We went with the suggested Conveyancer (Premier Property Limited) who were also very profressional. We would definitely recommend them as an agent. Thanks for such great service with a smile!

Definitely use Property Experts if you want a smooth sale without the promises other estate agents gave us and did not deliver.

Always available, always charming, always diligent in following up the slightest lead. 13th Apr 2026 (22 days ago)Just awful. Very friendly when I walked in to their office to ask for a valuation of my property in anticipation of selling. After that it was just all downhill. Zero communication from that point. Agent who came to do the valuation arrived late (no apology), whizzed around the house in 5 minutes to then tell me that it was completely as he had expected (why bother coming at all then), gave me a verbal valuation and then nothing was ever heard from the agent again. There are 10 physical estate agents to choose from in Harpenden. This should be your tenth choice, or lower if you want to use the online agents instead.
