I cannot recommend this estate agents enough. Everything has been so easygoing. We also got a lovely little card and pot plant on moving in. Thankyou all so much, esp Alison. 7th Dec 2024 (19 weeks ago)Mr. Colin McKenzie, the Abbotfox Norwich office Branch manager/partner was most helpful to me. He knew the market well and ,quoted me the correct price for the property so I got offers quickly. It was a vacant property for some time and he connected me with an insurance agent that carried insurance on vacant properties, which on my own, I would have never been able to. He was prompt, and took photos of my place in less than 24 hours to expedite the listing of the property. He was diligent and fast, and arranged for the cleaning crew so the property could be shown asap. Later on, there were some obstacles with the gas meter installation etc, he went above and beyond and researched the different suppliers of the gas meters and installation and arranged for them to do the testing. He spent a lot of time on my little property. . He also had a very agile mind and formulated different scenarios and the pros and cons of each action taken, so that I could come to an easy and logical decision. He was very kind and understood my situation and the urgency of selling the property . Even when the buyer had difficult demands, Colin never gave up encouraging me to soldier on, and now today, the sale was completed and I am very happy and grateful to Colin.

I'd like to especially thank Theo who worked diligently throughout the process to keep me informed and answer any questions I had. I got responses almost instantly and I am so grateful for the patience and kindness he showed throughout the process, as it was a first time purchase. Everything went smoothly and the purchase was complete in a matter of weeks due to brown & co's help.

Ben Rivett was an invaluable source of advice, both at the planning and valuation stages. The quality of his recommendations helped us readily achieve a very good sale. Natalie Howlett- Clarke handled the negotiation and completion stages with great professionalism. Her communication and responsiveness were first rate. Moreover, I really enjoyed working with Ben and Natalie for their friendliness, honesty and good humour, as well as for their high level of professional capability.

They were always professional courteous and nothing was too much trouble. We were regularly updated and they put a lot of time and effort along with patience in the successful sake We highly recommend.

She herself was very personable and good at her job, she knew the answers to our questions (or where to find them), she came prepared with very useful paperwork, offered tips and local advice. There was nothing not to like!

2nd Feb 2024 (1 year ago)I really can not fault Exquisite Homes, They did everything perfectly, the brochure for my house was a work of art, it was glossy and made more like a book, in comparison with the tatty photocopied sheets I had from some of the estate agents who were offering houses I was considering buying. Their photographer was amazing and produced fantastic pictures and, it's the pictures that sell the house in the first place. The team who sold my house was amiable and efficient. Even after the sale had been agreed the Exquisite team, chased the solicitors and pushed the sale through, the only thing I had to do was sign the contract. If you do not use Exquisite Homes to sell your home, you only have yourselves to blame.

18th Mar 2024 (1 year ago)DO NOT SELL YOUR BUSINESS THROUGH THIS COMPANY! READ THE SMALL PRINT This company are extremely aggressive and unprofessional. We advertised a business with them, paid an huge fee to advertise. Later after terminating, we agreed investment (not even a sale) from an investor we met directly, who was never introduced by Hilton Smythe. After accepting investment after terminating with Hilton Smythe they demanded their commission!! Totally unreasonable given it was after termination and the person who invested in our business was never known to or introduced by Hilton Smythe! They are now behaving aggressively and threatening legal action. We in turn have reported them to the ombudsman and trading standards. They are snake oil salesmen. DO NOT DEAL!
28th Mar 2025 (23 days ago)Jade and the team at Winkworths were excellent in dealing with the sale of our property. Jade kept us informed at all stages and was extremely pro-active in helping deliver the sale completion to a tight deadline.
I have been coming here for the last 7 years and have had some amazing tattoos, Kevin is brilliant and is so welcoming and down to earth. I highly recommend this place. It is always very clean and smells lovely when you walk in.
