16th Feb 2025 (2 days ago)Loved the little touches they made when marketing my property, adding flowers, plants, cushions, throws to make it looked lived in, as property was empty. Sadly my property didn’t sell in the 16 weeks they had it, even when reduced, think it was probably over valued. Have now changed agents, not really as yet noticed a difference, think they are all much of a muchness, it just seems the fees differ! Even though they didn’t sell my property, I would say they are no different to other agents, think the market is slow at the moment.

16th Jan 2025 (5 weeks ago)We chose Your Move New Cross to sell our property. They were easy to respond during the first few days but as the time went by, they would not reply to our emails. We had to call them to get a response. I guess this is to prevent anything they say to be recorded on email hence being evidence against them. I thought i could rely on them to keep the keep the sale moving. I thought wrong. If i didnt keep on chasing, i wouldnt have known that the sellers solicitor have got the wrong email address of my solicitor! It wasnt the agents fault, but if I was not persistent enough, noone would know. We also lost a property that we wanted to buy because we where reassured that the sale was going as expected. We were told that we can complete but it never happened. We almost gave up with the sale but we were already into deep to pull out. For the record, we were told that the longest the sale would be was 16weeks. In the end, the sale took 10months! I dont know if I can recommend them really or is this is really how agents in UK work. Probably paid to poorly to care.

The buying process went smoothly albeit a little longer than expected. Chris was very helpful even providing advice on what future refurb layout could add the most value if I were to ever sell the property. Thanks Chris

Our lettings agent Duncan went above and beyond to get us in for viewings and secure our flat. Duncan and the team were super responsive and helpful in answering any questions we had which made for a really smooth process!- 15th Feb 2025 (3 days ago)Efficient, smooth and received an offer under 10 days of going on the market.

5th Sep 2023 (1 year ago)Amazingly bad service We rented a complete owned property for just over 2 years. In that time we had about 5 property managers. This should say all you need to know. Each one not knowing what had gone on before. Given the fact a week before we thought we were moving in we had to chase them to find out nothing had moved forward and they were waiting on us to send documentation (we were not told). Throughout the 2 years they were never really there to help you. After we have left they have tried to keep around 75% of our deposit which is absolutely insane. Missing furniture that never existed in the first place, the most expensive cleaning quote imaginable and £50 to remove a single chair. These are some of the excuses on the quote. Try and avoid complete properties when possible!!

3rd Feb 2025 (15 days ago)I have been a client of Circa for many years. First as a landlord, they managed my flat - made sure I got good tenants, managed all the billing and always solved issues on time. As a result, the flat was always in great condition. Their lettings team are nice hardworking professionals. Then Circa helped me sell my flat in a very difficult economic environment and with a ground rental lease which was difficult to navigate. Ashley and the sales team involved proved patience, resilience and great client engagement especially from James proved to be crucial for a successful sale.

AVOID RENTING WITH FOXTONS AT ALL COSTS. I have been renting a property in Brixton for the past year and reported mould issues 4 months ago (20th May 2024) and to this day (27/08/2024) nothing has been done to rectify it. We have been back and fourth with property management (even crying down the phone) and they are still not letting us move out until we finish the tenancy length (2 year tenancy agreement). The flat is a basement flat and the bathroom doesn't have a window or an extractor fan which we informed foxtons was illegal to which they breezed over and OF COURSE haven't done anything about. We are now living in mould and seeking legal action to try and get out of our tenancy as Foxtons have told us on 3 occasions we have to find someone to replace it if we want to go. As you can see from the photos nobody should be living in these conditions. Every time we ring, our account manager is 'in a meeting' they take days/weeks to respond to a question. In regards to getting something fixed..we are yet to have one issue in our flat/tenancy fixed. If I could leave 0 stars, I would.
