none of these options were accommodated, which caused significant inconvenience. Additionally, during another viewing, the agent was extremely late and informed me only upon arrival that there was a different entrance to the property. This crucial information should have been communicated in advance to avoid confusion and wasted time. The most disappointing incident occurred when I was trying to follow up on a property. Despite multiple attempts to reach the office, my calls were not returned. When I finally managed to speak with Izzie, I was informed that the property had been sold subject to contract, and there was no intention of further engagement on the matter. This lack of transparency and follow-up is unacceptable. I hope they take this complaint seriously and address these issues promptly to improve on their service, for both buyers and vendors sake (especially for the vendor who is clearly receiving a substandard service).

When a Grade II listed property is involved, there are likely to be wrinkles. Still, Jan, in particular, was a highly responsive conduit between the seller and us, ensuring matters were attended to correctly and timely. The sale and contracts are now exchanged, with both parties happy - the exact definition of a good negotiation outcome.
