From a quick valuation to organising viewings efficiently, they were well organised, professional and helpful throughout. Trevor was wonderful at always keeping me informed of the progress of the sales and was very pro-active in communicating with solicitors and my house purchase estate agents. She has been an absolute gem! She’s regularly kept in contact and taken it upon herself to find us somewhere lovely to live. I can’t thank Olivia enough for making this stressful time somewhat painless. I thoroughly recommend Hamptons!!

6th Sep 2022 (2 years ago)Keen enthusiastic and friendly staff badly let down by corporate rules and an inflexible IT/software setup which did not enable them to present the property as we wanted. They did get viewings but not many of them were suited to the property age or needs wise. We also didn't like the hard sell 'upgrade' charges they tried to foist on us at the point of signing up, or the never before heard of extortionate 'uplift' commission for a sale over the asking price which was not pointed out to me, and I got them to cancel. Very corporate and money grubbing. - not the fault of the lovely staff.

Fantastic service, they were very approachable throughout the the process of renting and were available for any queries and questions. Highly recommended and the best commercial agency in town - we wouldn't use anyone else.
10th Sep 2024 (6 days ago)I haven't had to look for a flat for years... and it was a bit daunting. I met with Sam Logan from Oakfield (Bexhill) and he couldn't have been nicer. Down to earth and straight forward it was reassuring to meet someone who gave me space to really be able to consider things during my viewing as I was able to view at my own pace. He kept in touch, sent me confirmation of my viewing and arrived promptly - he followed things up when I had a second viewing as well. It was a pleasure to work with Sam Logan and the team at Oakfield - thank you.

They always give 100% when transforming and styling spaces and take time to adjust minute details to allow properties to look their best. On top of that they have great personalities and look after those working with them and their customers. I just received a lovely card thanking me for working with them this year, an unexpected touch of kindness.
4th Sep 2024 (12 days ago)Oakfield handled my sale so well. They dealt with all the viewings. I didn't have to be home. I had a buyer in no time. Communication was fantastic and they was always available to take my calls. There had to be compromises with the completion date which did become complicated. Jo and Rob negotiated on my behalf and kept in constant touch with me and my solicitors. I would highly recommend them.
