Ruby has been extremely nice along the whole process. As landlord, it is always critical to find an agency you can trust will do their best for your property and its tenants. It is definitely the service Rampton Baseley is providing. Since the beginning, they have been very genuine and transparent about the market and their offering. No hidden fee, a property manager living around the block etc. Definitely the kind of agency that helps keeping your mind at peace when you don't live in the same city as your property!
I would strongly advise anyone looking for an accommodation - wether it is to let or to sell - to use Rampton Baseley's services.
Indeed the agent ruined my search as this person didn't consider my move in dates requirements. In addition this person had a pushy limit stalker behaviour to get references in an amount of time that was insanely limited.
Moreover the agent hid the fact that they had two offers at the same time (including mine) and made me pay for a deposit and then accepted another offer.
Now I can't get a refund for the deposit I paid, as the money is supposed to have been lost.
David Law and the team at the Battersea branch are extremely professional and knowledgeable. Their expertise combined with the marketing power of Foxtons ensured that we got the best price for our flat within the time we had to make the sale
Their agent lied to us openly about the situation of the sellers; stating that they had already exchanged. When we found out that they had not even had an offer accepted (they were using the same agent so he was well aware of their situation) and had decided to withdraw their property from the market we had already lost a significant amount of money to surveyors, solicitors, and so on.
Amanda was incredible. She managed to find a great place for me after more than 10 places visited with other agencies. She knew what I wanted better than me ;-). Beth and her were really patient and helpful, acting always on both parties interests. I really appreciated their reactivity to my requests as well as their efforts to make everything right. I would definitely recommend to work with them to find the rare pearl ! Huguette
We loved working with Andrew at KFH during our property search. He was incredibly helpful with scheduling viewings and helping us find properties that met our criteria, and KFH is better than a lot of estate agencies as you can work with one agent to get viewings at any property listed with one of their offices, not just the one you've registered at. Everyone at KFH has been friendly and professional, and I would highly recommend them to anyone looking to buy or rent.
It was a pleasure to have D&G onboard managing the sale of my property. They were very professional throughout the full process providing expert advice at each stage of the selling process. Very pleased and would recommend them to anyone who is looking to sell or buy property in the Battersea area.
Douglas and Gordon were our preferred estate agents out of 4 we registered with. They made finding our flat as painless as possible.
John D. Wood on Battersea Park was a first class, blue ribbon company to do business with in every respect. Lettings agent, Anntonia Redding was helpful, supportive and highly professional in every was that could be expected by a lettings customer: intelligent, polite, very well-mannered, thorough, knowledgable and empathetic. She is very respectful of her organization while still being very understanding and supportive of her customer. That is a very fine tuned place from where to conduct business. I have no doubt that she will soar high professionally.

if you are looking to rent your property and want it properly managed don't use John D Wood and their incompetent Countrywide colleagues as property management doesn't exist.
Good agency with some well heeled tenants. Management side is pretty good too - Marc T arranged for a shower replacement with minimum fuss and kept me informed at every stage. Well done
They accepted my offer, I paid the PTAC and now they asking me to increase my offer. They said that my company failed the company pre-check: an Experian credit check, which is pointless, as my company has got enough funds. They even didn't contact my accountant. it looks like a bogus excuse just because they have got another offer.
