(16 reviews)22nd Aug 2023 (1 year ago)If I could give 0 star, I would. Absolutely unprofessional, disrespectful, cheap & discriminative service that this agency provides. Home owners pay them to have a part of full service. The tenants will have to deal with their own reference checks etc. as the agency is washing their hands when it comes to doing anything that they are getting paid for. After being passed onto a referencing agency who couldn't do their job properly, (which I now believe happened in collaboration with the agent of DPR as they didn't want to give us the flat ) we've been asked to get in touch with a 3rd party agency to sort out the problem. Why would you use two 3rd parties to do your reference checks? Later on the agent made is seem like it was all our fault (that their agency couldn't reference us properly) and they ahed contacted the landlord and suggested him not to go ahead with us. In all honesty, you guys better make a call to Trading Standards as well - I reported them already.The more of us the better.

I would like to say a MASSIVE thank you to Kasim, who assisted and supported me throughout the process of terminating my contract early due to personal reasons. They are professional and genuinely care about their clients. 11/10 would recommend ????????
4th Sep 2024 (30 days ago)Pickwicks did a stellar job both managing my property and tenants for 11 years as well as selling the property this year. As I am living overseas it has been reassuring to have their support and they handled any issues that cropped up sensitively and professionally. I was very happy with the sale price, they worked hard to get the best price for me, and they made the process as smooth and as quick as possible. I can definitely recommend them for both property management and sale.
2nd Jan 2022 (2 years ago)We used Classic Lofts for our loft (and to reconfigure a bedroom and shower room into study and bathroom) in 2019. Whilst they weren't perfect (show me a builder which is!), the project only overran slightly, was done to a good standard and snagging was dealt with by Bernard snr very effectively and they put something right when asked. We have since used another company and have had a terrible experience, so thought I would leave a review having realised Classic were pretty good all in all.

26th May 2022 (2 years ago)The unique service offered by Griffin has enabled me to complete a DIY sale of my home on the Internet using national property sale platforms as if I was the website. I listed my property at 8am and by 9.30am on the same day I was receiving emails from potential purchaser's. I well know the power of the Internet, but even I was surprised by the speed of it all. The Griffin team have the power to listen and assist you, I wish to thank the person at Griffin who originated this professional service and his team for doing a great job. If I ever need to sell a home in future I will immediately use the Griffin service and have been recommending them to family and friends. Thank you.

Nowhere did he tell me this property was already under offer which was frustrating, and he thought he could be a smart mouth and say I'm the one that rescheduled and tried to gaslight me. Quite disappointed in this kind of customer service, but its clear that this branch have no regard for others and deal with customers unprofessionally. Wouldn't recommend AT alll. smh.

His agency stands out from the rest due to his highly personal service; we spoke with or saw only him so felt super confident he was fully engaged and invested in our sale at all times. His comms were also excellent, as were his problem-solving skills and professional partners. The photography was outstanding, with much thought taken in both the planning and execution. Highly recommended!
19th Sep 2024 (15 days ago)This company is our new managing agents and I cannot believe the extremely efficient, polite service I received as soon as I called about my washing machine which had broken down. The following day, an engineer was sent to me, machine fully broken. Engineer wrote a report, three days later I had a brand new, great brand of washing machine delivered and fitted. I was kept up to date with all details including delivery times via text or phone calls. None of the flats I have lived in before have ever been so caring and professional and I cannot recommend Stretton's property management highly enough. Chris was the gentleman who took care of everything so a huge thank you to him. What. Breath of fresh air !!!!! ?????????????????????
28th Aug 2024 (5 weeks ago)Never trust in EATON GREEN ESTATE AGENTS specifically in Sherif and the manager. When you sing the contract they never answer my emails. I rented a property with mould and humidity the toilet does not work the kitchen has leeks the all property have a terrible smell and after a beg them to help me find another property they never do it why because I am single mother and they know my situation and vulnerability. They never help me with nothing and after finally find another flat I don't have my deposit back u til today with £860 less. I don't have any faith in this society thank you Sheriff and the MANAGER THEY LIED TO ME ABOUT THE FLAT NOBODY DESERVE TO LIVE LIKE THAT. IF

15th Apr 2024 (25 weeks ago)I contracted Davis & Gibbs to deal with the sale of my ex-rental studio flat in Kennington. Callum Brook was professional, realistic and really helpful throughout the process. As I no longer live in the UK, he sent me pictures of the flat, advised on which repairs were worth doing, got the meter readings, checked for mail, gave advice on how to deal with the formalities, etc. Nothing was too much trouble. Very shortly after the flat went back on the market (within about 10 days, I think), Callum got me an offer very close to the asking price which I was happy to accept, and the sale was completed recently. I am delighted with this result, especially at a time when the housing market is so unpredictable. I would not hesitate to use Davis & Gibbs again.
