28th Dec 2024 (17 days ago)This was a waste of my time, from the ad which was a copy paste from another property nearby. I knew from there, it wasn't going to be a good listing but unfortunately I couldn't cancel the agreement without incurring charges as apparently they had done some marketing. Communication is terrible - emails go unanswered and promises to call back are not fulfilled. I had to wait for the agreement to run its course and then take it off the market. Very disappointed as I had hoped for better.

Nothing came. Then saw thr property had made it to the website. Rang the office, and male agent had no idea about my enquiry and my details were not registered. Agent not really proactive; really got the feeling he was not interested.
