17th Apr 2023 (3 years ago)Christine from Darlows is. easy to deal with ,i cant belive my house is now sold subject to contract .for a price i am happy with all in around 30 days ,she really knows the area ,i think with Darlows even though there fees are a little more ,you are paying for the amazing diversity of contacts they have .I was really impressed with them ,i bought the house from Christine at Darlows Tonypandy and now sold with them .So i have seen both sides of the coin and am very impressed a 5 star service all the way

The have been absolutely outstanding. They actively marketed the property and have consistently gone above and beyond to accommodate whatever I have needed. I cannot recommend them enough. 4th Sep 2026 (13 days ago)Rented a few properties from Phillips homes as had to down size. There was a few issues with the first property which was damp due to condensation. Asked for advice to remedy this and staff attended and gave advice on what I needed to do and how they could help resolving the condensation and now all is good. Unknowingly I wasn’t venting the property as I should which seams to be common with terraced houses in the valley. New Humidity Extractors were installed kitchen/bathroom. Problem solved. Can’t thank the staff at the office enough.<br>Great service even though they were extremely busy.<br>Thanks again ??????
22nd Jul 2025 (1 year ago)I recently used Osbourne Estate agents as a first time buyer, before the house went through the searches, the survey picked up that the house needed work and therefore could not have a mortgage until the work was completed. I reached out to Osbourne Estate agents to question whether they were aware of the construction the house required and I had no response at all. Complete waste of time.
23rd Jan 2024 (2 years ago)Tried several times to arrange a viewing with the company only to be ignored after the first email exchange, completely ignored me until the property I was after had gone off the market.
28th May 2026 (16 weeks ago)Absolutely shocking from start to finish. They call themselves an estate agency but honestly couldn’t run a kids party. Communication was poor, organisation was chaotic and I constantly had to chase for updates and answers. The whole experience was stressful, frustrating and completely lacking in professionalism. Simple issues took far too long to resolve and there seemed to be very little accountability throughout. I would strongly advise people to avoid using this agency based on my experience. Terrible!
4th Aug 2026 (6 weeks ago)I would not hesitate to recommend Thomas Estate Agents. Every member of staff with whom I have had contact has been patient, communicative, friendly, and professional. I know I have a tendency to over communicate and be over eager in terms of looking for information on what I should be doing or updates, and they have always been very understanding - never made me feel like a nuisance! As a person with the sole responsibility of moving with a child, it can be a daunting and stressful experience. Having the right estate agent can significantly lessen that stress and I can say that is the case for Thomas Estate Agents. Thank you! For context, there are houses in my area that have been on the market a long time. Considering this being summer time where things can be a little slower from what I understand, mine was only on the market for around 6 weeks I believe before we had an offer. Up until this point, communication about viewings was great. Peter, who eventually sold my property, has been fantastic! I believe he is new, but you wouldn't know it. Thank you all!

They kept us updated throughout and went above and beyond to help everything run smoothly.<br><br>We really appreciate all their help in getting us into our new home and would happily recommend them to anyone looking to buy or sell. ?????

2nd Jul 2019 (7 years ago)I just purchased a bungalow and used 3EA-Three Estate Agents Talbot Green. Brilliant. They keep you informed as to everything that is happening and not kept in the dark about anything. Rebecca in the office is brilliant, feel as if I have made a new friend. Johnathan even came to the bungalow and opened the door to welcome me at my new home before giving me the keys. I am happy to recommend this estate agent to anyone.

1st Nov 2025 (10 mo. ago)Our Experience with Property Plus We initially invited four local estate agents to value our property in Tonypandy. Having done our own due diligence, we already had a good idea of its market value. When the representative from Property Plus came to assess the property, she confidently claimed she could achieve a higher price and mentioned she had years of experience as a former surveyor. On that basis, we decided to give them a chance and proceeded on a sole agency agreement. Unfortunately, our experience was disappointing. We were left with the impression that she was largely winging it. We received very few updates — no proactive phone calls after the limited number of viewings, and little to no genuine feedback from potential buyers. Most communication came via the occasional text or email, and overall the process felt very “hands off.” Any meaningful updates required us to visit the office in person, which, to be fair, was a much better experience and more in line with what we’d expected from the start. In summary, we felt trapped in a poor sole agency agreement and that the three-month term was largely wasted due to a lack of communication, feedback, and follow-up.

They took the pressure off me and got the job done - quickly, professionally. They are amazing at what they do and I highly recommend using them!

I would recommend Wayman Schwartz to anyone. We dealt with Rachel, and upon meeting her, she immediately stood out from the crowd with her friendly, respectful, honest, and positive personality. She clearly loved her role and it seemed that Rachel was born for working with people and property. Rachel gave us an honest and reasonable estimate of our house and we worked out a very clear plan. Even through a protracted sale, Rachel's excellent Comms and unwaivering commitment kept the sale alive and provided an essential link between all parties to see the sale through. We were in a pickle trying to find somewhere asap and it only took 4 days including viewing the property to being ready to move in. Would highly recommend Chapman's and Lowri in particular
