20th Jun 2026 (19 weeks ago)Based on our own personal experience dealing with the Head of Sales at Laing Bennett, we found all the hype and the high levels of service on offer fell way short of the mark. Two very basic oversights/errors by the person in charge of Sales really was laughable although the head of sales took exception to her shortcomings when notified by email. The key failure and final straw on her part was her failure to properly arrange photography and a floor plan in one visit. Instead when arranging the third party company to carry out photography and a floor plan, she actually notified the company to carry out photography and an EPC in error. We didn’t require an EPC as our current EPC is valid until 2028. This meant it was going to be necessary for a second visit by the same company to complete a floor plan so wasted time for us and the photographer.<br><br>We had dealings with two other members of staff from Laing Bennett when they came to get an overview of the property and we must say what a contrast, both very professional and switched on which unfortunately wasn’t the case with the Head of Sales. The many positive reviews of this company are undoubtedly genuine, as is ours but on our experience we would have to suggest to any of our friends or colleagues looking to move, choose an alternative agent.

26th May 2026 (23 weeks ago)Duncan came to view and value our 6 bedroom property in Egerton …stayed for an hour and a half …. left promising to send detailed email valuation … two weeks later still nothing despite calling the office to check he had the correct details. Not very professional and not a good sign. Won’t be proceeding with savills- 26th Oct 2026 (6 days ago)As first time buyers the whole process can be quite daunting! We had first contact with Grace at Connells who helped guide us and she has been brilliant! As our sales negotiator, she has been very attentive, she provided supportive, speedy communication and has been so welcoming. Thank you for all your help!
8th Oct 2026 (24 days ago)After finding our dream home we had two properties to sell, Lawrence and Co sold both our houses in timely fashion.<br>Mark and Alexa came to visit and gained a full understanding of what it was we had to sell, one was very small and quite quirky, I worried it may be a hard sell but due to the beautiful photographs and good marketing it found a new owner. The other larger house again was presented beautifully for sale and we had one day of viewings.<br>They priced them appropriately meaning we had full asking price offers in both cases.<br>Jo and Sophie kept us updated on progress the whole way through, nudging solicitors along where necessary.<br>I really could not have asked for more, thank you so much

The downside for me, and others that dislike dogs immensely is that picture on the sale board. 12th Sep 2026 (7 weeks ago)?????<br><br>I honestly cannot thank Geering & Colyer, Kearsney enough for everything they have done for us.<br><br>After having such an awful and stressful experience with an independent estate agent, we were understandably quite apprehensive about going through the whole process again. From the moment we dealt with Aidan Flynn, the Branch Manager, and Angela Morse, that feeling completely changed.<br><br>Aidan was absolutely fantastic in going through so much relevant data to help us get set up. He was professional, approachable and, most importantly, genuinely cared about getting the best possible outcome for us. Angela was equally brilliant and went above and beyond to help us find our onward move, which took a huge amount of pressure off our shoulders.<br><br>There were moments when the whole process felt overwhelming with some solicitor/chain delays, but having Aidan and Angela there made us feel like we weren’t dealing with everything alone. They kept us informed, listened to us and always did everything they could to move things forward.<br><br>After the experience we’d had previously, we had honestly lost a lot of faith in estate agents. Aidan and Angela completely restored that faith. They treated us like people rather than just another transaction, and that meant more to us than they probably realise.<br><br>We are genuinely so grateful to both of them for helping us sell our home and, just as importantly, helping us find our next one.<br><br>Thank you, Aidan and Angela, for your patience, kindness, hard work and for being there when we really needed you. We couldn’t recommend you highly enough and will always be incredibly thankful for everything you did for us.<br><br>5 stars really do not feel enough.<br><br>Colin & family.

21st Oct 2026 (11 days ago)I can't say enough nice things about Folkestone Hunters.<br><br>We had an incredible run of bad luck (through no fault of Hunters, I should stress!) while selling our property with them - time wasters and chain collapses that really caused a lot of stress and would have caused lesser estate agents to give up on us and leave us languishing at the bottom of rightmove's listings.<br><br>But Geoff, Joy and David never stopped working hard on getting our house sold even when things looked bleak, were always available to talk things through (I'm sure they were sick of hearing my voice by the end of it all!) and were always so patient, kind and good-humoured throughout the process.<br><br>Working with them was a 10/10 experience during a really stressful time and I can't thank them enough. Highly recommended.

She answered all our questions, and even managed to organise another viewing so my partner could see the property too for the next morning. We’re so very grateful for her keenness to help, which shows by the fact we put in an offer on the property the next day. Highly recommend Vicky as your estate agent, a really lovely & informative girl.

We met with 3 agents for valuation and felt that Damien gave us the best advice re listing price. The app they set up for all communications between us was excellent. They also were easy to get hold of if needed a call.
