I've called a few times over the space of a week and promised each time the sales chap will call me back but nothing. Guess my sale goes to the competitors Maxfield (no fuss no quible). Company has been around since the nineties Lawrence is a past master knows the city knows the properties and has been there longer than any other so my respect is 109% Genuine honest approach easy talking and accurate pricing look nowhere else

5th Jan 2023 (1 year ago)I was happy with their customer service, the property reception and consultants I found that the auction process broke the service and they became distant, I receive an initial email from John Sweeton which made me feel a little uncomfortable, as he put a kiss at the bottom and I had only just met him, never spoken to him before and I did not want that on the bottom of this professional signature as I have not and do not deal in business in this way Other than this I have no personal relationship with him and not one before to warrant this

I can honestly say that out of all the people involved in this Tracey was key in providing me with the really helpful support which made a huge difference and most importantly made the sale of my property possible. It is unusual for me to leave reviews but without doubt if I had not had her knowledgeable, professionalism and really effective guidance throughout the process the sale would not have completed. Thank you so much Tracey you are a real asset to the company and I wish you and Edward Mellor all the very best for the future.
12th Jan 2023 (1 year ago)This letting agency isn’t professional at all, been renting from them for almost 4 years now and I’m only still with them because cost of living is affecting my family so moving isn’t an option at the moment. Shocking agents, rude and unfriendly. Having to call them loads of times whenever there’s something that needs sorting around the apartments and I’ve had damp and mould all over my bathroom for years which they don’t care to come fix the issue! I wouldn’t recommend ABSOLUTELY! I never leave reviews but for this company I feel the obligation to!

Ciara & the team always kept me updated & communicated with me when my side was getting absolutely nothing from buyers solicitors. They fought my corner & im not sure what i would have done without them! Thank you!

A very smooth and professional process from start to finish, with regular updates and always available to answer questions. Much better service and local market knowledge than an online estate agent could offer. Highly recommended
26th Jun 2023 (9 mo. ago)Avoid at all costs. This estate agent are relying on reputation to get away with putting minimum effort into the promotion and sale of properties. When you sign up with them you are constantly pestered with their "partners" trying to sell conveyancing and other services despite the fact that they are not doing anything to try and promote the property. Topping that off they will trap you in an overly long contract which is nearly double the length of any other local estate agent.

2nd Nov 2018 (5 years ago)Been dealing with/working with Waltons for years from my time at the council and also running my own business. I have always found Martin and Kate to be very knowledgeable and refreshingly work very hard to promote 'betterment' for their business and their customers/clients also for the areas where they have properties. In my opinion, they are certainly the most reputable commercial agents in Tameside and very knowledgeable and experienced and speak common sense.

Communication had to be prompted from the start, no viewings until I suggested changes to the advert, the is no responsibility taken by the staff.
