Throughout the entire process, they showed outstanding resilience, patience and professionalism, even when a number of difficult situations cropped up along the way.<br><br>What really stood out was their determination to keep going, remain positive and find solutions, rather than ever giving up. They consistently went the extra mile, handled challenges calmly and kept us fully informed at every stage. Their communication was excellent — they were quick to respond, clear in their updates and always made sure we knew what was happening.<br><br>Sarah and Lucy made a potentially stressful experience feel much more manageable through their reassurance, persistence and genuinely helpful approach. We are very grateful for all their hard work and would highly recommend the Savills Wilmslow team to anyone looking for estate agents who are committed, responsive and willing to go above and beyond.

His expertise, honest advice and strategic approach were invaluable. Not only did he achieve a sale above our asking price, but his guidance helped us secure a buyer quickly and navigate the entire process with confidence and minimal stress.<br><br>Of course, behind every great estate agent is an equally fantastic team, and we had the absolute pleasure of dealing with Shari, who was simply wonderful throughout. She genuinely held our hand through the process, seamlessly bridging the gap between ourselves and our buyers. At all times polite and listened to our queries. She was excellent in every way and ensured any concerns were addressed promptly and we bought the property. 17th Jul 2026 (16 weeks ago)I had a very disappointing experience with this agency.<br><br>I travelled all the way from London to view a property in Leek, at significant personal expense. Due to transport disruptions, I kept the agency updated throughout the day and, after a lot of pleading, they kindly agreed to a slightly later viewing, which I appreciated.<br><br>However, after viewing the property, I completed my application promptly. I then had to chase the agency multiple times for an update. Instead of keeping me informed, I eventually found out the property had already been let. This was extremely frustrating after the amount of time, effort and money I had invested.<br><br>I was then asked to provide my requirements for future properties, which I did immediately, but I received no further communication.<br><br>My biggest disappointment wasn’t losing the property it was the lack of communication. If applicants are expected to respond quickly, agencies should also keep applicants updated in a timely and professional manner.<br><br>I hope they improve their communication with future prospective tenants.

He has always been happy to help with any questions, offer advice and provide support whenever needed.
