He went over and above and is so easy to speak to. If we are ever thinking of I wouldn’t go with anyone else. I’m really happy to say that other friends of ours have used Thomas’ services and have been just as happy as us. Thanks Thomas and Essex Guild

29th Apr 2024 (7 days ago)I was a first time buyer, and as a buyer I thought E&S did a fantastic job. Zuhre was very responsive, understanding, and honest during the process, explained what needed to be done, and did a great job liaising with the sellers (which was not always easy!). Dan was very good at showing the property, and understood well on what needed to be done, and did a great job getting both the sellers and me to agree on completion. Even though the sellers were their clients, I thought they did a great job looking out for me too. Would definitely recommend, and use them for selling a property.

She made my experience with Abbotts Basildon seamless and sweet, giving me constant updates and guidance. She eased me into my new and lovely home with specialised apps to setup my services at affordable rates. She made sure my new home was pristine clean. She was ever ready to answer my questions satisfactorily. Definitely a joy to work with! Very many thanks Alex and every other members of Abbotts Basildon that worked behind the scene!

What a good decision! Wayne Shayler took us under his wing and his extensive knowledge of the market and excellent, timely advice was invaluable to us. He was always available to answer our queries and contacted us regularly with updates - I honestly think we couldn’t have chosen a better agent. Thank you so much Wayne! 16th Feb 2024 (11 weeks ago)The property Specialists no doubt comprises a team of outstanding professionals who are dedicated to seeing customers are happy and satisfied. Might be unfair to mention specific names as everyone appears to be onboard with the standards of the company. The process of renting a property through them is a fantastic experience. Communication is top notch and you can perceive synergy amongst the staff who are willing to provide answers to all questions till you are satisfied. I am so pleased with every aspect of dealing with them so far. They are highly recommended.

Lewis would give regular updates on prospective buyers, viewings and just generally kept me informed of all situations. It felt like he was working hard to get the right price for both myself and prospective buyers, I would highly recommend dealing with Lewis at Gilbert and Rose. After a sale was agreed I was put in touch with Claire Skilbeck who was my sales processor, Claire was great - she kept me fully informed throughout the sale, giving me regular updates and it felt like she was really pushing all sides to try and get the exchange/completion to happen smoothly and quickly.

It took 6-7 weeks for an offer on our house, with just 2 viewings for the monthly rental quoted by Balgores. The lettings team are efficient and take on board your requirements. I recommend Michael Charles as he brought 2 families to view and we got an offer. He works incredibly hard for you. Thanks Balgores!
