There is no need to look elsewhere - since the team is very stable and a pleasure to deal with, they have become more like trusted advisers. When there is an issue, Daphne does thorough research, presents a recommendation and explains why. I use this as an example of how to treat all clients!

After having bad experience with other estate agents. We moved to Rochford stokes who were completely professional and calm. They led us through the sale process and helped us with the buying our new property. All the staff were friendly and helpful, both in our up and down moments as the housing market was in a very difficult position at the time (2017). They always give us good, intelligent advice and were never opinionated. This is why we gave Rochford Stokes five stars. Thank you for your great service and making us move to where we wanted to be.

They are friendly and hard workers. Who else can help you at 9pm when you have an issue?? :)) Definitely it will be Malay and Mansi. They are always happy to help, they are incredibly good with people and has a knack for matching the tenant with the owner…. making it the perfect fit for a property.

Abigail was a great support by providing very clear extended videos and explaining everything I needed to know to make the right decision. Also in the next steps regarding the contract she but also Vanessa were extremely helpful to make it all happen within 4 days. The quality but also the speed of their work were remarkable.

Dan, the estate agent I met during a viewing, was not only nice but also incredibly professional, offering valuable advice throughout. His assistance didn't stop at the viewing. He actively supported me while putting forward my offer and efficiently handled all the necessary paperwork. Thanks to Dan's swift actions, within a week from the initial viewing, I had the keys to my new place. I'm very grateful for his understanding of my urgency to move in quickly. I highly recommend Dan and the company for their exceptional service and commitment to helping clients swiftly transition into their new homes.- I stayed in one their apartments and the services were amazing! Professional and careful to the details. Apartment was very close to the city, in a very safe area. I highly recommend London Capital Homes when you come to London!

As a landlord, efficient, responsive, open & transparent and they don't take commission / kickbacks on repairs (which the main agents do and always fail to mention - hence why I moved to Radstock). As a vendor they worked tirelessly going above and beyond, especially as the property had a few quirks to iron out! Can't recommend this firm more highly.

After having the flat with a high street estate agency for 3 months with no viewings, I spoke to Elle, best thing ever, she put it on the market and the viewings started to come with her and then Katherine, both are very down to earth, approachable and knowledgeable, once offer was accepted Poppy took over and she was on top of things, keeping everyone moving and kept me informed of everything. Please trust them, you will not be disappointed.
