Renting a home in London has become increasingly challenging, but Georgina Peak made the entire process much easier. She provided all the essential information during the viewing and was proactive and supportive throughout the agreement process. She even negotiated with the landlord on our behalf for an early move-in, which we really appreciated. The handover of the keys and all necessary documents was smooth and hassle-free. We were also pleasantly surprised to receive a welcome kit from HS Estate Agents, which included some thoughtful goodies and useful vouchers — a great touch that made moving in feel even more special.

Then, unexpectedly, the seller decided not to go through with the sale, which I understood. However, the agency never followed up with me, nor did they make any effort to show me other properties as promised over the phone. Completely unreliable service—zero stars!”

The whole thing simplified to such a point that I forgot most of the time that I was going through the process.
