Breaking down what's possible and how he can help into language that I can understand. I have no doubts that his expertise will save me huge amounts of money in the long run.
13th Jun 2024 (14 weeks ago)I have rented a property with them for two years and throughout my time there Victoria has been a great help! Always prompt to reply to emails and with a good connection to the landlord, she always managed to sort any issues we had super promptly. If you can try and get her as your agent, because even if she is off she will make sure you have someone else to talk to who can sort stuff out for you.
25th May 2024 (17 weeks ago)The worst property management Company I have ever had to deal with; I have been waiting for over two years for external and internal shared areas to be repaired, they do not respond to emails, they have no interest at all, they don't care its your home - DO NOT GO ANYWHERE NEAR THIS COMPANY, AVOID, AVOID, AVOID - 8th March 2023 - Well here I am a year on and still waiting, there is always a problem and sadly, never a constructive solution; as a Management Company they just don't care, my advice is DON'T GO ANYWHERE NEAR THEM! 26th May 2023 - RIB did post a reply, sadly the usual excuses, they blame someone; its always something/body else; a business should come back with " yes, we do have a problem, we need to look at lessons leant from previous complaints" but NO - not there fault and funny enough, its not their problem!! - RIB do not engage, they do not respond to emails!!! DO NOT GO ANYWHERE NEAR THEM, how a business can be run like this amazes me; I think too much time is spent at the local Porsche garage choosing their next car; the Property Management Company, has failed me for years and years - AVOID, AVOID, AVOID. Well here I am again!!!! Sadly, I want things to work, RIB do not communicate, the arrogance amazes me, and they don't give a S********t, the Staff leave, the Directors leave and we start all over again with new staff and end up in the same place, and strangely NOTHING HAPPENS, so my advice to all - have I mentioned this before AVOID, AVOID, AVOID. Thankfully there is Google and I am sure many other options, I think; I just may be helping you with sleepless nights !!! 25th May 2024
23rd May 2024 (17 weeks ago)By the far the best experience I’ve had with an estate agent. I was a tenant for two years and everything from the viewing, the paperwork, and the ongoing maintenance was extremely smooth and timely. Grwendill Gomes in particular was a brilliant property manager who was always reachable whenever I had a problem. He also made the move out process very smooth. Can’t say enough good things about BPS!

They are friendly and hard workers. Who else can help you at 9pm when you have an issue?? :)) Definitely it will be Malay and Mansi. They are always happy to help, they are incredibly good with people and has a knack for matching the tenant with the owner…. making it the perfect fit for a property.

27th Aug 2024 (23 days ago)We had a beautiful one bed apartment in the heart of Bloomsbury, high up overlooking the west of London. Our main criterion in selling the property was to meet and talk to the people at the prospective estate agents who were actually going to do the selling, it was not a question of which company might get the highest price or who might have the cheapest commission. We were very impressed with Amir Ghomshei, Foxtons' Sales Manager, and decided to go with them. He then introduced us to the rest of the impressive High Holborn team. Beatrice Rooney, Senior Sales Negotiator, managed the viewings and sale on a day to day basis. They soon had plenty of prospective buyers coming through the door and, relatively quickly, we had agreed a good price for the property. We were hopeful that it would all go through in good time but, being leasehold, and subsequent to the Building Safety Act 2022, there were lots of obstacles to overcome before we could complete the sale. We were dealing with managing agents, the freeholder and their respective legal departments, and having to now come up with more and more paperwork, buying and selling leasehold properties becomes an increasingly difficult and time consuming prospect. However, Beatrice kept on the case in the most amazingly professional manner, we had daily conversations and she did everything she could to help in all aspects of the deal going way further than any other agent we had used before. When she was away on holiday Amir stepped into her shoes and was equally brilliant. Our daily conversations were based around gathering all the additional bits of paperwork which had to be provided and both Beatrice and Amir always went the extra mile in helping to push the whole deal across the line, always keeping us, and of course the buyer, calm and reassured. They were superb throughout the whole process and we could not praise them highly enough for their professionalism and integrity.

24th Jun 2024 (12 weeks ago)At the end of 2023, I was looking to move more centrally to rent for a period after selling my flat. I only viewed one flat, which is the one Mark showed me, as I immediately lovely it and he was super helpful and the process from then on was seamless. Any queries I had at the beginning of my move were answered fully and speedily and any issues arising during the tenancy that required the attention of the landlord (through the managing agency AW Childs) have been dealt with appropriately. Moving from owning a property to renting one is a change, and the overall professionalism of AW Childs has made this a good experience for me.

11th Feb 2020 (4 years ago)Cory helped me secure an amazing apartment in Greenwich. The previous tenants were not the cleanest and smoked inside so it wasn't in the best viewing condition. However Cory assured me it would be cleaned to the highest standard. AJ helped co-ordinate this and went above and beyond. They had the place repainted and professionally cleaned so it was like new! They have been quick to reply and easy to communicate with. Thank you!
