David is the most professional estate agent I have ever dealt with, his personalised approach to keep me updated made the experience feel seamless and stress free. I have dealt with other local estate agents and had very bad experiences, Gascoigne-Pees in Maidenhead are the only estate agents I would recommend using is you are buying or selling a property. 1st Feb 2022 (3 years ago)I reviewed good service from then although it wasn’t very perfect. It was a little bit hard sometimes to get through to some agents sometimes but apart from that I receive excellent service.

29th Apr 2025 (15 days ago)I saw Oakwood estates when I was first looking to sell my property but initially went with another agent as they had suggested a higher price and I was trying to maximise what I could get It didn’t work with that agent so I went back to Oakwood estates Previously I didn’t have a for sale board but did with Oakwood estates and this was put up on a Friday with the view to the house sale going live on the following Monday There were several properties for sale in my road at the time and a prospective buyer who had come to view another house saw the sign outside my house and knocked to view and made an offer the following Monday I don’t feel that the agent did have to do very much to sell the property but guess not their fault it was just that the board made a difference During the process though I do recall thinking that at times I felt that the agent was working more for the buyer than me and seemed to be more on their “side” if there were issues to address which was a shame as I always felt almost £7k in fees for putting a board up could have have been made them work a little harder for me as at the end of the day their commission came out of my sale

He made the process completely stress free, from start to finish. I would definitely recommend! Stress free. Lovely accommodations. Understanding agents. Thoughtful & caring service.

27th Aug 2024 (8 mo. ago)I have never left a negative review in my life but for this I have to.. AVOID RENTING WITH FOXTONS AT ALL COSTS. I have been renting a property in Brixton for the past year and reported mould issues 4 months ago (20th May 2024) and to this day (27/08/2024) nothing has been done to rectify it. We have been back and fourth with property management (even crying down the phone) and they are still not letting us move out until we finish the tenancy length (2 year tenancy agreement). The flat is a basement flat and the bathroom doesn't have a window or an extractor fan which we informed foxtons was illegal to which they breezed over and OF COURSE haven't done anything about. We are now living in mould and seeking legal action to try and get out of our tenancy as Foxtons have told us on 3 occasions we have to find someone to replace it if we want to go. As you can see from the photos nobody should be living in these conditions. Every time we ring, our account manager is 'in a meeting' they take days/weeks to respond to a question. In regards to getting something fixed..we are yet to have one issue in our flat/tenancy fixed. If I could leave 0 stars, I would.
