Between tenancies I am having the property redecorated and some electric / heating works undertaken - all arranged by Vithu of Portico. He has been invaluable in obtaining quotes, arranging access and communicating what's happening with me. Vithu has also been responsive to any email queries I have had. What would have taken me a lot of time and stress was efficiently sorted on my behalf - thank you.
4th Oct 2024 (8 mo. ago)I rented with Rochford Stokes for a while and they were fantastic. They were all super friendly and an approachable. Renting through them and sorting a change of tenant was easy and seamless - a special shoutout to Anna and Suzie for organising this! They were really easy to get hold of too and nothing was too much to ask. I would recommend Rochford Stokes to anyone and are the best agents I’ve rented through in London by a mile (I’ve never written a review about an agency before!). Thank you :)

12th Jul 2024 (11 mo. ago)Carine Kalonji has been block manager at our building in South Kensington for no more than four to five months and during that time has made a huge impact on the management and maintenance of the building with many challenges to resolve Carine is professional engaging and an excellent listener - her personal skills are exemplary and in her dignified and discrete manner commands respect and it is these character traits which have allowed her to meet these challenges gaining the trust and confidence of the residents Carine is very conscious of data protection and confidentiality and has as a result minimised potential conflicts We are very fortunate to have such a capable block manager and as a director of two properties over a number of years I feel I can vouch for her from a position of strength

Tom could not have been more understanding of our situation, professional and provided us with the advice and guidance we needed. Having advertised their flat to their internal database we were astonished to receive an acceptable offer within a week. Natalia handled the negotiations on the sale of our flat with professionalism and made what can be a stressful process much more straightforward. One of the main things for ourselves was just being able to pick up the phone whenever to either Tom or Natalia for an update, advice and guidance. Having put the flat under offer, we were under pressure to secure a new home. Tom consistently sent us excellent opportunities and knew the house that would be for us just from understanding exactly what we were looking for. We were not flooded with available opportunities which Tom knew wouldn't be of interest which can get frustrating when other agencies send you everything and anything regardless. Having successfully found us a new home and upon an offer being accepted, Tom handled the whole purchase with the upmost care and attention which we could not fault. As and when we come to sell, it is a very easy decision for us as to who we will be using. We could not recommend KFH Earlsfield more to anyone considering a sale of their current home. Her attention to detail and efficiency on organizing the viewings, as well as her professionalism and diligence on making sure only suitable properties would be offered to me, made this search much smoother and less time consuming. Although I've managed to come to terms with my current Landlord and ended by renewing lease on my current flat, I appreciate her time and availability during the past weeks and would not hesitate on recommending her services to any friends who need to rent a new flat in London. 15th May 2024 (1 year ago)Absolutely appalling agency to deal with. A pure lack of transparency and a deviation from the terms and conditions associated with the holding deposit process. All my attempts to seek clarification or resolution have been met with silence from agency. Then at the end they tell me that they won’t return my holding deposit because I failed referencing, although they called me stating that the landlord rejected the proposal. I have escalated this to the PRS and will keep escalating and talking against this untrustworthy agency. Be careful of dealing with them!

She showed us around a gorgeous flat and was incredibly accommodating throughout the whole process. We needed to view the flat three times, and Zoe was always helpful and patient, answering all our questions with such kindness. Even after we put in our offer, she has continued to work hard to ensure everything goes smoothly for our move-in. Zoe is truly a fantastic letting agent, and her professionalism and dedication made the whole experience so much easier. Thank you, Zoe, for going above and beyond!
14th Oct 2024 (8 mo. ago)We are having a nightmare with this company. We have now rented a property with them for a year. We turned up to the viewing, sat there for 10 minutes and no one showed. We called the office to be told they forgot to book it in and it would need to be rebooked, we had driven 4 hours to view this property as we were relocating so told them they had to send someone out. We were then rushed through the viewing. We ended up going ahead with the property and had no problems with this part of the process. However, anything that requires any form of management from Martin&Co is horrendous. They have 2 months to complete a gas safety check but left it to the last week they could legally have it done and then Oliver had a go at US for not being able to take a day off work to let them in. We got told it wasn't possible for them to give us a timed slot so we called British Gas ourselves and got told it was possible they just had to request it, M&Co wouldn't, so we did and I was able to work it around my job (but had to organise everything myself). We then got contacted about our yearly inspection, we called and booked it in for my day off, they never showed up. We called to find out that once again, they didn't book it in. We live in Wokingham but half of our communication comes from the Staines branch. We then got emailed 3 days before rent due to say they were changing the account we needed to pay, we went on to set it up and the bank stated it looked like a scam payment based on the account, we contacted the landlord as it was a Sunday and he said he hadn't authorised any bank change, so it did look like a scam! However, after contacting a very rude woman at M&Co they stated THEY were changing the bank account and we have no right to talk to our own landlord and to pay them immediately and we were lying about the warning from the bank (proof attached). We are on a fully managed contract and have had to organise everything ourselves so far, which is ludicrous. We are fed up with communication from this company and would never rent with them again.

I had a very specific requirement and was left disappointed by 3 other well known estate agents in London. However, Adam was able to find a suitable tenant within a short period of time. I was always kept informed of the viewings, updates were regular and the whole process was smooth.

James French and Tim Buckley were so helpful and always available to speak on the phone. Compared to other estate agents who pass you from pillar to post, James and Tim were amazing. If I ever move house again, I will only instruct Radstock
