Starting from the initial call from Megan after my online enquiry, through to Charles and Jevita for viewings and valuation. My property was advertised and tenants found within the promised time frame. I was well advised by Charles about how to improve the appeal of the property for potential tenants with excellent detailed feedback after the initial valuation visit. References and Contracts handled in a friendly and helpful manner and again well communicated throughout. With regards to their services as well, the pricing is competitive compared to other agencies and they are confident in their business which gives great confidence to me as the landlord too. All matters dealt with efficiently and smoothly and with fantastic detail given to all areas of the letting process.
12th Jul 2024 (12 weeks ago)Extremely professional from the very start. Gentleman from Home Estates came to view & value our house. He was so friendly & we had a lovely chat. He explained in detail how the process of selling works and also buying our next property. He was very informative. The pictures he took were outstanding!! The office staff have kept us updated throughout & again so polite and professional. Lovely people, lovely company!!

6th Sep 2024 (4 weeks ago)After two years of property hell we chose Kirkham Property to sell our house. At first we used another agent whose terms seemed slightly better initially. Quick offer, accepted, then the buyer pulled out at Christmas. We then did some renovations and in summer invited Jay to return and revalue. He is such a great first contact with the company. Friendly, knowledgeable and eager to help us sell the house. It was on the agents website very quickly. The agent handled the viewings, and in June we received an offer. Today is 6th September and we completed yesterday. The agents have been so professional throughout. Minimum communication but available to help whenever I needed them. I’ve not had to go to the office so can’t comment. I’m not the easiest of people to deal with and give 5 stars to Sue Needham and her team.
31st Jul 2024 (10 weeks ago)I have dealt with Chris for almost 10 years, I have bought x3 houses from him and sold x2 with him also. Great service every time. Honest from the get go and works with you to make sure you are making sure you are getting what is required. Always polite to people and even if he bumps in to you in his personal time on the weekend, he will always go out of his way to say hello. Jeanette & Lisa in the office also work wonders in keeping you up to date every step of the way. They all have a great relationship with the local solicitors which always helps for a quick sale. I would go to Chris every time.

19th Feb 2024 (7 mo. ago)Tried to simply arrange a booking, Joanne is possibly the rudest most aggressive agent I have ever dealt with in 30 years. Never use these people. Expect them to call you back and harass you.
8th Sep 2024 (29 days ago)We had a great end to end service dealing with Suzanne from the Knutsford branch from initially meeting her to view the property to concluding the sale. We had some issues with our buyer and Suzanne was so professional and a great communicator that she made the buying process so smooth. Would highly recommend.
11th May 2024 (21 weeks ago)At the time of marketing I discussed whether the property required any work and was told no. Based on 1 feedback out of 3 viewings I was told the property needed a ‘deep clean’. Then it was suggested to drop the price dramatically to get more viewings. I suggested if that was the case, they must have got the valuation wrong but there was no acceptance of that and the feedback didn’t make any sense. I felt they were after a quick turnaround to make the commission. I consulted another agent who suggested the pricing was correct and could not see a reason why I was not getting viewings.

Dawn took brilliant care of us as first time buyers and kept us informed throughout the process. Dawn also recommended our solicitor and surveyor which we found really useful as first time buyers. Thank you for being so friendly, caring and helpful Dawn! Ashworth Holme really are a brilliant estate agents, they provide such a personalised, friendly service which you don’t always get with other estate agents. Without Kate & Dawn we would still be house hunting… thank you SO much for finding us our first time home. We are so grateful and will continue to spread the word to friends and family who might need an estate agent in the future.

Dealt with Liz at Marple office what a star she went the extra mile in everything she did kept in touch as soon as she knew anything what she didn't know she would go that extra mile to find out, couldn't have asked for more. 26th Jun 2023 (1 year ago)Avoid at all costs. This estate agent are relying on reputation to get away with putting minimum effort into the promotion and sale of properties. When you sign up with them you are constantly pestered with their "partners" trying to sell conveyancing and other services despite the fact that they are not doing anything to try and promote the property. Topping that off they will trap you in an overly long contract which is nearly double the length of any other local estate agent.

They waste your time ,money and just give you headache. If there's is option of giving zero 0 star rating I would give that. Ridiculous people working over there they never rcv ur call. And after holding money they still viewing that property to other people. Scammers just making haram money.

Thankyou to Mike for the excellent 3d tour which I know helped to secure a sale with our buyers. Also thankyou to Janice for keeping us informed at each stage. Much appreciated ????

I requested for a move in date and they pretty much gave me close to what I asked for! Thank you Emma Baron and the team for your wonderful, approachable service! I would most definitely recommend A Wilson Estate if I was to ever buy or sell ????

18th Sep 2024 (19 days ago)Worst housing company. Moved in to a disgusting house with maggots under the fridge and a horrible smell. Dryer broke after one use and the washing machine ended up breaking too. Apparently a check of the appliances was done (not likely). Also one housemate had to wait 3 months to get her bedroom blind repaired which was broken when we moved in. Horrible communication and scammed us with our deposit. Sending blank photos of ‘stains’ which were not there and claiming they could not load our photos we sent as proof we had left the house clean and tidy. Didn’t help filling in mouse holes as “they would make other holes anyway”. Just lazy. Do not go with MCR Move.

I chose them for this reason. I have been extremely satisfied with their performance and also my own thought process in picking EweMove to sell my property.
5th Jul 2024 (13 weeks ago)BE VERY CAREFUL!!! Once these lot have your deposit they ignore you. We agreed to buy a buy to let from these and went through the mortgage application with our own agent. We then found out they had overvalued thr property by a fair amount, not allowing us to get a mortgage. We were then told we had to use their mortgage person, which cost us another £300 but we had no option. They also could not get us a mortgage because the value was less than 50k. Upon telling these lot, they are now ignoring our calls, you can't speak to the refund team as only on email, no managers have phones and they won't give us our deposit back even though it states we are entitled to it back for following their stipulations. I'm no being ignored by the salesman Jack and no one will return emails etc. I will be taking this to the Ombudsman too, to highlight this appalling service and blatant overvalued to gain mortgage applicants. They had the same listing on their site for £52,500 and £46,000. We found this after we had agreed a price. So be very careful not to deal with these people. They are rude and have total lack of customer service once they have your deposit. Zero stars from me!!!
4th Aug 2024 (9 weeks ago)We completed on a property on the 16th of July 2024, from the very start, the staff at Jordan Fishwick in Glossop were amazing. Harriet and Debra were exceptional in all our dealings, their knowledge, experience and dedication were vital in securing a smooth process on our purchase and of course the sale for their clients! During the sale we overcame hurdles and issues that without them could have become overwhelming. A huge thanks to them both and their team ! We cannot recommend them highly enough . Thankyou so much !! 1st class service from all !! Les and Mechelle Hopkins
