24th Feb 2023 (1 year ago)This agent requires sixteen weeks.There wasn't communication after the contract was signed. The property was on the market, but it was the twelfth week before anyone enquired. Could not locate agents window on the high street. They do not use professional photographers, which was definitely a mistake. The agent works alternate Saturdays, but never informed me beforehand, and suggested I didn't tell him I would be away. Unsure of the question as he did agree to conducting the viewings. One viewer was due to come on a Saturday, but never showed. It's possible she tried to contact,but got no reply. It's the same response I got when I rang twice on that Saturday. He got the keys along with instructions to the alarm, but still managed to set it off. He does not come over too well, and can't say it's the right career choice.

28th Jun 2024 (29 days ago)I can't praise this company enough. I have recently sold my mothers house following her death 12 months ago. Throughout the process, from the first stage of valuation: the marketing of the property: arranging and dealing with the viewings and the exchange of contract, the staff and Mr Perrins have been professional, competent and kept me informed throughout. At a very difficult time they removed all the stress and I felt reassured throughout, that my mums house was in safe hands. I would highly recommend this company and wish Mr. Perrins and the team, the very best for th e future. Thank you to each and every one of you.
21st May 2024 (10 weeks ago)Utter waste of time!! Will never use this estate agents agen!! Basically do the job for them and pay them! I asked branch manager to sort some issues I had and he didn’t after agreeing and then went on annual leave. I was on holiday and then had emails with ultimatum with deadline due to providing id and proof of address (3rd party who is through Paul Dubberley or recommended through them) end of the day the estate agents sort the sale of my property and these don’t want to do the work behind the scenes!! Lost a customer took keys back and took down immediately! Even another agent who works there freely said themselves that is below par and unacceptable also another issue before had with proof of address which never got sorted regarding uploading id which had to be Live Photos and then tested to see if met standards took ages to complete wasted hours of time as every time the page errored and had to restart! SHAMBLES KEEP CLEAR! Much better out there guys

They were prompt and helpful with their support at the start of the process, and kept me informed and consulted throughout what was a challenging period to be a seller. Particular shout outs to Laura and Tammie, for whom nothing was too much trouble and they were always positive. Would definitely use Your Move again in future.

Green & Co, came out on top. The man responsible for this was, " Shaz " He himself has moved on, the rest of the team are still there. The whole process was an arduous one for us and the team at Greens. A lot of the communications between us and them was done with , " Dee Stratford " She was extremely helpful right up to the exchange of contracts. Well done everyone at Green & Co. We really had bad experience with Henley Charles, Handsworth Branch but Acres were exceptional we bought our house- 1st Jun 2022 (2 years ago)I have made a big investment with Alesco and they absolutely let me down. They provided very poor investment advice which resulted in a big financial loss. I doubt if I ever get my money back. Additionally, some 30 investors that were invested in the same investment had big financial loss as well. The business model of Alesco is based on very aggressive marketing. They put much pressure on you to buy, and the only thing they care about is sales at the expense of the investor. They are immoral and do not care about you and your hard earned money. I have been trying to reach out and talk to them but they avoid and lie to me systematically. I left another review in the past which was positive, but it was very early on and before I realised what is going on and lost my money. Never invest with Alesco.
