From the first management of the bidding process to the handover of the keys on completion Tom’s was a calm and reassuring voice. We are confident that he served the Vendors well but from the moment our offer was accepted we felt he was on our side too. The very few issues were smoothly managed. A personal touch throughout.

4th Jul 2024 (23 days ago)Selling a house is supposed to be stressful but with Nock Deighton it has been easy. Corabeth Bishop came to see me and explained everything very clearly and was a pleasure to deal with as is Abigail, she is delightful, and very helpful. The brochure was very good, and I accepted an offer 15 days after it was put on the market! I would happily recommend Nock Deighton.

It took barely 3 months from start to finish, was organised very efficiently and effectively and successfully concluded without any hitches. We didn’t hesitate to use his family agency to sell our much loved home and were hugely impressed by the care taken throughout: the photography perfectly captured its essence, the feedback from viewings was excellent and Stefan handled our sale expertly and extremely sensitively, skilfully balancing the needs of both parties, which led to a quick and very smooth completion. They take the time to thoroughly explain to clients all the details before you decide to move forward. They also make sure that clients are aware of any potential risks associated with purchasing a particular property, they are professional but also honest and direct. They go above and beyond with every single transaction. They are extremely accommodating with clients and try to help as much as possible. It’s an absolute pleasure to work with you. If you are selling or buying a house, you have to use them!! They are the best!
