1st Mar 2024 (9 weeks ago)Although the chain was long, Kristy did a fantastic job in managing the chain throughout the process. I’d definitely recommend Kristy in getting the job done and keeping the chain together. There were times when we felt the chain would fall apart but Kristy ensured that didn’t happen and was always communicating with us. Although the process wasn’t the easiest it was overall a great service from Kristy and Hilton King and Locke.
1st Feb 2024 (13 weeks ago)Used Simple to sell a property after previously using a different Estate Agent and it like a night and day difference. They hired professionals to take pictures and within days of listing, we started to get viewings and offers. I dealt with Gurpreet and Harprit and both were good people. I would definitely recommend Simple to others based on my experience.

I would like to say a MASSIVE thank you to Kasim, who assisted and supported me throughout the process of terminating my contract early due to personal reasons. They are professional and genuinely care about their clients. 11/10 would recommend ????????
10th Jan 2022 (2 years ago)Difficult to find using Google Maps...always lead back to Terminal 3. Better to put in postcode via Waze. Kenny of Budget was very helpful and understanding. The rental car Peugoet 2008 is a good car for a long distance driving.

We have years of previous experience with other letting agents and I must say that Wendy does stand out for her professional yet friendly approach and how prompt she has been with answering all our enquiries during the letting process. Also, we must mention Julia, who too is very prompt and with a positive attitude, ready to sort necessary things out! Well done Ladies for examplar service and thank you very much for your support!

14th Apr 2024 (17 days ago)A really bad experience of using Cameron king to manage my property. They Protected the tenants deposit after 30 days of receiving the deposit moneys from the tenants. I ended up returning the deposit to the tenants even before the tenancy ended

5th Mar 2024 (8 weeks ago)Hope this feedback will help other buyers. We wanted to put offer for one of propertie and given all our personal details with financial avidance. However, one of manager didn't bother to reply us back after week. We have to contact the office and find out that, the property has been accepted offer from others buyer. Personally I feel unprofessional and lack of customer service. Not a good experience.

The whole process was super easy, quick and transparent! Justin was lovely and Justin had a great sense of humour which always help. I would definitely reach out to the group again for housing needs and look forward to a continued relationship.
30th Oct 2023 (6 mo. ago)I never normally write reviews but in this particular instance I thought Richard and Toni at Lowthers Estate agents fully deserve to be recognised for their tremendous efforts during the sale of my property. Upon completion we soon realised that we had been dealing with each other for approximately 12 months following 3 different buyers due to a range of different issues along with the ever changing dynamics of the housing market. However despite all this, Lowthers remained thoroughly professional, committed and adaptive with their approach throughout the entire process always making me feel up to date and comfortable. I honestly believe most agents would have given up but they remained confident with the task which ended with a great result. I will definitely be using Lowthers in the future when I decide to sell my next property and would recommend to anyone thinking of doing the same.
20th Jan 2024 (15 weeks ago)I happily excluded the Inventory checks, but agents convinced me (landlord) to take an inventory check with additional charges, so I decided to take it. After the full report there was no mention of water meter reading taken. Surprisingly they didn't know where it was, and eventually found it, with my help, but now could not read the meter. Maybe too lazy to bend over and clean the meter, to be able to check. Failed to report to the Thames Water company after my request, as I was outside of the country. After my approach to the water company no complaint was logged on. Not surprised. No different than other Estate Agents. Send a 16 years old boy to check the water meter and guess what he did the Job. I wouldn’t call unprofessionals, but clearly no interest in providing an extra mile of service, to keep a smile on landlords, or tenants. And thank God for not giving them a Full Management.
6th Jan 2024 (17 weeks ago)I was very lucky to have Addison Giles as my property agent, or should I say Natasha. She was extremely helpful from day one. After looking for multiple properties with other agents who would not even respond for take days, we had given hopes, but finally we managed to secure one with the help of Natasha at Addison Giles. She was very professional, helpful, easy to communicate and responsive . The entire process went very smooth and quick, which is what we were hoping for. Natasha made sure that the property was professionally cleaned and had everything ready beforehand so there was really not much we had to do. She even helped us suggest nearby free parking areas as the flat we rented did not have parking. She always made sure to return calls and answer all of our questions. Overall we had a five star experience with Addison Giles and Natasha and we would recommend their services to everyone. Thank you so much.

1st Apr 2024 (30 days ago)We have recently completed the sale of my 91-year-old uncle's bungalow through Property Owl. Over the years, I have been involved in selling a number of properties with varying experiences of agents and I have to say that Ammar's service was truly exceptional. My uncle sometimes gets a bit confused about dealing with administrative matters, and Ammar was very patient and thoughtful with him - it was his first house move in 50 years, so very stressful for him. Ammar's kindness and patience was very helpful as we live over an hour away. He also chased the sales process very effectively, liaising with the buyer, the solicitors involved and the sales lady at the retirement complex my uncle moved into; he kept us informed about the progress throughout. He even offered to take cuttings from a bush in the garden, and turned up on moving day to help where he could! Recommended unreservedly - thanks, Ammar!
