Dee and her team provided more viewings in a week than we’d had in 6 months with another agent, and a special mention for Emily who was so kind and patient with my mother who suffers with Alzheimer’s disease, thank you Emily. When we accepted an offer on the apartment Dee was wonderful liaising with solicitors and the purchaser through the whole process until completion. Thank you all for such wonderful service.

The teams quick turn-around meant we got into our place in time for me to start my new job (which made for a very stressful week). They were on the ball and always happy to help. Their positivity and support gave us back the confidence we needed at a stressful time and led to a successful and happy sale. We have been most impressed with Richard's professionalism and understanding of our needs. Thank you to the whole team for being so nice! We wouldn't hesitate in coming to you again if we ever move again (which we're not planning on doing soon)!

From the first management of the bidding process to the handover of the keys on completion Tom’s was a calm and reassuring voice. We are confident that he served the Vendors well but from the moment our offer was accepted we felt he was on our side too. The very few issues were smoothly managed. A personal touch throughout.

15th Feb 2022 (3 years ago)Shelley provided us with an excellent service from start to finish. We had a property that was relatively easy to sell, but slightly complicated by the fact it was going through probate. Clear communication with potential buyers ensured that there were no slip ups with a slightly longer than usual sale process. We could have appointed other agents for a lower fee, but I think the coverage and marketing from Knight Frank ensured we maximised the sale price and even after any additional agent fees we likely received the best price we could. Also good work from Giselle the sales progressor in seeing it all over the line.

After changing agents to Martin & Co Cheltenham my property was remarketed in a very professional way and I had regular feedback all the way. Within 3 weeks I had an offer, which I accepted. Waiting on a quick completion. Beth and Karl are outstanding. I highly recommend them.

Offer received very quickly which was accepted. Best valuation and we were offered full asking price and Kimberley’s offered the best fee package. Would recommend. Hopefully rest of the sale will go smoothly with them.
