24th Jun 2024 (5 weeks ago)Irving and Sons are incredibly professional, always on the ball and working very hard to sell your property. I was impressed by them 11 years ago when they sold me a house, and I was even more impressed when I contracted them to sell it. I have mostly dealt with Nolan and Claire, who are both amazing, but every single member of staff and interaction I have had with them has been excellent. It is not often that you come across a company that offers such great service and experience. Highly recommend them!
9th Jan 2024 (6 mo. ago)4 months of waiting and still no call back to offer me a premesis. I've taken it upon myself to contact Landlords directly now if I see anything advertised by Goadsby. This is because Landlords of the sites that I've enquired about previously have not received offers or proposed plans passed on to then, yet I'm told they are not interested. Maybe I'm missing something but I don't understand why. Based on this, I would not recommend Goadsby Commercial to anyone if you want a hassle free, simple business transaction.
15th Jul 2024 (12 days ago)We decided to market our home through A&W as they are selling a house we are interested in and it seemed the convenient thing to do. It has turned out to be the right thing to do, as they have proved to be very professional, friendly and great at communicating on all aspects of our sale. They offer comprehensive feedback quickly and all viewings are confirmed by text. Special thanks to Madeleine, who has been so helpful and is an excellent ambassador for A&W. Also Dawn, who was very helpful and friendly during our viewings. Overall, a great team with extensive local knowledge and enthusiasm for what they do. Highly recommended.
26th Jul 2022 (2 years ago)Over valued our property at £1,500,000. Then asked us to reduce asking price by £250,000, had people viewing offering £1,000,000 thinking we were desperate to sell because of the large reduction. Sacked them after two months, house never sold.

As a first time auction seller my dad was a little unsure how complicated it might be but was pleasantly surprised, the entire process went very smoothly. We couldn't recommend her and the rest of the team highly enough, always went above and beyond. Surpassed all expectations in every way, my dad was delighted with the result, as was I. Can't thank the team enough and a special thank you again to Meredith for all of her time and efforts. We look forward to the next one!!

Hayley was an angel and acted to keep our sellers calm and ensured we finally reached a completion date. Would absolutely return to Savills if we are brave enough to move again in the future!

Gave some constructive advice, which we followed and delighted with the results both in terms of the viewing, all undertaken by Goadsby, and the follow-up to these. End result was a sale effected quickly at a price in excess of our expectations. Very pleased with the regular contact and overall experience.

Jessica showed us around that property but also put forward options of other properties. One of which we are now proud owners and have at last found a place perfect for us . Throughout the process Jessica was with us and worked with the various parties to get through negotiations and the normal property , search related queries. I have to say a massive thank you to Jessica and we will certainly be recommending Jessica and the sand banks tailor made branch .. who knows we may be back for more properties.

His knowledge of the property and local area showed his in depth experience. Patrick then followed this up with efficient organisation, chasing things up and keeping all parts of a complex, changing chain moving along with ease. Patrick absorbed pressure off us when we were organising our wedding and on honeymoon. Overall very friendly, exceptional professionalism, highly organised and from a buyers point of view- a dream to deal with! Highly Recommend!
