We had issues with the house we were buying and this led to delay after delay but we were so lucky to have Coopers in our corner pulling everything together. Highly recommend

Our sale was quite complex due to a family member being unwell, but from the moment I met them, to dropping the keys in their office, they were fantastic. 16th Dec 2024 (21 weeks ago)A massive thank you to Marina and the team at William H Brown for all their help on getting us moved into our new home, after a tough 6 months with a few obstacles in our way they went above and beyond to get us in before Christmas. Marina was amazing at dedicating her time to ensure our exchange and completion went ahead as planned, she has kept me thoroughly updated throughout the process and I can’t thank her enough for her hard work.
23rd Sep 2024 (7 mo. ago)Please do not go with this group of cowboys. We rented our property with them for one year and the experience was horrendous. Their electrician quoted £1500 for work, we then got the work completed be a different qualified electrician for £150. The staff were very rude and pushy towards using their own tradesmen, that’s if you could speak with a member of staff on the phone without them cutting you off. They have taken 2 months rent payments from our tenant who is a pensioner with limited funds, even though their contract has ended, we have been fighting to get this money returned for the past 3 weeks, with no joy as yet, even though they admit it is entirely their fault, they each blame different departments. Absolutely would never recommend this company.

They made the entire home-buying process so smooth that we hardly even realized when everything got done, and we received the keys to our new home in a very short time. We are truly thankful to all of you!

She was professional, knowledgeable and dedicated throughout the process. She always kept us informed and provided great support. We would highly recommended them to anyone looking to buy or sell a home.
11th Feb 2022 (3 years ago)I'm not one for reviews but I have to share my experience. After renting my property out through Northwoods (a lot of years), it was time to buy a new property. They had been fantastic at managing the property over the years, with constant communication and regular updates. the property was never left empty for long, just long enough to allow maintenance to be done (By their approved contractors) before new tenants moved in. So based on their professionalism I choose them to handle the purchase. It just seemed effortless, again communication was spot on, I never once had to call to push along, Sara and Sam seemed to be one step ahead and kept me well informed explaining any issues that might arise, when there was a problem they sorted it all out with a common sense approach. When the other party seemed to be dragging their heels (solicitors) on completion, there they were again helping the transaction through to the end. I can not recommend these guys enough, for making everything hassle free, with no stress at all.
12th Jul 2021 (3 years ago)I used O’Riordan Bond to market a property I was selling in Earls Barton. I dealt with Rebecca from having the property valued through to completion of the sale. It was really easy to deal with one person and she kept me informed of any developments throughout the process. She was very helpful, efficient and always answered calls and emails promptly. I was very impressed with the service provided. I would definitely use their services again.

22nd Mar 2025 (8 weeks ago)Absolutely outstanding service. From the moment we met Richard we knew we wanted Jackie Oliver to sell our house. We had two other estate agents come round, both giving hard sale tactics, one even telling us to fill out the paperwork to sell the house before he came, to "speed up the process". Richard gave us time and made us feel like we just sat down with a friend to have a chat about selling our house. His guidance and the help from the whole team was outstanding. The photos taken by Frazer were beautiful and really made us question why we were moving! Charlotte wrapped up the whole process with an amazing after sales customer service experience and was on hand to offer advice and help push through the sale as effectively and quickly as needed All together a faultless experience and we would happily recommend Jackie Oliver to anyone looking to buy or sell, we just wish we had bought a property through them as well! 1st May 2025 (13 days ago)Northwood have exceeded my expectations, As a first time landlord i was apprehensive on which company to choose to manage my property, But the management and communication has been outstanding, As a landlord its made renting a property so easy.
2nd Feb 2025 (14 weeks ago)We recently purchased our first house through O’Riordan Bond, our estate agent-Ella was so lovely, she was there whenever I had questions and was able to answer them promptly. Adele and Caroline are lovely too, Adele helping with any queries regarding the process with the solicitors and she kept us up to date with the progress. Caroline advised us with mortgages and lenders helping us navigate through the mortgage rates. I would definitely recommend using them and I would 100% use them myself again! Thanks ladies!

When I moved in to the property it was fully refurbished to an excellent standard. One time during winter I had a problem with my boiler with no heating for a few days. I made one call to 1st Choice and Mark dropped off some electric heaters, untill we got it fixed through Mear's. Anyone looking for property to rent then I would definatley recommend 1st Choice.
