3rd Jun 2026 (17 days ago)I had a great experience with Leaders, thanks to Dave and Zaria. Dave was professional, knowledgeable, and went above and beyond throughout the process. His advice was always clear and helpful, which made everything much less stressful. Zaria was also fantastic - she kept things moving smoothly and made sure I was regularly updated with progress from both solicitors, which I really appreciated. Both Dave and Zaria were very responsive and easy to deal with, and they made the whole process feel straightforward and manageable. I’d highly recommend them!
3rd Jun 2026 (17 days ago)Filled in every piece of personal information to a unknown company for nothing. Link to bank accounts, HMRC, submitted all personal & work information to get an email saying Landlord has chosen some else. It was only viewed 24 hours ago, so no way the information was reviewed & no way of retracting it. Total waste of time & to have to give access to bank accounts & HMRC records for nothing. Totally unacceptable to ask for it & then not use that level of information.

Their marketing and photographs were excellent, they achieved the price we wanted and kept us up to date throughout the entire process. Very pleased indeed and thoroughly recommend Jake and his Team.
23rd May 2026 (28 days ago)We used Oulsnam for the recent sale of our house and the service was impeccable. The whole team were incredibly helpful throughout the process, and really helped us during the final week when the conveyancing process got extremely stressful. I'd definitely recommend them!

The whole process was smooth, and the team dealt with all our requests brilliantly, even at very short notice. They were always flexible and helpful, giving us access to the property whenever needed so we could arrange quotes for plastering and electrical work. Thanks to their support, everything went through much faster than we expected. I also rented through Oakton Estates and always found them alert, responsive and helpful whenever any issues came up. They were also very flexible when we were moving into our new property, which meant we didn’t end up paying more rent than necessary. Highly recommend.

Although our tenant pays the rent on time every month, this company delivers the rent to us with a significant delay. This month, it's been over 15 days and they still haven't sent the rent. Despite repeatedly trying to contact them via email, I receive no response. Furthermore, they are not properly managing processes for us (such as municipal taxes and electricity bills), and because we are unaware of these bills, they have put us in a position where we may face legal action.
7th Jan 2022 (4 years ago)We have just started renting through Rhubarb and have had a great first experience. A few minor admin errors but everyone has been very responsive, kind and welcoming. Tom has been great with working around our plans and being flexible!

3rd Mar 2026 (16 weeks ago)I was buying a property via King Homes The sale of my property fell through I informed Kong Homes immediately Several weeks later the house i was buying was put back on the market without even bothering to inform me It came up on my emails via Right Move I was prepared to pay the extra stamp duty but was never given that opportunity. Even my solicitor was shocked at such shocking treatment. King homes even had the cheek to offer to sell my home for me. Which I would have never accepted after such shocking service.

Viewings were arranged quickly and the staff explained everything clearly, no jargon or hidden fees. The team are polite on the phone and respond to emails fast, which makes renting less stressful. Properties are presented well and match the descriptions online. Maintenance requests got sorted without chasing them too much. Fees are fair for the area and paperwork was simple. If you want a letting agent that’s professional, doesn’t mess you around, and actually picks up the phone, Amber Court is a solid choice. Good experience overall.

2nd Jul 2025 (11 mo. ago)We received fantastic service from Rice Chamberlain. Our property was listed late February 2025 and we completed by the end of June. Sarah was so approachable and helpful. She was amazing in co-ordinating and managing the chain of solicitors and ensuring the communication never broke down between the parties . We really appreciated her advice and judgement. We couldn't have asked for anything more from Sarah and Rice Chamberlain. We feel like we had exceptional service and value for money. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for an estate agent that will work in your best interests. Would definitely use again if the need arises.

Communication was always clear and prompt and he was very responsive when I had any questions or needed advice. What really stood out is how much Tim helped things moving by regularly chasing solicitors and following up on outstanding actions, which really made a difference in making the sale progressing smoothly. I would highly recommend Tim and his team to anyone looking to sell their property!
