If you are a first time buyer I would highly recommend you request to connect to jack. And if the rest of the team are as skilled you will be in amazing hands. We also cannot thank Oliver enough who was able to hit the nail on the head with our property goals without any lag, meaning we did not miss out on any available market oppurtunities. 10th Jul 2024 (17 days ago)We have been pleased with Chamberlain Evans and would definitely recommend them - it seems much less stressful to use a local more personal independent firm.They quickly found us a good buyer, showed people round and were helpful, readily available and knew the market.They also liasoned with other professionals involved and recommended a good solicitor.

5th Jul 2024 (22 days ago)As first time buyers, me and my wife were not too familiar with the whole process of buying a house and finding the right mortgage. We visited the Connells team at the Headington office. The whole team was brilliant from day one. Their Mortgage Advisor, Jack Ballard was simply amazing!! Jack is very professional, knowledgeable, friendly, practical and very efficient. He is always available for you and has great communication skills. He would call you if there was anything urgent even if he was on his holiday. He was abe to quickly understand our needs and circumstances. He brings his vast experience not only as a mortgage advisor but also his previous experience working as an estate agent to the table. This was really helpful for us as you basically get two services in one. He not only helped us find the best mortgage rate at that time but also kept us informed when the rates went down and got us onto a lower rate. Jack's experience working as an estate agent really came in handy for us when choosing the property to buy, negotiating and communicating with the seller's agents, solicitors and expediting the whole process of buying a house which so far has been really smooth and hassel free thanks to Jack. Thank you Jack!! We would highly recommend Jack Ballard to anyone looking for a mortgage advisor.

She instructed a professional photographer to take photos of my home and the results were outstanding. The whole process was smooth from start to finish. Jess and Corinne were a delight to deal with and dealt with all queries from me efficiently. She supported me through the whole process. My house sold in just over 8 weeks as it was the height of summer. I received under the asking price but I was very happy with the final sale price. I went with Truemans solicitor and because they were referred to me by Amelie’s. They are excellent and very competitively priced. On the day I said my final goodbye to my home, Jess turned up with a beautiful bag of goodies from bubbly to chocolate which was a lovely touch. I highly recommend Amelie’s for your next house sale.
21st Jun 2024 (5 weeks ago)Pretty incompetent and very low professionality level...went to see a couple of houses with them, never called back to say the result of my application (I just saw the houses I applied for being taken out of the rightmove website). I tried to book other visits either through their website or by leaving a message over the phone, never returned...also, some of the houses I was interested in were already taken, but they leave the ads on the internet the same...just avoid them

I listed my property at 8am and by 9.30am on the same day I was receiving emails from potential purchaser's. I well know the power of the Internet, but even I was surprised by the speed of it all. The Griffin team have the power to listen and assist you, I wish to thank the person at Griffin who originated this professional service and his team for doing a great job. Negative: They valued our property at an ambitious price which sadly didn't receive any offers, even after reducing the price. Unfortunately a window was left open at the property following a viewing on more than one occasion.

James imparticular went above and beyond to sort out two very messy and twice broken chains that we were a part of. After almost two, very frustrating years we finally moved and James was with us every step of the way. It was a pleasure to deal with him and Turner’s.

13th Jun 2023 (1 year ago)Hathaways took over management of our Oxford property in April this year, and so far have been a breath of fresh air - it's great to be working again with a family concern, and to feel that they care about us and our tenants. The only issue we had was that some documents were rather unclear, but they responded promptly to my feedback and updated the docs to fix this. Service has been friendly and efficient.
