Sam was enthusiastic from start to finish, made the whole process run smoothly and with the help of solicitors, they managed to complete on my property within 6 weeks. She went above and beyond throughout the whole process, her attention to detail was faultless and I can’t thank her enough for all of her work. I will absolutely be using them again for future properties.

10th Feb 2025 (9 mo. ago)Shocking .....the admin staff are officious rude and insulting... they hide in the bushes with cameras policing a shared car park like vipers... but this sort of behaviours may be needed in your defthe court room. ???? personally I would use another firm.

However we couldn't have been more wrong, our house sold within 3 days, and here we are 10 weeks later having exchanged contracts and about to move into our new property. Jack and the team could not have been more helpful and were a joy to deal with from start to finish!

On the last viewing told us we had secured it in the Saturday only to be told on the Tuesday that there was a higher bid. We have been brought in as a bidding baite in this property. Avoid this agent! No office to even call in
17th Jul 2025 (17 weeks ago)Disappointed in this Estate agents know feed back or return calls ,especially when I was recommended to use a local surveyor to look at a barn ,And highlighted lots of problems with the property, But still believed the barn came with a premium price.And after trying to make contact with the owner through the agents 'To highlight that if the owner could find a local company and get some quotes ???? I would be happy to proceed. So I've wasted a survey and solicitors fees, On a company that not only put the property back on the market, But hasn't even the responsibility of a response by email. Especially on a once in a lifetime property and a area that feels like home.

They went above and beyond every step of the way, always friendly, responsive, and genuinely invested in making sure everything ran smoothly. Moving can be stressful, but they made it feel so much easier with their professionalism and kindness. Every question or concern was handled quickly and with care, and it really made such a difference. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend RA Bennett, especially Ollie and Lotti, to anyone looking for a team who truly care about their clients.

23rd Jun 2025 (21 weeks ago)My husband and I sold our property just over 2 years ago, and decided to rent for a while until we decided what we wanted to do. We found a beautiful little cottage managed by Sunderlands in a gorgeous location. Being new to renting a property we were a little apprehensive. The whole process was very smooth - managed by Lianne. The property had to have some external work done when we moved in - the landlord gave us 2 bottles of wine as a thank you for persevering with it. We've only had a few minor problems during the time we've been here. An email to Lianne in the morning, and a professional person arriving the same day to fix the problem. The service that Lianne provides is outstanding. She is efficient, helpful, reliable and trustworthy. Thank you Lianne.
