1st Feb 2024 (13 weeks ago)The agent harasses me! My neighbor used this agency to sell his property. According to him, the experience of selling his property through this agency has been a complete nightmare. Despite the promises made by the agency regarding a 28-day completion and a cash buyer, my neighbor has faced continuous delays. The seller said the highly recommended cash buyer persistently renegotiates the price even after three months, citing various excuses. Additionally, I have experienced harassment from Sam Ford, the agency's director. He warned me not to knock on my neighbor's door. Despite my reluctance to answer his calls, he persists in writing email warning me not to contact my neighbor and attempting to provoke my relationship with my neighbor. He had previously shared my number with his business partner without my permission, resulting in that person emailing me at midnight and making multiple late evening calls. I have reported Sam Ford to prevent further harassment. It is crucial for Mr. Ford to understand who him is and where he is. This is a free country, and attempting to restrict my freedom of movement through email is unacceptable. Secondly, if property owners or tenants feel uncomfortable, they should report such matters themselves. Mr. Ford has no contractual relationship with them at this time. Therefore, the motivation behind Sam harassing me remains unclear

2nd Jan 2022 (2 years ago)We used Classic Lofts for our loft (and to reconfigure a bedroom and shower room into study and bathroom) in 2019. Whilst they weren't perfect (show me a builder which is!), the project only overran slightly, was done to a good standard and snagging was dealt with by Bernard snr very effectively and they put something right when asked. We have since used another company and have had a terrible experience, so thought I would leave a review having realised Classic were pretty good all in all.

A real local expert who knows every house in the Telegraph Hill area inside and out, his advice and guidance were invaluable to us. Through a difficult transaction, he worked tirelessly to get the whole chain moving forward without ever losing his cool. But what really sets Warren apart is his honesty and integrity. He never promises what he can't deliver or puts his interests above those of his clients. 26th May 2022 (1 year ago)The unique service offered by Griffin has enabled me to complete a DIY sale of my home on the Internet using national property sale platforms as if I was the website. I listed my property at 8am and by 9.30am on the same day I was receiving emails from potential purchaser's. I well know the power of the Internet, but even I was surprised by the speed of it all. The Griffin team have the power to listen and assist you, I wish to thank the person at Griffin who originated this professional service and his team for doing a great job. If I ever need to sell a home in future I will immediately use the Griffin service and have been recommending them to family and friends. Thank you.

That was for both sales and purchase and it does not fill you with any confidence. I can only take it that this is a one man(person) band setup.

David is reassurig and highly knowledgable and professional. He calle his solicitors to provide advice on a related purchase and was very accomodating - higly recommended.
29th Mar 2024 (5 weeks ago)I can't recommend Dema and The Private Realtor enough, not only did she succeed where other high street agents did not, but ran a tight and very efficient process which led to a successful completion. The Private Realtor actually sells your house, it does not just show it, and there is a big difference, especially at higher price points - and this goes to the promotional videos (not just photos) - to the full service as well. This is how a house should be sold - with happy buyers and sellers. Ellerby Street, Fulham SW6.
20th Mar 2024 (6 weeks ago)They are thief’s, i rented out property from this agency, where fire occurred due to neighbours fault, my propery affected due to that, they promised me to find alternative accommodation and then left me on road without any accommodation, then they didn’t not allowed me to access property to collect my stuff while they given access to thier contractor, when i went for collection at the end after counless calls and emails, i found most of valueable items missing from property, when i inquired from them they said they don’t know anything about it. they were the one only had access to property ,my other remaining stuff was all damaged due to water. Sharon from Leytonstone branch is biggest manipulator, she try to act smart and play political games, i m in process of legal action now . i have instructed solicitors now and i am taking them to the court now i would advise everyone to avoid these thieves. *update* reply to stretton comment Sharon and zita both aware and admitted they took photos of the item and would like to match , then later on zitta said she didn’t took photos of right angels,i can post all emails correspondence screen shot here. Alternative property link they are claiming they provided those were taken from zoopla which i could have find myself. They are absolutely joke. I m in process to take this further and definitely expose them and thier contractors.
15th Apr 2024 (17 days ago)I contracted Davis & Gibbs to deal with the sale of my ex-rental studio flat in Kennington. Callum Brook was professional, realistic and really helpful throughout the process. As I no longer live in the UK, he sent me pictures of the flat, advised on which repairs were worth doing, got the meter readings, checked for mail, gave advice on how to deal with the formalities, etc. Nothing was too much trouble. Very shortly after the flat went back on the market (within about 10 days, I think), Callum got me an offer very close to the asking price which I was happy to accept, and the sale was completed recently. I am delighted with this result, especially at a time when the housing market is so unpredictable. I would not hesitate to use Davis & Gibbs again.

I've been trying to book a viewing for a few days now and told each time that the team are out of the office. I stated as much to them directly and politely. Lauren from reception just put the phone down on me, very unprofessional.
