Dean Speer gave me good advice about what needed to be done to make the unit more marketable and Jonathan Colquhoun liaised with the new tenants and made the whole process run smoothly. From start to finish the process has been so stress free because Clare managed it all. She was super conscientious about who viewed our home, and found our perfect onwards purchase as soon as we were sale agreed. We couldn’t have asked for any more, thank you Clare!
9th Jan 2024 (1 year ago)4 months of waiting and still no call back to offer me a premesis. I've taken it upon myself to contact Landlords directly now if I see anything advertised by Goadsby. This is because Landlords of the sites that I've enquired about previously have not received offers or proposed plans passed on to then, yet I'm told they are not interested. Maybe I'm missing something but I don't understand why. Based on this, I would not recommend Goadsby Commercial to anyone if you want a hassle free, simple business transaction.

23rd Oct 2024 (12 weeks ago)Purchased Property through Austin & Wyatt (Lyndhurst). We purchased a property through Austin & Wyatt and from the initial inquiry to picking up the keys we received excellent communication (with us and the Estate Agent selling our property etc.) and service. I know that it is a whole team effort to market and sell a property but would like to single out Madeleine for her professionalism and commitment when the problems cropped up (which they do). We are now in our new home and loving it. We didn't even need to chase to have the For Sale / Sold sign removed. Thanks Team.
26th Jul 2022 (2 years ago)Over valued our property at £1,500,000. Then asked us to reduce asking price by £250,000, had people viewing offering £1,000,000 thinking we were desperate to sell because of the large reduction. Sacked them after two months, house never sold.

Their handling from start to finish was exemplary; communication couldn't be faulted, and nothing ever seemed to be too much trouble. I congratulate and sincerely thank the team, Simon, Matthew and Tracey, for their assistance. I was so pleased with Dixons that I decided to sell my property through them once my new acquisition was nearing completion. I assure potential future clients I was equally satisfied and very pleased with their services and wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.

As a first time auction seller my dad was a little unsure how complicated it might be but was pleasantly surprised, the entire process went very smoothly. We couldn't recommend her and the rest of the team highly enough, always went above and beyond. Surpassed all expectations in every way, my dad was delighted with the result, as was I. 9th Jan 2025 (6 days ago)The service we received from Tailor Made when selling our flat in Canford Cliffs was second to none. Jessica Boston was easily the best estate agent we have ever used. She was very professional and kept us informed at each step of the process. What we particularly liked was that she was actively involved in sorting out any issues right up to completion. Too many estate agents seem to lose interest once a sale has been agreed but Jessica made sure that completion took place to the deadline we set. 4th Jan 2025 (11 days ago)We put property on market at suggested price, it took them near to a month to get the property correctly advertised on their site. In close to 5 months we had one viewing and no feedback. I did however hear the viewer making derogatory comments and the agent seemed to agree with them. I was promised a follow up call and it did not materialise When I told them I no longer wished to use them they blamed me saying I didn't take any notice of their repeated suggestions to reduce the price. They had suggested once after one month at the end of August and I had told them lets wait and see after the school holidays are over. They argued and sent me documents purporting to be emails from them which I had genuinely not received. Unlike many people I did ball them out over their poor performance. I was patient and gave them time however once they had got the business their enthusiasm paled. I am sure they did over value the property initially in order to get the business but they are probably not alone in doing this- 23rd Dec 2021 (3 years ago)Dealt with Malcom (Steeden) and Matt in his absence. Malcolm was responsive and showed a keen interest to be involved with the sale. Gave some constructive advice, which we followed and delighted with the results both in terms of the viewing, all undertaken by Goadsby, and the follow-up to these. End result was a sale effected quickly at a price in excess of our expectations. Very pleased with the regular contact and overall experience.

We brought our house in June 24 and Patrick was absolutely amazing throughout the progress. He would always checking in weekly with updates, would chase the other party if needed and answer any questions we had throughout the sale. I would highly recommend Meyers and if we were to sell our property further down the line they would 100% be our go to. Thank you so much for all your hard work! Anna & James
