In hindsight, we wish we had sold our property with Richard Kendall, but we had already signed a contract with a different one. We are now living in our dream home, and I have to keep pinching myself!
4th Sep 2024 (12 days ago)Went for a viewing, spent £32 to get there only for no one to turn up. Had no message to say anyone would be coming or if anyone was running late. All for a property that’s been up for months in an area where they’re taken in days. Avoid at all costs.

16th Aug 2024 (4 weeks ago)I asked for my photos changing-no reply. I asked them to book in an epc-they didnt. Then asked me to pay for one i hadn't even had. Never chased up viewing requests, for example they would ring and ask when im free for a viewing and never call back to arrange it. Also never called to offer help/advice when house wasn't getting much attention.- 8th Jul 2024 (10 weeks ago)I contacted this branch to give me a valuation of a property I own. I had a good honest chat about what I wanted with David jones the valuation manager who said he would get back to me within a couple of days. I heard nothing so after 5 days a contacted them again but conveniently David was out of the office so I asked again if he could contact me. What a surprise he couldn’t be bothered to return my call. Avoid using this branch at Wakefield because they will let you down. Very very poor.

Im a first time buyer and had bad experiences with other estate agents , Cathy and her team especially Cathy has been really very helpful .. thank you very much ;)

31st Jul 2024 (7 weeks ago)This estate agent struggled to get me feedback from prospective buyers. I had quite a few viewings in the 22 weeks I was with them but no offers. I feel they could have been more determined to not only get me feedback but act on it. They accepted feedback given without further probing. I have gone to another estate agent and have been much more satisfied with them.

13th Sep 2024 (3 days ago)We used Hunters to sell our mother's home, who unfortunately needed to go into a nursing home. The service that we received from them was friendly, fast and very efficient. They quickly marketed the property , arranged numerous viewings and managed those viewings on our behalf. A buyer was found very quickly and Hunters were always driving the process forwards in a personal but professional way, which led to a quick completion. Overall, a fantastic company, who managed the whole process for us brilliantly and I would have no hesitation in recommending them.

2nd Aug 2022 (2 years ago)It was really easy to arrange a property viewing with Valor Properties. Toni was super helpful and gave us a courtesy call on the morning of the viewing. She arrived early and went above and beyond showing us around, giving us information and allowing us enough time to get a good feel for the properties we were interested in. No hard sell just really genuine and helpful. Looking forward to dealing with Valor again in the future ????

Lynn and her team are fantastic, they work really hard and go the extra mile. We had previously listed with Manning Stainton and had an extremely poor experience, despite them charging a lot more in fees, so we were even more impressed when Belvoir provided us a much better service at a much lower cost. Don't hesitate, use Belvoir.

5th Jul 2024 (10 weeks ago)BE VERY CAREFUL!!! Once these lot have your deposit they ignore you. We agreed to buy a buy to let from these and went through the mortgage application with our own agent. We then found out they had overvalued thr property by a fair amount, not allowing us to get a mortgage. We were then told we had to use their mortgage person, which cost us another £300 but we had no option. They also could not get us a mortgage because the value was less than 50k. Upon telling these lot, they are now ignoring our calls, you can't speak to the refund team as only on email, no managers have phones and they won't give us our deposit back even though it states we are entitled to it back for following their stipulations. I'm no being ignored by the salesman Jack and no one will return emails etc. I will be taking this to the Ombudsman too, to highlight this appalling service and blatant overvalued to gain mortgage applicants. They had the same listing on their site for £52,500 and £46,000. We found this after we had agreed a price. So be very careful not to deal with these people. They are rude and have total lack of customer service once they have your deposit. Zero stars from me!!!
1st Jul 2024 (11 weeks ago)Sold our house with DPSH. It took 8 months, mainly due to the solicitors they 'highly recommended'. We did all the viewings ourselves and had to push for them to encourage the buyers to come back with a higher offer. THEN when we actually sold our house - we heard nothing from them for the full 8 months except 1 token phone call asking us to ring them with an update.... Including on the day we completed and exchanged, we had to arrange to meet the buyers at the house - no phone call checking it had all gone ok, I don't even know if they know we have sold.... I presume they do because they have got a load of money for doing absolutely nothing. Would not use again and would not recommend. 1 star is generous.
