The team had a clear plan for the initial marketing based on local knowledge and they carried out that plan effectively. Issam, Karen and Heather then dealt with any bumps in the road during the process from acceptance of an offer to completion of the sale.

We can honestly say they have worked very hard especially after we had two buyers pull out - one at the last minute. All the staff were friendly and helpful throughout the whole process. We would definitely recommend them and will use them in the future.

6th Aug 2024 (5 weeks ago)It will have been nearly a year since my property went on the market. Sadly in the first instance I went with the wrong agent with the results being totally negative. Then I changed agents and went with Just Property, well things happened so fast I couldn’t believe it . The didn’t inflate the price of the house and got viewers through the door and got “sale agreed” which was the object of the exercise! We had a long chain but they kept it together and in the end everyone had the home they wanted. So a big thank you to Colin and his team.
