24th Feb 2026 (25 days ago)I chose Simple Estate Agents to sell my property (Halsway, Hayes) and had an exceptional experience. From finding buyers/offers to managing the sales process Prablin and Harkiran were great. This sale should have been straightforward, but it turned into almost a year-long process due to a previous buyer choosing to mess us around at the last minute. Through all of it, Prablin and Harkiran continued to support and the communication was constant and supportive. Even when i got frustrated with delays (not from Simple's side) both Prablin and Harkiran were patient and did their best always to get updates and chase They stepped in wherever things were stuck and did everything possible to push the deal forward. A special thanks from me to them both. It was quite a journey but they were amazing throughout. Would highly recommend Simple!

I would like to say a MASSIVE thank you to Kasim, who assisted and supported me throughout the process of terminating my contract early due to personal reasons. They are professional and genuinely care about their clients. 11/10 would recommend ????????

20th Jan 2022 (4 years ago)I can’t speak highly enough of Albert Grace Estate Agent. The professionalism, knowledge and honesty are very much appreciated and respected. They are friendly and hard workers. Who else can help you at 9pm when you have an issue?? :)) Definitely it will be Malay and Mansi. They are always happy to help, they are incredibly good with people and has a knack for matching the tenant with the owner…. making it the perfect fit for a property.

From valuation to exchange they have maintained communication and helped ensure the process is as smooth as possible. Alfie, who undertook viewings, managed to secure me several offers, of which one was accepted within 10 days of my property being marketed for sale. Selling a house can be extremely stressful but the team at Coppers manage the process so professionally. I wouldn’t hesitate using them in the future.

5th Mar 2026 (16 days ago)I would give this agent zero stars. I do not recommend working with them. Their main focus seemed to be securing a contract and taking their commission. After I faced multiple issues with my landlord, they withdrew and failed to manage anything. Overall, my experience was extremely disappointing

He was available at all times and had even created a WhatsApp group to help us navigate an already stressful transaction amidst a pandemic. He was very prompt in answering any correspondence and tried his best to ensure everything ran smoothly. As first time buyers, we couldn’t be more happy. We highly recommend them if you are in the market for finding a home.
