From this point we went from struggling to get any viewings at all, to Taylors selling our house within 24 hours!! It wasn’t the most straight forward of sales, and we felt grateful to be reassured and informed throughout the process. Jamie in particular went above and beyond for us with fantastic customer service. It is clear everyone at Taylors really care about their customers and you not only get a great team of professionals who know the area well, they are also so friendly and a pleasure to work with. I’m so pleased we chose Taylors and I’d recommend them to anyone. Thank you Tim, Jamie and team :)

11th Feb 2022 (2 years ago)I'm not one for reviews but I have to share my experience. After renting my property out through Northwoods (a lot of years), it was time to buy a new property. They had been fantastic at managing the property over the years, with constant communication and regular updates. the property was never left empty for long, just long enough to allow maintenance to be done (By their approved contractors) before new tenants moved in. So based on their professionalism I choose them to handle the purchase. It just seemed effortless, again communication was spot on, I never once had to call to push along, Sara and Sam seemed to be one step ahead and kept me well informed explaining any issues that might arise, when there was a problem they sorted it all out with a common sense approach. When the other party seemed to be dragging their heels (solicitors) on completion, there they were again helping the transaction through to the end. I can not recommend these guys enough, for making everything hassle free, with no stress at all.

14th Apr 2024 (21 days ago)Wanted to extend my thanks to the excellent team at Crowhurst Gale for handling the sale of my property, in particular Emma and John. They both did an amazing job handling the account while working to a tight deadline with a demanding buyer. Moving home is a hugely stressful process and they did a fantastic job to alleviate some of the headaches that come along with it. I'll definitely be using Crowhurst Gale again in the future if I ever end up moving again. Thanks so much guys!

Most courteous of people who kept me up to date with everything with the progress of the sale. Highly recommend Matthew Nicholas for buying or selling a property
31st Dec 2021 (2 years ago)Marie’s remarkable work ethic We were with another agent for 6 months, they showed know interest or drive to sell our house. We decided to go with a different agent. We went with Marie from fine and Country Marie had the drive and a different outlook on the selling of our home . She booked one open day for potential buyers to view, on that day we had a disaster, a water leak!!! (we were away at the time) Marie not only sold our house in it’s worst state , she helped with the clean up !! We were kept informed all the way through out the sale of our home . We would highly recommend Marie for her outstanding service , positive attitude and her remarkable work ethic!!

12th Jul 2021 (2 years ago)I used O’Riordan Bond to market a property I was selling in Earls Barton. I dealt with Rebecca from having the property valued through to completion of the sale. It was really easy to deal with one person and she kept me informed of any developments throughout the process. She was very helpful, efficient and always answered calls and emails promptly. I was very impressed with the service provided. I would definitely use their services again.

The stuff working there in the letting department are very very rude especially the manager. We been left with no heating or hot water for 3 days and we have a child, everytime when called been told we are not the only ones and they have a lot more rented houses to take care of. Only when I told her that I will contact the council she send someone to fix it straight away. She always very rude on the phone, I am not sure how she even have a position like this. I would avoid this agency!!!

He was consistently 100% from start to finish. Responsive and always happy to help (even when it might be slightly out of his realm, which it often was). The sale was long, with many many problems along the way. Paul couldn’t have acted any better throughout. Could not recommend Paul enough.

Their very competitive rates, and friendly, personal touch, we're instrumental in us choosing to go with them. They offered excellent advice regarding solicitors, sale price and staging, and nothing seemed too much trouble. They marketeted my house extremely well, with the pictures and video tour really showing my house in its best light. Mike and Gino were always available during the sale and purchase with advice, encouragement, and personal support in what was a unique, often stressful situation with my buyer. I'm happy to say that everything went through in the end, and we are now in our new home. Thank you Mike and Gino from Homesale for going the extra mile for us, and supporting us every step of the way.
