Great feedback during the listing phase to keep interest in the property, through to weekly updates and A+ chasing of the chain to keep everything on track in the sale phase. The process was very long winded based on delays with solicitors and Gareth was constantly in touch with us and trying to push it all along. Highly recommended!

Mallinson took all the stress and dealt with matters quickly and efficiently on my behalf. Such a smooth transaction, the For Sale board went up on the Tuesday and by Thursday the property was sold!! As a firm they don’t simply rely on RightMove, but instead Monroe offer a wealth of potential buyers who they take the time to match with the right property. Communication has been excellent, with good commercial and supportive advice always available. Monroe took time to learn about our house and delivered continuity with both viewings and feedback. Once we had agreed a sale Monroe’s sales progression coordinator ensured that all solicitors in our chain were kept in the loop and that potential delays were unblocked by exceptional communication skills. Having used a number of estate agents over the years we have never had such an excellent service and enjoyable experience as we have with the team at Monroe. Sarah, our estate agent, was incredible from our first viewing right down to collecting the keys. She was informative, explaining everything so that we understood it and answered all our queries really quickly. She was always on the end of the phone whenever we needed any advice or to direct us to the right person. We didn’t feel any pressure, Sarah was super relaxed and friendly, and we’re really pleased we had her to help us purchase our first home!
