17th Jun 2025 (26 weeks ago)Unprofessional Conduct & Missed Appointments—Unacceptable Service. Twice now, I’ve attempted to get a valuation from this office, and twice, it's been a disaster. April: I canceled my valuation via email, yet the valuer still showed up—right as I was heading to an important meeting. Clearly, the staff failed to communicate internally. June: This time, my valuation was confirmed, yet the valuer never showed. No call, no email, no text—nothing. Completely unprofessional. When I called to find out what happened, I was connected to the same valuer, who outright accused me of booking multiple valuations. False. A complete fabrication. It’s clear he decided to leave me hanging as some kind of petty revenge for the first canceled appointment—an error by his own office, not me. To that valuer: Grow up. This isn’t a playground. It’s a business, and you’re supposed to act like a professional.

We were impressed with the speed the property was marketed and potential viewers identified and visits fixed. We anticipate a swift turnaround in tenancies at a realistic market rent.

The whole team offer an excellent, professional service, and Sue, the branch manager has been invaluable with her support and honest advice. I was selling due to a bereavement and it wasn't straightforward, yet the team guided me through the whole process seamlessly. I have also dealt with the rental team and am just waiting for another sale to complete with the same professional service. Thanks once again Sue and her team

Sandra was always very professional and supportive. When I decided to sell the sales team took over. Olivia took on my property and was excellent every step of the way. She went above and beyond to attend to details and always returned calls and emails very promptly. She thought of everything to help the process proceed swiftly and smoothly, liasing with all parties where necessary. I can highly recommend both the letttings and sales teams at Banner Cross.

Shannon patiently listened to my requirements and answered all questions raised. Shannon has excellent industry knowledge and her speed of execution in finding suitable tenants, through to referencing etc is both efficient and effective. All within 24hrs, the tenant referencing etc. process was finalised. I cannot thank you enough. You are amazing!

12th Dec 2025 (1 day ago)Was with Mallinson for over 3 months..numerous issues with brochure, advertising (had picture of my dining suite when scanning through on line NOT the actual property!?), very poor communications, only one viewing in whole period. Changed to Simon Blyth , excellent, efficient service, 3 days whole process- viewings booked immediately and sold on first viewing within days ! Says it all.

Gave them a quick call and they laid out loads of solid investment options with proper returns, not the usual fluff you get from other places. They know their market inside out and make it really easy to compare deals. If you’re into building long-term income, these guys are definitely worth speaking to.
