11th Mar 2024 (7 weeks ago)We were informed - after being told we had an offer accepted and paying a holding deposit - that the property we intended to rent had been given to someone else, seemingly because of shoddy communication on the part of View - who later claimed they had “found required documents we had sent in Spam”. Advertised terms were ignored and we were left having handed in our notice’s with a worrying search to find somewhere else quickly because of View’s incompetence. Would strongly advise against using.
26th Mar 2024 (5 weeks ago)such poor and deceptive behaviour by this company. We provided work over a long period of time and were not paid for our services. Had to write off thousands. Their partner office were ok but then syubsequently did the same thing. As a small business this is so crippling when agents treat suppliers so badly. Weve had to chase adn chase to get some payments made and still this year wriging more money off as I've given up. Thanks Muniza.

Karis from Mann estate agents was helpful in setting up potential buyers to view our house and in helping me with viewing flats to buy. I found her very personable, and knowledgeable. It really does help when you're doing this for the first time when you're quite nervous about the whole thing. House sale and flat buying are now going through. Thanks for all your help Karis and good luck with your new career.
17th Jan 2022 (2 years ago)What a different way to sell a home, with supportive, gentle and trustworthy people. We’d been mulling over the idea of relocating out of London for years and even discussed putting our home on the market with Unique previously. What we like is that there is no big sales pitch, no pressure to sell, just listening and responding. But more importantly, keeping both our buyers and us calm, communicative and friendly throughout the sale, so it felt as smooth as it could possibly be. 18th Oct 2023 (6 mo. ago)Hi all, If your reading this your probably considering a property with cubix or for cubix to manage your property - just avoid cubix at all costs for your own sake. I stayed in a flat with cubix for 1 year. I don't know where to start of the issues we had with them. There was just too many. A example, before we moved into the flat - we was ensured the flat would be professionally cleaned. We was abit worried as we seen mould and dirt within the inventory report but we was assured all will be cleaned by professionals and they will use high quality cleaning products. We moved into a very dirty flat such as food marks and stains in the kitchen, table, cobwebs around, hair. The flat was just not cleaned at all. I had to contact them and send pictures which it took more than 2 weeks to get a cleaner out. I was happy to know a professional cleaner is coming and I can be around..... the "professional cleaner" came in which was a young man in jeans, couldn't understand English and had only a backpack with him containing 2 sprays. Just a complete joke They are very unprofessional, if you want anything done or help with anything - you have to chase them more than once. Raste is the only person who can sort any problem and the team all seem clueless to what's going on. Glad I have nothing to do with them anymore. The landlord also changed agencies to manage his flat.
26th May 2022 (1 year ago)The unique service offered by Griffin has enabled me to complete a DIY sale of my home on the Internet using national property sale platforms as if I was the website. I listed my property at 8am and by 9.30am on the same day I was receiving emails from potential purchaser's. I well know the power of the Internet, but even I was surprised by the speed of it all. The Griffin team have the power to listen and assist you, I wish to thank the person at Griffin who originated this professional service and his team for doing a great job. If I ever need to sell a home in future I will immediately use the Griffin service and have been recommending them to family and friends. Thank you.

19th Sep 2023 (7 mo. ago)You cannot get hold of anyone here - I've left voicemail messages, sent emails and used the contact us option on their website but to no avail. That was for both sales and purchase and it does not fill you with any confidence. I can only take it that this is a one man(person) band setup.

15th Apr 2024 (17 days ago)I contracted Davis & Gibbs to deal with the sale of my ex-rental studio flat in Kennington. Callum Brook was professional, realistic and really helpful throughout the process. As I no longer live in the UK, he sent me pictures of the flat, advised on which repairs were worth doing, got the meter readings, checked for mail, gave advice on how to deal with the formalities, etc. Nothing was too much trouble. Very shortly after the flat went back on the market (within about 10 days, I think), Callum got me an offer very close to the asking price which I was happy to accept, and the sale was completed recently. I am delighted with this result, especially at a time when the housing market is so unpredictable. I would not hesitate to use Davis & Gibbs again.
