22nd Jul 2023 (9 mo. ago)They are terrible! I have reported them to the Property Ombudsman due to their bullish, oppressive and unlawful approach to me. Their communications is poor and have very poor management and people skills. Their complaints procedure is inadequate, poorly implemented as led by the person I complained about. No response to a Solicitors letter either.

7th Apr 2022 (2 years ago)It was great dealing with Infinity, and Kam In particular, who oversaw our sale. We had a lot of holdups on the buyer’s side, which was stressful, but Kam really helped to reassure us and tried to make a rocky process smoother!

As I was new in the United Kingdom this was the first agency I saw and met but there services was terrible and the property was damaged from the start and now they are saying it's my fault and they took the whole deposit and even asking me and charging extra money from me....I would recommend never to visit this place.
11th Jan 2024 (18 weeks ago)Our property purchase experience was extremely disappointing and stressful. We initially were made to believe we were entering a straightforward quick purchase transaction with no chain involved. They also asked us to pay them commission to get our offer accepted by the seller, which is extremely cheap and unprofessional..! Shortly before exchange, the seller unexpectedly added complications by bringing in multiple delays and suddenly creating a chain. This caused considerable disruption and uncertainty for us... For well over 3 months. During the process, we felt pressured to complete the purchase and accommodate the seller's unconventional requests, including a leaseback arrangement with an open timeline for his move-out. We were also concerned about veiled threats related to our mortgage. We believe these actions were motivated by factors beyond standard business practices. We are particularly troubled by the estate agent's involvement in suggesting such an unusual rental arrangement, especially considering the seller's previous false accusations against us with the police and seller's own family supporting us with complete respect and being apologetic for the seller's untrue behaviours. We trust that our experience will open the eyes of people to make optimal decisions in their property matters.
1st Feb 2024 (15 weeks ago)Used Simple to sell a property after previously using a different Estate Agent and it like a night and day difference. They hired professionals to take pictures and within days of listing, we started to get viewings and offers. I dealt with Gurpreet and Harprit and both were good people. I would definitely recommend Simple to others based on my experience.

29th Sep 2023 (7 mo. ago)To owner, I am Pratik Nashikkar, I visited to your kingsbury office on Wednesday 27/09/2023 nearly 5pm regarding renting house. The lady who was attending us was illiterately rude. She don’t to how to talk with customers. For us searching a house is very difficult but we came on some hope, they let me down. I will never suggest to anyone to come and visit to your office. Even though we ask here regarding 2,3 and 4 bhk along with i am suggesting more than 6 area but the rude answer was check online and make weird faces. Thank you owner for demotivating us.

11 Millington Road, 5th Floor, Hayes 11 Millington Road, 5th Floor, Hayes, UB3 4AZ(17 reviews)5th Oct 2022 (1 year ago)As a representative of Adan Estates, I can confirm that no such events or discussions took place with Craig Brown, he has been reported to the Ombudsman and is also being taken to court for defamation and incorrect, false information in his review, I will add that all reports of any maintenance specifically blocked drains was dealt with swiftly within the hour of being reported even on the weekend and out of hours, any comments he has made regarding the neighbour are untrue, the neighbour has actually been causing trouble to anyone that moves in and has been obstructing communal hallways and areas which is not allowed. Craig was told he could use the space outside the flat as private to them, however the neighbour refused to move her belongings and told Craig something different to what the agent and landlord had agreed regarding that flat. Agents and landlords should be aware of tenants like Craig Brown and Lilly House, there new agent has also been informed.
17th Jul 2023 (10 mo. ago)STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!!! THEY APPLY EXTRA COMPLETION CHARGES WITHOUT NOTIFYING YOU NOTHING WAS MENTIONED ON LEGAL PACKS MY SOLICITORS CHECKED ALL THIS WHEN IT CAME CLOSE TO COMPLETION I WAS TOLD I HAVE TO PAY AN ADDITIONAL £10,165. SCAMMING COMPANY AVVOID

Then Syar who is a great communicator and he guided me through the viewings. He was very friendly, professional and helpful giving me all the information. Definitely an excellent service. I highly recommend their services.

A particular mention to Jessica and Callum who have been exceptional during the sale of our house and also to John and Zak. I can't thank them all enough. The team at Kearns truly deserve the great reviews they get and other agents could definitely learn something from them!
