31st Mar 2024 (28 days ago)Everything has been faultless and fast, with amazing attention to detail. Our property was in the market for 4 days and sold a lot quicker than we had expected. The team at Hunter’s Barnsley are a fantastic team and really can’t do enough for you. Queries and calls are answered promptly, they take the hassle out of selling. I would highly recommend them.
4th Apr 2024 (24 days ago)Had a place in Rotherham town centre, dealing with Carly and Josh specifically at BRH. The moving out report had them trying to charge me for cleaning and damages that were there from the original time of moving in, even when the same damages were they from the day I moved in. Wouldn't recommend as they're job is to get the money from you, and have no further reasoning. From independent adjudication the moving out costs was more than halved than what flatfair and BRH had proposed.
13th Mar 2024 (7 weeks ago)I have used Burns & Reid Ltd for the past 4 years (tenant), and they're fantastic, especially Chris! Really prompt in replying to emails and returning missed calls. Nothing was ever too much trouble and overall I couldn't be happier with their service. Would recommended 100%

15th Dec 2023 (19 weeks ago)Bought a house at Thurcroft and honestly can’t thank 1stfield properties enough for all the hard work and dedication they’ve taken to get us moved in before Christmas, all staff are lovely and so responsive, received the keys to my first house today and I’m over the moon, Thankyou so so much. Had an amazing experience. Would definitely recommend.

16th Mar 2024 (6 weeks ago)Throughout the entire process of the sale of my property and purchase of another, Simon Blythe Estate Agents surpassed my high expectation. Maria and the team in Penistone excel at their jobs and I genuinely cannot fault their knowledge, communication skills and professionalism. Nothing was too much trouble for Maria and I feel that she made the whole experience as stress-free as possible with her positivity and expertise. I would recommend the Simon Blyth team to anyone who needs an estate agent and thank them for all their hard work.

My partner has been ringing and ringing and emailing regarding 2 rental properties for a week maybe alittle longer and no reply. Now we've had to apply for another property with another estate agents because we need to get moved for our start dates. Don't bother with this place if you're looking to rent.
12th Apr 2024 (16 days ago)Very poor experience. We made an offer on a property. This offer was accepted and we weren’t notified about it until days later. Constantly trying to chase people in the office, staff clearly never communicated, we should’ve had one person to deal with. Yet here we are having dealt with any number of them. Upon making the offer we explained we are not in chain but one of us will be coming off another mortgage, however we do not have anything to sell. We are classed as home movers but without anything to sell. We have multiples AIPs and we were asked to provide our most recent one, which we did three days after our offer was accepted. Today we were told we didn’t send an AIP but an online calculator, sorry but the document sent to you literally says “agreement in principle certificate”. Four days after our offer was accepted we’ve now been notified the seller wished to go with another offer. Only today when we’ve been told we’ve lost the property have we been asked to provide any documentation. Only today have we been given an email to contact a specific person. Overall absolutely disgusting and piss poor organisation. We could have had all required documentation in weeks ago if it had been communicated to us but instead we’re now highly unlikely to get the property we were set on. We will explicitly not purchase via WHB due to this experience. Disgraceful is an understatement.
7th Apr 2024 (21 days ago)I would have given 0 star if I could. I rented property through them and I have not got my deposit back. They never helped or supported. Also the property was in mess with leak and mould. If you are looking for property to rent or buy there are lot of options and agency where you would get support please do not risk your money by renting or buying through them. They will never assist or help. I had to go legally and got my money back. Poor service
