Carly took care of us from day one. She has always been professional, polite and on hand to help and support us throughout the process. It has been an incredibly bumpy journey for us but knowing we had a good team supporting us it made it a little easier. She has been amazing at handling the sale of our property. We are so thankful to her for all her hard-work, expertise and perseverance throughout this process. We can’t thank her enough. Thank you so much to the team at Beresford- Carly and Rob!!! The service we have received has been second to none.
8th Jul 2025 (0 days ago)Really poor service from the estate agent. We were looking to rent a place, got a viewing booked in on a Friday. We arrived and called the estate agent we'd been dealing with, to our surprise they weren't at the viewing and we hadn't been given this information. Despite this we were still able to view, and we loved the place. As per the norm with renting in London, we expected to receive an offer form but this did not happen. The landlord quickly decided he wanted us which was great, and a tenancy form was sent over unexpectedly on the Monday following. Given we'd had no chance to put an offer in or discuss a few things about the offer with the landlord or agent, this came as quite a shock. We asked for a couple of days to sort and were given 1 day, I know London is a speedy market place but given normal renting procedure was not followed, we had some things we wanted to get clarification on. For example, we got confirmation from the landlord that they were happy to extend the contract to our desired length of contract. We had rejected all our other offers for rentals and at 9am on decision day on Tuesday (1 day after receiving the tenancy agreement), we messaged to say we'd love to sign. We were told the landlord had made a decision over night to go with other prospective tenants for a 12 month contract after agreeing to go with us on an 18 month, because we wanted to ask a few questions about the property rather than sign on the day of receiving a tenancy agreement. If the normal renting procedure had been followed, this would not have been an issue and if the estate agent had reassured and supported the landlord that prospective tenants do have some questions often before signing up to rent somewhere for 12-18 months this would never have happened. There was also no message from the estate agent re. the decision from the landlord to go to other prospective tenants until we'd messaged on the day of asking, to confirm we'd like to sign. Given we were rushed in the process, a shocking process was taken to onboard us as new tenants, and little to no support as prospective tenants was given by the agent, I would never rent with this estate agent again.
21st Jun 2025 (17 days ago)I could not have asked for a better estate agent for what has been my third move in 7 months. Moving is stressful anyway but dealing with a bad property or unprofessional estate agents really adds to the trauma. What a breath of fresh air HS Estate Agents are! Georgina (Assistant Lettings Manager) is professional, clear, brilliantly organised and friendly. I felt I could trust her immediately and I was proved right. From the first visit to the flat to picking up the keys, she engaged with me at every stage and i’ve never been given a pack of useful documents, let alone with gift! If you want to rent a property in the area, these are your people. They really do care. Thank you so, so much!
27th Jun 2025 (11 days ago)The team at Williams & Donovan, Benfleet were professional, efficient, informative, approachable, helpful & friendly. We would 100% recommend them. From the initial valuation to completion, they were always there to support us and give advice. The details of our property were of excellent quality and the drone pictures were a great addition, which we believe helped to sell our property. Stephanie, who deals with after sales was amazing, going above & beyond! She repeatedly chased the solicitors and agents throughout the chain and kept us constantly updated. She is a real asset to the Company but having said that, all the staff we dealt with at W&D including Darren, Kay & Anita, were so helpful and nothing was ever too much trouble. 5 star service ????? - Thank you so much!

Selling our property was really quick following an open day before it even reached right move thanks to Keystones being on the ball with organising this so quickly. Helen the sales progressor at Keystones has been so helpful through the process always on hand via email and phone. Helen always answered email queries quickly and provided updates regularly. Helen helped push the sale forward and we are really grateful for everything she did. We can’t thank Helen and the team at Keystones enough for making our house sale a smooth process! I would definitely recommend Keystones if you are considering selling your property.

For a long time, they have handled all aspects of property management efficiently, ensuring rent is collected on time and all tenant concerns are addressed promptly. What truly stands out is their maintenance team leading by Mr Usama Wajidthey are responsive, skilled, and available throughout the week, including weekends, ensuring urgent repairs are never delayed. They got the house on the market on a Friday, had 5 viewings booked for the Saturday morning and got an offer of full asking price on the Monday. My brother is also selling his house with them now and they did the same thing. One of the best decisions I made in the process of buying and selling, was using Noble.
23rd Jun 2025 (15 days ago)During a prolonged and difficult sale and purchase (no fault of OC) the team at OC did a fantastic job, with communication and overall service, I could not have asked for a better estate agent throughout the process. Who had to manage the whole chain on my behalf. Nothing was too much for them, all problems and delays were discussed proactively and a solution sought.

My house was on with another agent but absolutely no interest Tom came to see me within 2 weeks he had sold for me. 22 years living in my home & what i thought would be a nightmare I can honestly say that Tom the team are simply magnificent I would recommend anyone who is looking to sell get in contact with Tom & his team 5 stars all the way. Tom even called me to congratulate me on exchanging today he went out of his way this evening to call me to see if I was ok knowing how nervous I was about it all going ahead. Tom & your team are absolutely amazing I’m forever thankful & grateful. Would recommend 100 percent ??

25th Jun 2025 (13 days ago)Well who knew that moving could be such a joy! From start to finish the whole team at Bowden Bradley ensured that we were well looked after. We had some terrible experiences with other agents that quite simply wanted the business but didn’t really care about what was right for us. From the very first pitch with Ryan I knew there was something different. Their approach was fresh, exciting and had vision. We liked the social media presence, drone shots and professional photography that Bowden offered - not just your average agent. Viewings were handled with such professionalism and they made sure they knew everything about the property before each viewing - even the questions we would have forgotten! Ellen in particular went above and beyond. When we had to take a pause on things due to a sudden bereavement, Joe was understanding and considerate, never putting any pressure on us. When we were ready to get moving again at short notice, the guys were immediately back on it to ensure that we had the best possible chance at securing our dream property! And finally Emilea! She made the final stages so seamless, we kept expecting something to be held up or there to be a problem but Emilea took care of everything without us even having to have a second thought. She dealt with both sides and solicitors and gave us weekly updates as to our progression without me having to chase once! I cannot recommend them highly enough for a stress free approach to moving. These guys are highly professional and know their stuff, they quite literally get the job done without you having to constantly chase their every move!! They are leading the way in the new era of estate agents. I know estate agents can sometimes get a bad rep but honestly - Bravo guys! It’s been a pleasure!!

18th Jun 2025 (20 days ago)Having just sold my property through Tom Ashwood, I cannot recommend them highly enough. We had previously used 2 big high street name Estate Agents and been trying to sell on and off for a few years. When we first went into Tom Ashwood, we were not feeling optimistic but we needn't have worried. Harvey stepped in and sold the property for the price we wanted and had the whole process completed in about 3 months. He was proactive, honest, realiable, was chasing all parties involved and was always at the end of the phone or responsive to emails when we needed him. My words here don't even do justice to just how brilliant Harvey and team are and I strongly believe we would still be in our old home if it wasn't for them. Harvey, we can't thank you enough for how you handled the sale from start to finish.
