They work hard, but approach their clients with a mature and relaxed sense of confidence that is unusual in the industry. I will definitely be using them again in the future.- 20th Jan 2025 (16 weeks ago)I never thought I would submit a 5-star review for an estate agent, but... Barnard Marcus have been great. We quickly saw that our interactions with anyone there were much better than the ones with other estate agents, and decided to focus on liaising only with them for a house purchase. We were not disappointed and Yinka has been particularly helpful and patient with us.
12th Oct 2024 (7 mo. ago)Our experience of John D Wood has been positive overall. They had been accommodating to our request eg surveyor and builders visits, making this very easy for us. Initially, the wrong information about the sale was given (they said probate which it was not), which caused some confusion but they were quick to rectify this. We are very grateful for the service they’ve given us. Thank you Jack and the team
16th Feb 2025 (12 weeks ago)Loved the little touches they made when marketing my property, adding flowers, plants, cushions, throws to make it looked lived in, as property was empty. Sadly my property didn’t sell in the 16 weeks they had it, even when reduced, think it was probably over valued. Have now changed agents, not really as yet noticed a difference, think they are all much of a muchness, it just seems the fees differ! Even though they didn’t sell my property, I would say they are no different to other agents, think the market is slow at the moment.

The agents (particularly Alexa) could not be more helpful and have assisted us with our move in and any problems that have arised swiftly. As students renting is never the easiest but Interlet have made our move a pleasant experience.
21st Oct 2024 (6 mo. ago)It was a pleasure dealing with Christies throughout our house buying process. Will and Joe ensured we were always updated with everything that was going on in that long chain we were involved in. From Day 1, they were super friendly, supportive and helpful and made sure we managed to move into our new home without any hiccups. A special shout-out to Joe who was resourceful and always had a Plan B or C for every situation and was a calming influence on us. 10/10 would recommend them eyes closed if you are buying or selling!
15th Sep 2024 (7 mo. ago)I would not recommend Stapleton Long and would give zero stars. We rented from them for four years and finally moved out due to ongoing disrepair. Despite a persistent leak and flaking paint in one of the bedrooms, the landlords continued to band-aid the issue and, upon pushing for it to be properly addressed, they claimed the landlords had "spent a lot of money on the property and are reluctant to spend more." We lived with unsightly walls, damp from the leak and mould and unresolved problems for almost the entire tenancy. We were advised that our landlords owned multiple properties in the surrounding streets and they ‘kept our rent lower, because they were aware of some issues. Their other properties are rented for more.” This made it clear that Stapleton Long prioritises landlords' interests over tenants' and the landlords refused to fix these fundamental issues. After all the mental stress, anxiety, and even intimidation tactics (stating that, ‘as a gesture of good will, if we were unhappy, we could give 30 days notice to vacate’, which was clearly in their best interest, rather than ours), we had no choice but to leave. It's telling that after all this, they are now advertising the property as ‘recently refurbished’ for £400 per month more than we were paying. Avoid this estate agent if you value your peace of mind and well-being.- 14th Aug 2024 (9 mo. ago)Peter Woods was great with communication between us as buyers and the vendors, as well as chasing solicitors. This helped to facilitate the exchange of contracts.

I would highly recommend Omar if anyone need help in the future

The whole process was professional and friendly throughout, Alice went above and beyond to get our sale across the line. We had many stresses during our sale but Alice was always positive and proactive, I can't recommend these guys enough. We had the option of going with a rival for a slightly lower percentage but I think D&G are worth paying that little bit more. Top marks from me, Thanks for everything!

Indiana provide key advice on what to do to maximise the rental value and had her promotion strategy formalised the first time I showed her the updated property. Her strategy worked as the property was taken within three days of listing. Seven days later, all background checks and paperwork were complete. Greenwoods ensured everything was taken care of, landlord insurance, inventory, walk around with the tenants. I trust them to provide ongoing management of the property including collection of the rent. Great to deal with, can’t recommend them highly enough.

He helped us every step of the way from sorting handymen to deal w minor issues, to securing our necessary paperwork, to finding the ideal buyer.
