Even after we had completed, sold and moved we had follow up calls to see all was ok and did we need any help. Class act. They really made the agents we bought our new house through look shambolic and amateurish.

From the moment we stepped into the lovely little bungalow with Rachel, we knew we were in good hands. They listened, they understood, and they hustled like nobody’s business to get us into our the place we loved. They didn’t just help us buy a house; they paved the way for a future brimming with joy, love, and countless opportunities. This home may not be our forever destination, but it’s a meaningful stepping stone and investment for our children’s future. Thank you, Angela, Rachel and your team at H&H, for helping us get into out first home. ????????- 10th Jul 2024 (17 days ago)I have rented with H&H for 5 years now and when you live in a property for that long issues will come up. On this occasion there was a problem with the plumbing and although I initially called it in on a Saturday morning, was called back and told that someone would be to fix it on Monday (I requested afternoon). I called on Monday and was lucky enough to speak to a gentleman named Drew, he was very polite and have managed to send me someone the next day (Chris) who went above and beyond to fix the issue, and even though he had to deal with a very peculiar tight space which required a specific slim type of materials, even though that brand new part turned out to be faulty and he had to go and get another brand new part, neither Chris nor Drew gave up on their task, with very fast actions and evident knowledge and hard work, they managed not only to fix the issue but also turn an unhappy customer to an extremely happy (5*) one who is very thankful and appreciative of the work Chris did and how Drew handled this from start to finish. Thank you both very much!! ????

18th Mar 2024 (19 weeks ago)DO NOT SELL YOUR BUSINESS THROUGH THIS COMPANY! READ THE SMALL PRINT This company are extremely aggressive and unprofessional. We advertised a business with them, paid an huge fee to advertise. Later after terminating, we agreed investment (not even a sale) from an investor we met directly, who was never introduced by Hilton Smythe. After accepting investment after terminating with Hilton Smythe they demanded their commission!! Totally unreasonable given it was after termination and the person who invested in our business was never known to or introduced by Hilton Smythe! They are now behaving aggressively and threatening legal action. We in turn have reported them to the ombudsman and trading standards. They are snake oil salesmen. DO NOT DEAL!
4th Jul 2024 (23 days ago)Absolutely terrible service. Booked a viewing before they knew if they could get the keys or not. Rang me last minute to say they couldnt get the keys so wasted money on the non-refundable train tickets. Would have signed the contract there and then once seeing the property. They lost a customer who would have taken a property off them which has been up for two months after multiple people didn't secure it. Also didn't get sent the viewing address and wasted my time. Never will use again.
4th Jul 2024 (23 days ago)Campbells Estate Agents Daventry We chose Campbells as they were recommended by a friend We found Stan from Campbells very friendly and knowledgeable with all are questions and concerns We are very pleased that we used Campbells the service was really good we were contacted after every viewing great feedback every time We felt Campbells were well worth the money they sold our house really quickly and kept us in the loop all the way through the process We would definitely recommend Campbells Stan and Mark went well above to make our experience as stressless as possible

I contacted them and filled out the income form which i was ignored so i chased them up and kayleigh then got back to me to say i don’t meet the income criteria. I then replied on Thursday explaining i get another 9k income for my son and was yet again ignored. I feel there was judgement when i even called about this property as i was ignored twice. I then had to chase her up and she didnt reply even though i’ve confirmed i can afford the property. This house was perfect due to it being near my sons school. I have 15 years rental references and i feel i was judged and made to feel like i can’t afford it which clearly i can.

Walked in around 6 weeks having trouble with finding a house, they was straight on it, took our interests into what we was looking for, found the perfect house for us, that we can now call ours as first time buyers!
