15th Dec 2024 (6 mo. ago)I recently went through Ashfords to sell my property. From the start Karandeep & Dilraj had a clear plan of action which they carried out in a timely & professional manner. They managed to find a buyer extremly quickly. Karandeep then handled the daily updates and discussions. Liaising with myself, my solicitor & the buyers' side. I found Karandeep to be very knowledgable, efficient and quick to come up with resolutions when problems arose. Both Karandeep & Dilraj went above and beyond to ensure the sale was completed in a timely fashion. I would recommend Ashford Services to anyone looking for professionalism, transparency & expertise.

All of the people in the sales team were knowledgeable of the market and sold our property within 2 weeks after it being on the market with another agent for over 5 months! Would totally recommend them and would definitely use them again when the time comes.

12th Sep 2024 (9 mo. ago)I was booked viewings with different agencies as we wanted to buy a property as soon as possible. Comparatively , Cameron and King's response time was quick. The bookings and vieweing turnaround time was quick as well, which to be honest we really appreciate as in our case time was very limited. David's knowledge and professionalism stood out for us. We loved the fact that there he understood our needs and clients and made it possible for us to be proud homeowners quicker than we would have imagined. All communication and services rendered were exceptional! We would actually give 6 stars, if there was option of another one!

I would and do recommend them to anyone buying or selling in the area. This was the second time using them, after buying from them before there was no doubt in my mind that I would sell with them. They all do all they can to make what can be a stressful process as seamless as possible, going above and beyond every step.

1st Jun 2022 (3 years ago)I have made a big investment with Alesco and they absolutely let me down. They provided very poor investment advice which resulted in a big financial loss. I doubt if I ever get my money back. Additionally, some 30 investors that were invested in the same investment had big financial loss as well. The business model of Alesco is based on very aggressive marketing. They put much pressure on you to buy, and the only thing they care about is sales at the expense of the investor. They are immoral and do not care about you and your hard earned money. I have been trying to reach out and talk to them but they avoid and lie to me systematically. I left another review in the past which was positive, but it was very early on and before I realised what is going on and lost my money. Never invest with Alesco.

His agency stands out from the rest due to his highly personal service; we spoke with or saw only him so felt super confident he was fully engaged and invested in our sale at all times. His comms were also excellent, as were his problem-solving skills and professional partners. The photography was outstanding, with much thought taken in both the planning and execution. Highly recommended!
6th Jan 2024 (1 year ago)I was very lucky to have Addison Giles as my property agent, or should I say Natasha. She was extremely helpful from day one. After looking for multiple properties with other agents who would not even respond for take days, we had given hopes, but finally we managed to secure one with the help of Natasha at Addison Giles. She was very professional, helpful, easy to communicate and responsive . The entire process went very smooth and quick, which is what we were hoping for. Natasha made sure that the property was professionally cleaned and had everything ready beforehand so there was really not much we had to do. She even helped us suggest nearby free parking areas as the flat we rented did not have parking. She always made sure to return calls and answer all of our questions. Overall we had a five star experience with Addison Giles and Natasha and we would recommend their services to everyone. Thank you so much.

He ensured the entire process was smooth and efficient. Bradley was consistently available to answer our questions, which gave us confidence during the process . We wouldn't hesitate to use Bradley to sell our own home in the future, as we would be confident in his dedication to a positive outcome for both sides. Highly recommended!

From our first meeting, it was clear he’s not your stereotypical estate agent — Stuart is warm, personable, open, and refreshingly honest. He was a real pleasure to deal with at every stage of the process. Our chain was far from straightforward, with multiple challenges that at times made it feel like things could fall apart. But the one constant that held it all together was Stuart. He kept us informed every step of the way with clear, timely updates — not once did we have to chase him, despite the many moving parts. His professionalism, calm presence, and proactive approach made all the difference. For us, Stuart and Lawson’s are the estate agent of choice in Windsor — second to none. We genuinely can’t recommend them highly enough.
