9th Dec 2025 (9 weeks ago)Victoria Rose at S&P Sevenoaks has been an excellent partner as we went about the sale of my late father's house. Careful preparation of the marketing material in discussion with us, helpful navigation through the ID regulatory maze, and regular communication throughout the difficult market situation. When it came to engaging with potential buyers she managed viewings very smoothly and gave prompt feedback. We always knew exactly what was going on and what issues had to be handled. Sitting between buyer and seller can be tricky, and we always felt she was on top of things and working to get the best for us.
4th Jul 2025 (7 mo. ago)I’ve been a tenant with this agency for around 5 years now, and I can confidently say they are the best I’ve ever dealt with. From day one, they’ve always been professional, responsive, and genuinely caring. Lisa is absolutely amazing. She goes above and beyond to make sure everything runs smoothly and that tenants feel heard and looked after. Any issues I’ve had over the years have been addressed promptly and with real attention to detail. It’s rare to find a property management team that truly values both the property and the people living in it — but Lisa and her team really do. I feel lucky to be renting through them, and I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable, trustworthy, and friendly agency.

29th May 2025 (8 mo. ago)We were to see a house at 12 today. We travelled 1 hour to see it with 2 children. When we arrived it was on a lane with no parking, this was not communicated to us and we had to dodge traffic to get to the property. Eventually managing to get there we waited 20 minutes and nobody turned up to show us around. They seemed surprised we were there despite texting us to confirm on the morning. After they said they be 30-40 mins we decided to look round the back of the property. We instantly noticed the whole back was shared access. We asked when booking the viewing if this was the case and we’re told no it wasn’t shared access. I know estate agents are useless but these lot really go above and beyond to be completely incompetent. (Means useless if you are reading this) I can only assume they came up with fireflies because they think the sun shines out there you know what.

16th Jan 2026 (26 days ago)Avoid for rental experience. We had a deeply disappointing experience with Harpers & Hurlingham. Throughout the end of our tenancy there were repeated attempts to retain money from our deposit that were either dismissed by the Deposit Protection Scheme or only resolved after significant challenge. These included claims for cleaning, handyman work and gardening that were rejected. Communication was consistently poor. When we raised reasonable questions, responses were slow or absent for extended periods, and explanations were often only provided after formal escalation. After more than 15 years of renting, this has been the worst experience we have had with a letting agent.

Rosi presented the property really well and Ben kept the whole buying process on track with fast, helpful communication. Quick replies to emails and calls throughout. 15th Jan 2026 (27 days ago)I bought my flat using Connells in Tunbridge Wells - and I must say it was a very positive experience. The communication, in particular, was excellent - always someone in the office to pick up a phone and promised return calls were always honoured. Issues were ironed out promptly - I had a land registry problem and the team at Connells resolved it without delay. Oliver Spackman (branch manager) was always friendly and on hand to explain and to give updates. Ashton Thomas, who took care of my property viewing, was also a pleasure to deal with. Highly recommended.

25th Jan 2026 (17 days ago)Nick carried out a Level 3 survey for us. His report was meticulous and he had been very thorough in his assessment of the property. We spoke with Nick who kindly walked us through any issues & how to address them, his knowledge was invaluable and we found him to be very approachable. Would highly recommend him to anyone looking for a survey!
19th Dec 2025 (8 weeks ago)Super, super happy to write a review of my experience with King's letting over the past year. I could not have been treated better by Belinda, Fiona and Matt! They were always there if I needed help and clearly wanted to make sure that I always knew that very personalised assistance was only moments away, day,or in some cases, after working hours. I would recommend them to anyone who is looking to rent and I'm sure that if this is how the letting staff work then the buying and selling department must also be pretty sublime. BEST LETTING COMPANY I HAVE EVER HAD THE PLEASURE OF DEALING WITH ????
17th Dec 2025 (8 weeks ago)Asked if it was possible to get a all be it large reduction on a rental property per month if I were to guarantee the rent for 4/5 years and was sent a very passive aggressive response from the lettings manager Edward Gailey “so just to be clear you’re offering X for a property listed at X per month?” Unwarranted response when he could have just said that this wasn’t possible on this property and then could have suggested some other properties in my bracket! None the less they have lost a tenant that was about to let 4 properties in one go! Oh well, maybe some customer service training wouldn’t go a miss for Mr Gailey lettings manager?
29th Jan 2026 (13 days ago)I cant recommend You Move Tunbridge Wells highly enough . We sold in a very difficult market and the whole team were excellent from start to finish. A special mention to Emily, Kathy and Lauren , they were professional, proactive supportive and kept us informed . Nothing was too much trouble . Thanks to their hard work and expertise, we achieved a successful sale despite an challenging market .

22nd Oct 2025 (16 weeks ago)The selling strategy agreed with agent and myself worked. Price to sell and present your house at its best. Immediate response to Rightmove when my property went live. Buyers viewed the next day and are STC. An amazing result fingers crossed we proceed to completion. It’s not the best time to sell with such uncertainty but it just shows you to just go for it.
27th Jan 2026 (15 days ago)Tristan Redburn was the third estate agent we had, after 2 failed sales. The service he provides goes way way beyond any other agent, and he quickly found us a buyer who actually got to completion. Tristan was available literally 24/7; we felt like we were his only clients (we weren't!) and he was highly professional and exceptionally flexible throughout. Having found us a buyer he chased the conveyancing process to ensure there were no delays, pushing to maintain momentum while also keeping a friendly, approachable manner. He gave good advice and steered us through difficult negotiations. We would 100% recommend him to anyone; he is absolute gold. Can't recommend him highly enough.

6th Feb 2026 (5 days ago)I don’t often leave reviews, especially not negative ones, but thought it only fair to warn potential buyers and sellers of my experience. I called recently to enquire about a property which was listed for sale. I was surprised when Thomas Neville answered, to hear the discourteous tone from the offset. I wondered what I had done wrong to receive this hostility. It turned out the house had already sold and the sellers were only open to back up buyers in a strong position, which is totally reasonable. However, the way I was spoken to, especially when it was decided that I was not a suitable candidate to view the house, really took me aback. I have seen similar reviews (see below) where the estate agent has replied stating they are malicious reviews from a competitor. I can assure people reading this that I am not a competitor, we are a local family hoping to find our family forever home! If you’re considering listing with the agent please consider that potential buyers may be spoken to very rudely.
