4th Aug 2024 (9 weeks ago)The Fine & country booklet showing the house for sale was fantastic, the photographs were excellent. The sales team were very helpful especially James whom we had the most contact with. Julie Vassar who dealt with the after sales was amazing, she kept us informed and was extremely helpful (more so than our solicitor!) as well as being professional.

25th May 2022 (2 years ago)Steve personally over saw from day1 putting brochure together, meeting each prospective buyers at the property. The service we received from One Estates, has been Excellent with nothing being to much trouble. We sold our property within 5 days. ????

We found every person who works at this branch to be professional, friendly and willing to go the extra mile. We truly felt that they had our best interests at heart and executed a perfect sale within an excellent time frame. They should be held as a good example to other estate agents
28th Nov 2019 (4 years ago)After having my property on the market for over a month I had no viewers. I therefore decided to reduce price from what was recommended. I then still received only 3 viewers in the total 16 weeks.
18th Sep 2024 (19 days ago)We recently had our house valued and marketed by Websters. At the valuation and pre-marketing meeting, Alex seemed to do a good job....he promised to look after our sale personally and sounded knowledgeable and trustworthy. We therefore chose him, as opposed to 2 other estate agents, to sell our house. However, after this meeting and a photographer's visit (not as good as the current photographs), we didn't get any phone calls from Alex or see him at all after the house had gone onto the market. Alex over-valued the house by more than 100k (we stress that this was HIS valuation price, not what we wanted to achieve at sale) and only once were we given the option of a viewing being carried out by someone from Websters, so I ended up doing them all myself. When I sent an email asking why we had received no feedback whatsoever from any of the viewings, he got a colleague to call me instead of calling me himself. We previously had a good opinion of Websters and if Alex, but after this will definitely never use them in the future.

3rd Sep 2024 (5 weeks ago)Due to a family bereavement our situation changed and we found Bycrofts very helpful, non pushy and understanding of our predicament. When ready to move we will opt for Bycrofts again- 16th Aug 2024 (7 weeks ago)They put the incorrect photos on Rightmove & said they could change them. Poor communication, they didn’t answer viewers questions correctly. After our notice period was over, we went to collect our key, which was handed over without asking our name or for proof of identity. Two weeks later the photo of our property was still in their window, at the original price (we had reduced the price several months ago!) The property remained ion Rightmove despite phone calls & emails requesting its removal. We didn’t feel we were offered a professional service.

15th Sep 2024 (22 days ago)Winkworth Poringland were our purchase property Estate Agents and were absolutely fantastic, we mostly dealt with Jade who is not only absolutely lovely but clearly knowledgeable and very efficient at her job. She communicated with us nearly everyday towards to end as things weren't always straightforward with the chain, this not only eased our minds but helped clarify the progress. She made the process much less stressful and worked really hard to get us to complete in the time frame we needed.

19th Sep 2024 (18 days ago)This company is our new managing agents and I cannot believe the extremely efficient, polite service I received as soon as I called about my washing machine which had broken down. The following day, an engineer was sent to me, machine fully broken. Engineer wrote a report, three days later I had a brand new, great brand of washing machine delivered and fitted. I was kept up to date with all details including delivery times via text or phone calls. None of the flats I have lived in before have ever been so caring and professional and I cannot recommend Stretton's property management highly enough. Chris was the gentleman who took care of everything so a huge thank you to him. What. Breath of fresh air !!!!! ?????????????????????

31st Jul 2024 (10 weeks ago)Our overall experience with Bettermove is one of disappointment. They sold a model whereby they would market our property to their pool of investors. Essentially they put our house on Rightmove for a slightly higher price then they said they would pay us and left it there. I had to chase for updates and when they responded it was to say that their investors thought the price was an issue! So why didnt you speak to us about that and say what we thought to reducing. I dont actually think they've got investors, just people who want a cash purchase in certain areas. Fortunately we didn't pay Bettermove any money for their services and we ended the contract as soon as we could

The staff are friendly and offer very good advice about the property market which gave me huge confidence. I would recommend Aldreds over any other agent.
